《At this point, Vernon has learned to talk, but now deals with his voice fading in and out》

"What the fuck are birds so excited about at 5am?" Vernon groaned, he and Seungkwan just decided to pull an all-nighter since they had stayed up past 3am anyways.

"I don't know." Seungkwan sighed, atleast 5 of the members were in his room right now because apparently they have an undiagnosed case of separation anxiety.

"I'm bored..." Vernon started. "What should we do now?" He concluded after a few minutes.

"Go look at inspiring pictures?" The8 suggests.

"Expiring pictures?! That makes no sense. How in the world do pictures just expire?" Vernon just asked.

"Mute not dumb, mute not dumb." The8 mumbled to himself.

"Hey, I have a question for you two." Wonwoo asked, motioning to Vernon and Seungkwan. "Are you 2 dating?" He asked.

"No? Why would we be?" Seungkwan asked.

"Don't you 2 like each other?" Dk asked, now curious. 

"Yeah, we do, we've liked each other since high school, I think?" Seungkwan asked, looking at Vernon, who nodded in agreement.

"We've just never done anything about it." Vernon shrugged. "There was really no need to."

"Y'all are SO confusing." Dk commented.

A few days later, Seungcheol left the house, while everyone else was out and about doing their own thing, heading towards the address on his phone.

"Seungcheol? What are you doing here?" Minhyun asked, opening his front door. "How did you find put where I lived?" He asked.

"Seungkwan and Vernon." Seungcheol admitted.

"Fair enough, so what are you doing here? Is it something work related?" Minhyun asked the last part quietly.

"No, I wanted to ask if you wanted to go grab lunch, my treat. Consider it a thank you for helping us out that night." Seungcheol said.

"Plus, we're technically the same age. It would be nice to get to know you outside of work." He added.

Minhyun looked shocked, almost bewildered that Seungcheol was actually asking to hang out.

"Uhh, sure, let me get my shoes on, here come in." Minhyun smiled as he opened the door wider for Seungcheol to enter.
