"Are you really that nervous?" Jun asked.
"Oh I'm sorry, was the 5 mental breakdowns I had in the airport bathroom not telling enough?" The8 sassed back.
"Okay fair enough." Jun agreed with a nod.
During their 6 month break, Jun and The8 made their relationship offical.
And shortly after becoming boyfriends, Jun suggested they visit his family in china. "A little meet the family adventure!"
The 2 agreed to spend 3 of their 6 months back in China and return to Korea for the last month of their break before having to return to work.
And at first, The8 was okay with the trip, and plus it was a chance for The8 to also return to his hometown.
But as their flight day got closer and closer, The8 started to get more nervous as the realization that he would be meeting Jun's parents dawned on him.
"Don't worry baby. They are going to LOVE you!" Jun reassured the younger as he wrapped his arm around The8's waist, placing a kiss on his temple.
"How can you be so sure?!" The8 asked, burrying his head in the crook of Jun's neck. "I don't even know the last time I had to make a good impression infront of someone's parents!" The8 added.
"Hao look at me." Jun said, pulling away from the hug slightly.
"I am sure because I know YOU, and how amazing you are. And plus, I know my parents. So trust me when I say they are going to love you." Jun reassured The8.
"Okay." The8 nodded. "Sorry." He apologized.
"It's okay baby, I know I'd be nervous if I was meeting your parents." Jun said.
"Well good thing they are dead." The8 laughed. "I mean - unless you want to talk to headstones." He shrugged.
"Uhh, I'm not oppsoed to it." Jun said.
Thankfully, the overhead speakers announced their flight number. "You ready?" Jun asked.
"I'll say sure right now, but let's see how I feel getting off the flight." The8 smiled, taking Jun's hand in his.
