《Duel》

"Ah Christopher, great to see you again." Hongjoong smirked.

Hongjoong and - who Dino was guessing was Mingi - were the last 2 to arrive at the underground garage where this so-called meeting was being held.

"With all due respect - which is none - you both look like fucking cowboys." Bangchan scoffed as he looked the 2 up and down.

It wasn't really the outfits Dino was concerned about, but more off the 2 pistols on Hongjoong's waist and the GIANT rifle on Mingi's back.

"Hey, go easy, Christopher. I thought I said I wanted a truce." Hongjoong smiled as he ran his hands through his blue hair.

"Yeah, but you hitting me in the face with a literal olive branch makes me not want to believe you." Bangchan pointed out.

Hongjoong glared at Bangchan. "Fine then, how about we settle this fairly. A duel." He suggests.

"You're on shorty." Bangchan smirked as Han threw his hands up in defeat. This wasn't gonna end well.

"We are quite litterally the same height!" Hongjoong yelled.

"And yet one of us is wearing heels!" Bangchan yelled back as Changbin and Han pulled their leader back.

"If I win, you join our mission. If you win, idk- you go home or something." Hongjoong said.

"Deal!"

"Are we sure this is a good idea?" Dino asked Changbin as they watched the 2 leaders stand back to back from each other.

"Oh, it's definitely not, Chan is screwed. He's never been in an actual duel before." Changbin said. "He's only done 2, and they were against me. And both times, he's raised his gun to the sky." Changbin added.

"Oh, my freaking god." Dino sighed, gripping his dart gun tightly as Seonghwa started the pace count.

"One."

"Two."

"Three."

"Four."

"Five."

"Six."

"Seven."

"Eight."

Dino saw Bangchan began to raise his arm to the sky.

"Not on my watch." Dino said as Seonghwa reached nine.

"TEN, PACES FIRE!"

Before Hongjoong could even pull the trigger, a dart nailed him in the neck, sending him crumbling to the ground unconscious.

"HONGJOONG!" Seonghwa yelled as the members of Ateez all ran up to their leader.

"Relax, he's only unconscious, he'll be up in an hour." Dino said as Seonghwa glared at Dino and grabbed him by the jaw.

"I should break your god damn skull open for that." Seonghwa cursed.

"I wasn't gonna let him shoot Bangchan! That dumbass had his arm raised to the sky!" Dino said, his voice muffled due to Seonghwa's hand still gripping his jaw.

"Look - we'll help you with the mission okay, just stop this bullshit." Dino said as Seonghwa let him go.

"Fine." Seonghwa sighed.

"Here's our bunkers adress, you can also follow the van there." Yunho said.
