Chapter Twenty-six

“My arms still hurt.” I say as I stand up and walk over to him, he looks up at me. “Are you okay? It seems something is wrong.” I ask him with a frown, he pats his lap and I sit down as I feel his arms wrap around me.
“You smell different.” He says to me.
“What do you mean?” I ask him.
“You just smell different.” He says quietly.
“Is it good or bad?” I ask him with a frown as I look down at him.
“Not sure.” He says as he stands up with me and walks over to the bed with me in his arms, he lays me down on the bed. I feel my dress vanish, the smell of lavender and jasmine fills my lungs, I watch as his clothes vanish and he gets in between my legs. “I love you.” He says to me.
“I love you too.” I say to him as I feel him shove it inside me, I cry out in pain as I feel him lean down to me, he kisses me on the lips as I feel him slide back out of me and shove it back in. “Emnos, that hurts.” I whisper against his lips.
“I figured that would be the way he does it.” He says to me, I look up into his eyes and I see purple, I feel my sword in my hand as my dress appears on my body again and he vanishes.

He can use illusions, I thought Emnos was in the room with me.
Emnos is out here with us, want us to tell him.
Yes, please.
I sit up on the bed and let the sword vanish, I watch Emnos appear in the room with anger in his eyes. “I am sorry Emnos, I thought he was you.” I whisper as I feel tears in my eyes.
“What do you mean?” He asks me with a frown.
“He can use illusions, he looked just like you.” I whisper to him.
“Did he?” He asks me.
“Only for a few seconds.” I say quietly, I watch as rage takes over inside him, I slide back on the bed away from him.
“What gave it away?” He asks me angrily.
“He was rougher than you.” I say quietly, he charges towards me, I feel fear erupt inside me as I watch him, Cu Chulainn appears beside the bed, he grabs Emnos.
“She didn’t know it was not you.” Cu Chulainn says to him, Emnos glares at me as Cu Chulainn holds him back. I change and vanish, I fly above the city and land on the roof of the castle, I look towards the direction of Arks mansion and I take off again.
Come back.
I vanish and change at the same time, I appear with the door at my back, I see Emnos angrily pacing as Cu Chulainn watches him, Emnos looks over at me and stops pacing. “Tell me everything.” He says to me with restrained rage.
“I woke up and I saw you sitting in the chair, we were talking like usual and you pat your lap like you used to, I sat down and we talked some more and then you picked me up and took me to the bed and laid me down. My dress vanished and I smelled your lure, his clothes vanished and then he.” I stop as I look at the floor.
“Continue!” Emnos yells angrily at me.
“He shoved it in me hard, I told him it hurt. He said, I thought that is the way he did it, I looked up into his eyes and it changed from violet to purple and I summoned my sword as my dress reappeared on me and he vanished.” I say quietly, I hear footsteps coming towards me and I feel the fear rise in me again as tears fill my eyes. I hear the footsteps stop, and I close my eyes as I wait, and I feel him vanish. I feel arms around me, I look up to see Cu Chulainn, he hugs me tightly as he leads me back over to the bed. I send out a pulse searching for Emnos, he is not in the castle. Cu Chulainn lays me down on the bed and vanishes, I think of Ark and I vanish. Ark’s mansion appears around me; I walk through the halls letting myself go off into memories.
I feel a hand on my shoulder, I look up to see Ark with a frown on his face. “Are you okay?” He asks me, and I shake my head as I feel tears come to my eyes, I feel him wrap his arms around me and hug me tightly. “What is wrong?” He asks me, I vanish. The place where I had first encountered bandits appears around me, as I block off the ability for anyone to find me, I change and fly south.
I fly for several days before I see signs of civilization, I land on the roof of one of the houses and watch the people as they go about their daily lives. I see a God walking through the small town and realize it is Clay, I watch him as he goes to one of the houses and knocks on the door. The door opens a crack and he pushes his way in, I hear yelling from inside the house and watch as he pulls a young woman from the house. I fly and land on her shoulder as he vanishes with her, a large building appears around us, I fly up out of sight along the ceiling as I watch him drag her through the halls. He takes her to a desk sitting in the hallway, with a man sitting behind it.
