Billy's pov
We spent all weekend together. It was perfect actually. She's at home and safe and I stop the car seeing emerson walking alone. I see hopper and park and I ask "now?" And Eddie nods "now" hopper nods looking around "make it quick" we walk over and I push him against a wall in an alley "heard you wanted to rape our girl" I snap and his eyes widen and he tries to run but Eddie steps in front of him "not so fast" he says with a smirk cracking his knuckles.

Emerson backs into me "you can't hurt me. I'll sue the hell outta both of you!" Hopper speaks up "you can sue if you'd like...but nothings gonna stop them. Or your drug charges. Or your assault charges. Or your distribution of child pornography...you've been racking up quite the long list of charges emerson" emerson snaps "you can't prove shit! I didn't do anything!" I toss him to the floor and huff "what's up with you basketball playing assholes and not planting your fucking feet?" Eddie and I take our time beating the shit out of him. Even stomping on him. Hopper throws a punch too. And we chuckle and hopper says "let him up" but we keep swinging letting out our pent up rage. Hopper stops us "you're gonna beat him to death. Kid is looking at atleast 8-10 years" I spit on Emerson. 

And hopper arrests him "emerson you're under arrest for criminal possession of a controlled substance, Drugging a Victim with the Intent to Commit a Felony, distribution of child pornography, you have the right to remain silent, everything you say can and will be held against you in the court of law, you have the right to an attorney if you can't afford an attorney one will be appointed to you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you? With these rights in mind do you wish to speak to me?"

I chuckle "have fun getting fucked in prison. That's where you're going" as he's shoved in the backseat. Hopper says "make yourself scarce for now I'll keep in touch" we nod and get back onto my car and I drive him home. "Was fun finally getting my hands on that fuck" I chuckle and nod "clean your rings they're covered in blood man" and he gives me a mock salute and heads inside

Halley's pov
I'm sitting in my room and studying for a chemistry test when a faint knock is sounded at my window. I furrow my eyebrows and head to it and open it and I gasp seeing Billy looking beat up and sad. "Billy what happened?" I ask worried. He hugs me to him and I hold him "I'm here Billy." I mutter softly. We sit and he curls into me "I-I didn't know where else to go baby"

I mutter "shh Billy it's okay. You can come here anytime you need" my fingers in his hair as he holds me. I kiss his head "I'm gonna clean you up okay?" He nods and I stand and get the first aid kit. I grab what I need and I wipe his tears first and send him a soft smile. He has a busted lip and eyebrow and his cheek is busted too. Like someone hit him while wearing a ring. His cheek is bruising as well. My heart breaks at the sight. I clean the wounds and he doesn't even wince...it's as if he's used to it. And that hurts me more.

I kiss his forehead "all done" he nods bowing his head upset still. He mutters "why can't he love me?" I sit next to him cleaning up. I ask "who?" Gently. He mutters "my dad...he...he does this all the time. And I'm tired. Baby I'm so tired" I tell him "there has to be a way for us to help you out of that situation Billy" he shakes his head "no" I nod trying to think. I ask "where's your mom?" He chuckles "left me with him when I was a kid...she couldn't take it anymore and just...left me...Susan and max are his angels and making the kid happy, driving her everywhere and being a fuckin babysitter is on me apparently. She might as well not have a mom" my heart shatters for him.

I hug him to me "if you need somewhere to go...you can always come here Billy. Okay? Promise" he nods with a grin "thank you baby...mind if I crash here?" I shake my head "not at all. You can shower too if you'd like. I'll go steal some of my dads clothes" he nods and kisses me "you're an Angel baby. Thank you" I smile "you don't need to thank me Billy...I do it because I care about you and want you safe and happy" he sends me a smile "comet you always make me happy" I nod and hand him an extra towel and find clothes of my dads he never wears and go back in my room and give them to him... "tell me if you need anything" he nods "will do" and with that he's gone.
