Halley's pov
I'm at home with Billy. Eddie had to sell for reefer Rick so he'll be here later. I'm sat on his lap my hand in his hair as we kiss and his lips trail down my neck and he sucks marks into it. He mutters "like that?" As I moan and mutter "yes" my phone rings and he mutters "ignore it" and he starts to unbutton my shirt and it stops and then rings more and I sigh "I think it may be important." He pecks my lips "I'll be here when you get back" with a smile. I reach for my phone and see it's my lawyer "it's my lawyer" I tell him.

I answer "hello?" He replies "ms Harrington I have some good news" I ask "what is it?" Billy looks at me confused. "There has been an opening for two days from now so they moved your trial up. We need to prep and everything else" he tells me.

I'll have to see him again. The boy who used to mean everything to me and broke me in so many ways,  one that drugged me and planned to rape me simply because I was moving on and he couldn't take that i wasn't miserable anymore. Billy squeezes my hand a worried look on his face. I nod "okay that's good! When do you want to meet?" "We can start today so you're prepped and ready and know the line of questioning" he tells me. "Okay. Where?" "I can go to your house. Have your boyfriends there as well, their testimonies can help as well as chief hoppers." He tells me and I nod "okay see you in a bit" and I hang up and rest my forehead on his shoulder "what happened baby?" He questions gently.

"My trial date got moved up to two days by now. We need to get prepped for it and the questions." I tell him he pecks my lips "you're gonna do fine. And you're gonna win this thing. He confessed on tape there's no way he's getting out of this" "what if he does? What if that's not enough?" I ask. He looks into my eyes with his pretty blue ones "look at me Halley. You're going to tell your truth. And so are we. And you're going to kick ass and make it impossible for the jury not to believe you. He's not going to get away with what he did to you. You have a good lawyer and team and witnesses and that voice recording as well. You got this comet" I nod and I button my shirt and call Eddie "yes princess?" "Can you come over in a bit?" I ask him nibbling on my lip. A knock sounds at my front door and Billy and I head downstairs to see Jim. I hug him and the doctor who did my test for my blood and took care of me both times does the same.

"I just finished up a deal and I have two more? Why?" He asks. I tell him "my court date got moved up for two days from now and we're starting prep in a bit for questions and whatnot" he says "I'm on my way"