“I have a new one.” Clay says to the man.
“Very well, you know the process, go ahead with her.” The man says to him annoyed, I follow as he drags her down the hallway, he opens the door to a room and tosses her in closing the door behind her and vanishes. I fly down to the door and change, opening the door as I do, I see the girl inside, she looks at me terrified. I walk in and close the door behind me, and walk over to her.
“Why are you here?” I ask her.
“I don’t know.” She says quietly.
“Would you like to go back home?” I ask her and she nods, I offer my hand to her and she takes it, we vanish her town appearing around her again. She lets go of me and runs back to her house, I vanish and the room I found her in reappears around me. I hear footsteps walking down the hallway, I turn towards the door and wait, the door opens and a man with short black graying hair and blue eyes walks in and gives me a frown. He motions for me to come; I follow him out the door and through the hallways. He leads me to a door and opens it, he motions for me to go inside, I walk inside to see girls sitting at small desks.
“Sir, why am I here?” I ask him.
“To learn.” He says with a frown.
“Learn what, sir?” I ask him.
“Whatever they teach you.” He says angrily.
“Were all these girls kidnapped?” I ask him and he frowns at me again.
“Who are you? You have funny eyes.” He asks me as he walks closer to me, I smile at him.
“I am just a girl.” I say to him.
“No, you are not.” He growls at me, I see him grabbing for me, I grab his throat.
“I do not appreciate being touched.” I say as I slightly tighten my grip, he raises his hands to my wrist. “Why are girls being kidnapped and brought here?” I ask him.
“God Clay does it, he wants more people being taught.” He whispers in my grip.
“Why?” I ask him.
“I don’t know.” He whispers, I let go of him.
“I guess I will have to ask Clay myself.” I say with a frown as I vanish, Clay’s room appears around me, I look over to see his back to me. I walk over to him and grab his shoulder turning him to face me as I knock his feet out from under him, laying him on his back on the ground. “Hello, Clay.” I say to him with a smile.
“I have not answered anymore questions, I promise.” He says to me.
“I am not here about that; I am here about the fact that you kidnap humans.” I say with a grin, I see fear in his eyes. “Want to explain that to me?” I ask him as I sit on his chest.
“I think humans would benefit from knowledge.” He says to me.
“Why not make more places closer to their homes for them to learn at?” I ask him.
“Not enough humans with the knowledge to teach.” He says to me.
“Why not teach ones close by and then have them go out into the world to teach at these schools?” I ask him.
“Didn’t really think about that.” He says with a frown.
“Are you going to kidnap anymore humans?” I ask him as I glare down at him as a sword appears in my hand.
“No, never.” He says as he watches the blade.
“I love the relationship we have; I ask for something and you give it to me.” I say with a grin as the sword vanishes, I feel his hands on my hips. “Clay, I do not like to be touched.” I say as I look down at him, I feel his hands leave me. “We do not have that kind of relationship.” I say with a laugh as I get off him and lift him to his feet.
“I am sorry, Morrigan.” He says to me, I push against his chest backing him into the wall.
“I had really hoped you would be like the Death from my world, he is kind, sweet, caring, knowledgeable, a mentor, a grandfather to me. You are a disappointment.” I say with a frown.
“Is he really that way?” He asks me with a frown.
“Yes, he would come visit me every five years when I was human with presents and stories, when I was younger, he would let me sit on his lap. He would tell me the best stories; he is what I imagine Death to be.” I say with a sad smile.
“I wish I could meet him.” Clay says to me, I smile at him.
“No, you would not. Once he found out what you were doing, you would already be dead. I think you have the ability to get better if you try, if me scaring the shit out of you does it. Then I really cannot complain.” I say as I watch him. “I have high hopes for you, you have a good idea just bad execution. Fix it and you will find it will be better in the long run.” I say with a smile.
