Joshua Hong was born in the heart of L.A, not only that, he was born filthy rich, like - son of a CEO and famous model rich.
He bounced between life in L.A and Korea, gaining attention anywhere he went. He was known as the Foreign Beauty.
"Well that's not offensive at all." Joshua sighed as he took a sip of his wine watching all the rich families converse around him.
He turned his attention to the silent news playing on the TV above the bar. It was the same topic, Toxin had poisoned yet another rich person.
It was baffling the police haven't caught him yet, but also impressive on Toxins end.
"And WHY can we not kill him?!" Jeonghan asked Seungcheol as they stood outside the event their next target was at.
"Because he is like the American bachelor. He has connections all over the world according to Glitch. We could use a guy like him." Seungcheol said pulling out a vile of red liquid.
"Since when was your sleep potion red?" Jeonghan asked leaning his head on Seungcheol's shoulder.
"It matches the color of Joshua's wine." Seungcheol said as he went to distract the Bartender, leaving Jeonghan to dump the poison.
However what Jeonghan didn't expect was the posion to lay ontop of the wine, almost like an oil and water.
"Nice try Toxin" Joshua said to Jeonghan as he sat the wine glass down on the bar top. "But this isn't wine, flavored water. That posion won't mix in with it." He pointed out.
"Now, can we have a civil conversation?" He asked Jeonghan who nodded, guess he was going to improvise since Joshua thought HE was Toxin.
The 2 moved to a secure location to talk, Jeonghan basically using Seungcheols story. He had a list of people who wronged his family.
"And why am I on that list?" He asked.
"Because, my father reached out to your family asking for help getting the word out, but you turned him away.
"I am not my father..." Joshua said with a sly smile. "He might not have helped your father, but I am willing to help you."
For the next 7 months, Jeonghan and Joshua met in secret until Jeonghan came clean he is only the face of the operation, not the mastermind.
And finally when Seungcheol deemed Joshua worthy to trust, he introduced him to the rest of the team. And all the members he has recruited over those months.
And in walked the other 7 members. "Joshua Hong, I am Toxin, the leader of Cyber. And we want you on our team." Seungcheol announced.
"Its nice to finally meet you Toxin, you can call me Atlantis." Joshua smiled.
It was safe to say by the end of their meeting, Joshua was an official member.