“Yes, Morrigan.” He says with a small smile, I back away from him and vanish. The town appears around me again, I walk towards the road leading out of town, watching the people around me. As I walk, I send out a pulse across the world to sense where all the Gods are, Emnos, Dhuna, Satan, Lucifer, Ark, Cu Chulainn, Boleslaw, and Aiwass are in the castle. Clay is in his mansion; the other Gods are scattered around the world.
Morrigan, where are you?
Traveling.
Where?
On a road, where people usually travel.
I cannot sense where you are.
I know, I blocked everyone.
Why? Emnos is driving himself crazy because he cannot find you, especially after Ark coming to tell us he had seen you.
Tell him, I am sorry. I need time alone.
He says he is sorry for the way he acted; jealousy took over. He should not have treated you that way.
I cannot deal with fear right now. I want nothing to do with fear.
He said please come back for just a moment.
Tell him to meet me in our room.
Okay, he is there.
I vanish, I appear by the door of the room. Emnos turns and sees me, he starts walking towards me and I feel fear rise in me, he stops. “I am sorry, Morrigan. Please forgive me.” He says with pain in his eyes. “I should not have acted that way when you were the victim.” He says quietly as he reaches out to me, I feel tears in my eyes.
“I am sorry, but I need time alone. I cannot get it here without, something, happening. So, I am going where no one can find me.” I say quietly as I feel a tear fall down my face.
“Please do not leave me.” He whispers to me as he takes another step.
“I am not leaving you, I am just taking a walk.” I say to him, I see fear in his eyes.
“That is dangerous, Morrigan. A walk could mean thousands of years if you are not grounded by someone.” He says as he walks towards me, I vanish and appear on the other side of the room before he reaches me, he turns and looks at me. “I will do whatever you want to make you stay.” He says as he falls to his knees as tears fall down his face, I see Satan appear in the room, he gives me a sad smile. I feel my ability to vanish taken away along with my magic, I look at him as I feel my only ways of escaping vanish. “What did you do to her?” Emnos asks him.
“Took away her ability to escape, you promised to never cage her. I did not.” Satan says to him and vanishes. I walk over to the bed and lay down against the wall facing it, as I feel tears fall down my face.
“Morrigan, I am sorry. I did not know he would do that.” Emnos says as I feel him on the bed.
“Prisoner again, this time in my own home, again.” I say quietly, I feel someone appear in the room.
“Satan told me what he did.” I hear Ark say. “It is for your own good, Morrigan.” He says to me and vanishes, tears fall down my face quicker as I get closer to the wall. I feel him getting closer, when I feel someone else appear in the room.
“Emnos, be careful.” I hear Dhuna say to him.
“Why?” He asks him.
“Morrigan turns into someone else when she is caged.” Dhuna says quietly.
“What do you mean?” Emnos asks him.
“Get away from her.” Dhuna says to him, I feel the bed move as he gets off it. I feel the bed move again, I feel someone touch my arm fear shoots through me.
“Please do not hurt me.” I say quietly, I feel the hand roll me over and I see blue eyes staring down at me, memories flood my mind of Dhuna as fear rises even higher. “Dhuna I am sorry, please do not do it again.” I whisper as I am frozen in fear, I feel my body shake all over as I remember the pain.
“I am sorry, Morrigan.” Dhuna says to me and vanishes, I close my eyes as I feel the fear take over completely as the shaking worsens, I feel the bed move.
“Please stay away.” I say quietly my voice shaking.
“I will not hurt you.” I hear him whisper, I feel a hand on me and I flinch. “What was done to you?” He whispers, I feel a finger touch my temple. I feel all my memories spilling out of me. When it finally comes to an end, I feel the finger leave me, I feel him vanish. I feel myself fall asleep.
I open my eyes and roll away from the wall, I see violet eyes watching me from the chair. I sit up and wrap my arms around my legs as I bury my face in my skirt.
“Morrigan.” I hear him say.
“I am not falling for it again.” I say quietly, I feel the bed move, I look up at him and hold out a hand as I try to call my sword, nothing happens. I frown as the memories of what happened flood my mind, fear rises in me as I watch him come closer. “Stay away, I will scream.” I say to him, he stops and sits on the bed watching me.
“Ask me something you think I would only know.” He says to me.
“What did you not do for twelve hundred years?” I ask quietly.
“Regenerate my power.” He says quietly, I bury my face in my skirt as tears fall down my face. “Did I know what Dhuna did before?” He asks me.
“Yes, you made him watch my memories.” I say quietly.
“Have I ever seen you like this?” He asks me.
“No, you didn’t believe me when I tried to explain.” I whisper.
“Are you this way because of Dhuna?” He asks me quietly.
“Dhuna was upset because you had been treated the way you were because you killed me, he was in pain and he wanted someone else to feel pain. I had a wound affected by magic that when someone tried to heal me it caused it to rip apart. Dhuna healed me a lot.” I say quietly.
“He did other things too.” Emnos says quietly.
“He told me when you came back, he would let you do whatever you wanted to me. Without letting you claim me, so the magic wouldn’t be there to protect me.” I say quietly.
“What else did he do?” He asks me.
“He wouldn’t let me on the bed to rest, I had to lay on the floor. Only time we were on the bed is when he was making memories for you to enjoy.” I whisper.
“Did I ever enjoy them?” He asks me.
“I don’t know, soon after you reincarnated you watched me fight Lucifer.” I say quietly.
“That is when I fell in love with you?” He asks me.
“Yes.” I say to him. “Please give me back my powers, I am defenseless and weak here. If he comes back I cannot protect myself.” I whisper as my voice shakes as I shake.
“No one is going to hurt you, I promise.” He whispers as I feel a hand and I flinch from it. “Dhuna was not lying when he said you become someone else.” He says quietly, I feel someone appear in the room.
“I am sorry, Emnos. I made her this way.” Dhuna says quietly.
“The old me would have loved it. The new me wants to kill you, but I cannot do it. I cannot hold her to comfort her, she is afraid of every touch.” Emnos says quietly.
“I made her fear touch, I was angry she chose Cu Chulainn over you. And you died because she is incapable of controlling her anger, so I made her afraid of everything.” Dhuna says quietly, I feel someone else appear in the room.
“I know how to get her out of it.” Cu Chulainn says to them. “But I want to try something first since it is faster.” He says to them.
“Do it.” Emnos says to him, I feel the bed move again, I feel something fuzzy brush against my hand. I look over my skirt to see a rabbit, I grab it and stick it in between my chest and legs and hold it as I cry.
“Please stay away.” I whisper, I feel them vanish. I lay down holding the rabbit as I pet it, it watches me. I close my eyes as I feel the shaking get worse. “Pain will start soon.” I whisper, as I feel myself fall asleep.
I open my eyes to see the rabbit watching me, I sit up and look around the room to see no one in the room. I pick up the rabbit and walk to the door, I try to open it, and the door opens, I look down both sides of the door down the hallways. I run down the hall to the right, at the next intersection I look around the corner to see no one, I run down the hallway as quick as I can. At the next intersection, I look down both halls to see no one, I run down the left hallway, I hear voices as I near the end, I open a door near me and go inside closing it quietly.
“I know this can be harmful for her, but she doesn’t need to go off walking without someone with her. She could be gone forever.” I hear a voice say.
“Yeah, it is still wrong doing that knowing what happens to her.” The other voice says as they pass by the door, I hold on tighter to the rabbit as I wait quietly. I hear the footsteps fade off into the distance, I open the door quietly and look both ways to hear and see nothing, I run down the hallway turning left. I see the entrance, I look around to see if I see anyone, I run to the open doors to hit a invisible barrier. Tears run down my face as I look at the city watching people walk free, I hear footsteps and I turn to see Satan walking towards me with a frown. I run away from him down the hall as I hold onto the rabbit tightly, I glance behind me to see him following, I turn down a hallway and run to a door and quietly open it and close it behind me once I am inside. I run over to the small bed and lay on my back with the rabbit on top of me, and squirm my way under the bed, I lay silently as I pet the rabbit. I hear footsteps walk down the hallway as I start shaking again and tears fall faster down my face, I roll over to face the wall as I hold onto the rabbit.
“I will not let them catch us.” I whisper to it, I hear the door open I slide closer to the wall, I hear footsteps walk into the room and I hear the bed make a noise, I feel a hand on my arm and I scream as I fight them. “Please, don’t!” I scream at them, as I feel them drag me across the floor. As I feel them pick me up of the floor, I go limp holding onto the rabbit as glowing blue eyes watch me, we vanish, the room appears around us again and he takes me to the bed and lays me down on it and vanishes. I let the rabbit go and roll away from it.
“Morrigan.” I hear someone say behind me, I look back to see no one but the rabbit. “Morrigan, you need to snap out of this.” The rabbit says to me, I frown at him and then I realize it is Cu Chulainn, I move away from him on the bed. I close my eyes and fall asleep.
I open my eyes and I raise a hand to use my magic to find it is not there, I close my eyes. I feel the bed move, I open my eyes and slide across the bed away from Cu Chulainn. “Sleeping is not going to make this go away.” He says to me. “You do not have to stay in this room.” He says angrily, I look over as I see Emnos appear.

“I am guessing being fluffy did not work?” Emnos asks him as he watches me.
“It only gave me a more demented insight into her thoughts, since I cannot get any thoughts through to her right now.” Cu Chulainn says with a frown. “She is expecting pain, she thinks it will happen any moment. And sleeps to try to escape it, since she is no longer a demigod sleeping doesn’t last as long as she wants.” Cu Chulainn says angrily.
“Maybe we should give her what she expects, she might realize she is not where she thinks she is.” Emnos says as he watches me.
“I would advise against that. I will fight you to prevent it.” Cu Chulainn says as he glares at him. “Ask Satan to give her back everything, or I will and someone will stay here with her. So, if she vanishes, she takes someone with her.” Cu Chulainn says with a frown.
“Go try it, I will wait with her.” Emnos says to him as he walks towards me, Cu Chulainn vanishes, I watch him as I slide into the corner, I watch him get on the bed and crawl towards me and he grabs my hand. “Try to vanish.” He says to me, I try and nothing happens, I try repeatedly until it works. The town I brought the girl back to appears around us, I walk back towards the road, Emnos follows me.
Once it is night, I walk over to the side of the road and walk off into the forest. I lay down and close my eyes and fall asleep
I wake up to the feeling of someone’s arm on me, I open my eyes as I roll over to see violet eyes watching me, he smiles at me. “Good morning, Morrigan.” He says to me.
“What war did I fight in?” I ask him.
“Fomorian.” He says to me, I roll over to face him with a small smile. “Are you okay?” He asks me with concern on his face.
“I am okay, where are we?” I ask him with a frown as I notice the trees behind him and he laughs.
“We are in the forest; you slept all night on a cold hard ground and I laid next to you all night on a cold hard ground.” He says with a smile. “It was worth it because I was laying next to you.” He says with a laugh.
“Why are we in the forest?” I ask him.
“Satan did something mean, and you changed. When you were finally able to vanish, I was able to hitch a ride and I followed you.” He says to me with anger in his eyes.
“Prisoner.” I say quietly and he nods.
“I will kill the next person who does it to you.” He says angrily, I watch him as memories flood into my mind, and tears fill my eyes.
“I am sorry about Tiras.” I whisper. “I thought he was you; I didn’t know he could use illusions.” I whisper as tears fall down my face, he wipes the tears away with a sad smile.
“Do not apologize to me.” He says to me and I nod, he pulls me close to him and kisses me. “I am sorry about what Dhuna did to you.” He says quietly, I see pain in his eyes, I remember him watching my memories.
“You shouldn’t have done that.” I say to him.
“What?” He asks me with a frown.
“Watched my memories, I have been trying to protect you from that.” I say with a sad smile.
“I prefer to know, for situations like that.” Emnos says with a frown. “Can we go back to our bed?” He asks me with a small smile and I nod, we vanish and the bed appears under us. “I will not try anything until I know you are fine; we can just lay here and talk for years if you want.” He says with a smile.
“I had a nightmare before I woke up to Tiras. Lucifer forced himself on me.” I say quietly.
“Then you wake up to that.” He says angrily as he turns and glares up at the ceiling.
“I also had another dream, I met Carnage.” I say as I watch him, he looks over at me with a frown.
“What was that like?” He asks me, I lift the sleeves off my arms and show him the hand prints. “That is from a dream?” He asks me angrily as he sits up and grabs my arm gently and looks at it closely.
“I do not how it could happen in a dream, but it did.” I say quietly, I feel Dhuna appear as I look up and see him, he walks over to us and leans over the bed looking closely at the hand prints. I feel magic surge into me from both of them trying to heal the black hand prints off me, nothing happens and I feel the magic leave me.
“Did you feel anything when it happened?” Dhuna asks me.
“Pain, a lot of it.” I say quietly as I stare at the hand prints, Dhuna vanishes we sit in silence for a moment before he returns. I look up and I see Satan, the memory of him coming after me in the halls floats up in my mind as I watch him walk to me, fear bubbles up inside of me as I slide back until Emnos holding my arm stops me. Satan leans over Emnos looking down at the hand print with a frown.
“This came from a dream?” He asks as he looks up at me.
“Yes.” I say to him as I look back down at the hand print.
“Have you talked to Creation about this?” He asks me.
“I have been busy.” I say as I look up at him with a glare, he smiles at me.
“Carnage can do things like this in dreams, the pain you felt was real and her hands on you was real. For some reason she is highly interested in you.” Satan says as he looks into my eyes. “What did she say to you?” He asks me with a grin, I feel myself shiver involuntarily as I back away from him, he grabs my arm where she did and pulls me across Emnos closer to him. “I smell fear on you.” He says as his eyes glow.
“Let go of her, now.” Emnos says angrily as he glares at him, I feel Emnos’ arms wrap around me, as I watch Dhuna grab Satan. Satan lets go of me and Dhuna pulls him away from me, Emnos holds me close to him.
“What did she say to you, Morrigan?” Satan asks me as Lucifer appears and grins at me.
“She said that I am perfect, I am Chaos, Death, and War. She said that the next war would make the previous one look like a game, that the War of Gods is one I will not survive.” I say to him as I watch both of them. “She also said she would get you two back.” I say barely above a whisper as the dream of Lucifer comes into my mind and I shiver Involuntarily again as I watch Lucifer.
“What did she say about me?” Lucifer asks me as he takes a step towards me, I try to back away in Emnos’ arms.
“That is enough, get out of the room.” Emnos says angrily, I see Dhuna touch them both and they vanish. “Morrigan, can you show me the part of the dream with her in it?” Emnos asks me.
“Just to warn you, it is very realistic.” I say quietly, ne nods as I raise a finger up to his temple and show him the entire talk with Carnage, I feel anger coming from him as I drop my hand.
“Dhuna, keep Lucifer out of here.” Emnos says angrily, Dhuna walks over to Emnos and they look into each others eyes as they glow. Dhuna holds onto the bed during the pain, I see anger in him as their eyes stop glowing.
“If I do not kill him myself, and save you trouble.” Dhuna says quietly as he vanishes.
“Talk to Creation.” Emnos says quietly as I feel his arms tighten around me.
Creation?
“Yes, Morrigan?”
I had a dream about Carnage.
“Did she touch you?”
Yes, I have hand prints from it.
“Come to my Circle.”
Can I bring Emnos?
“Yes.”
“She wants me to come to the Circle, she said you can come with me.” I say as I look up at him and he smiles at me, we vanish the Circle appears around us. I walk over to the stone as I watch her rise out of the slab, like Carnage did. She looks just like the other Creation, except she has two blue eyes, she motions me to her as she sits on the slab. Emnos pulls me to her and she smiles at us, she reaches out to me, I take her hand the familiar tingle of the magic from the slab shoots through me.
“Show me the places.” She says quietly, I take my hand back and unlatch the sleeves from my arms. She looks at the hand prints with curiosity in her eyes as she lifts my arm to look at it closer, she lowers my arm and frowns at me. She grabs my arms over the hand prints and I see her eyes glow, the frown deepens on her face as she stares into my eyes, she lets go of me as her eyes stop glowing. “There is another curiosity I need to satisfy before I return to the slab.” She says as she moves towards Emnos, I move in between them.
“What would that be?” I ask her with a frown, she smiles at me as she vanishes, I turn around to see her arms wrapped around Emnos his eyes glow as he stares at me. I grab her shoulder and try to pull her off him, pain shoots through my hand spreading up my arm making it go numb, I feel my hand let go of her as she vanishes.
“He is interesting.”
Do not touch him again.
“I feel distrust in you towards me.”
Yes, because I do not trust you.
“Yet you are giving me more power.”
What did you find out about the hand prints?
“Do not kill Alcmene, or any of the other Gods. If you do that dream will come true, and you will go through that pain again, and Lucifer again.”
What do you mean?
“She taunted you with a possible future, she is hoping things will escalate between you and the Gods. She tempted Tiras into coming to you, to make one of you kill him.”
How can I keep from killing the Gods you created that have shown me nothing but bad?
“Restrain your anger, and repeat that to all the others.”
Why are all the Gods you have created this way?
“Everything is the way it is for a reason.”
That is a lame excuse of a reason.
“Leave my Circle, we are done talking for now.”
It would seem all the power I gave you, is making you turn into my Creation.
I turn and glare at the slab, before turning back to Emnos and vanishing. The throne room appears around us, Emnos looks down at me with anger in his eyes. “I do not like this Creation.” He says quietly. “What did she say about the hand prints?” He asks me, I look around the room to find no other Gods here.
“I prefer to have everyone here before I say.” I say quietly as I summon the Gods from our side as I walk to the throne and sit down, I watch them appear they look to me with a frown as they notice the hand prints on my arms.
“Morrigan, what happened to your arms?” Theros asks me with concern on his face.
“I met Carnage.” I say to him, I see fear in his eyes. “I was given a premonition by Carnage, we cannot kill any of the Gods here or harm them in anyway. Aiwass move your mansion away from Frenzy’s mansion.” I say to them.
“Why?” Ark asks me and I glare at him as I feel rage ignite in me as I remember what he said about Satan trapping me, I feel the wings behind me as I glare into his eyes.
“Because if we do, Carnage will put me through a war again.” I say angrily.
“Morrigan, why are you looking at Ark that way?” Theros asks me I see more fear in him as I look down at him.
“Anyone who says that subjecting me to being a prisoner is for the best, is no friend of mine.” My voice echoes through the castle as I feel the rage build in me.
“Morrigan.” Ark starts to say.
“Silence.” My voice echoes through the room as I go back to glaring at him. “I do not want to hear another word out of you.” My voice echoes through the room as they stay silent watching me. “Do as I say regarding the Gods of this world, or suffer the consequences of fighting a war by yourself.” I say as I glare at them. “Leave.” I say as I vanish. The sitting room appears around me as I release the anger and fall back to lay on the large plush chair as I close my eyes, I feel something jump onto my chest I touch it with my hand to feel the soft fur of Cu Chulainn’s rabbit form.
“You were a comfort Cu Chulainn, I wanted you to know that.” I say quietly as I pet the fur on his back.
“I am glad I could be a comfort during that.” He says quietly. “We can watch your memories as much as we want, but it does not have the same effect on us as it did you. Because we know there is an escape.” He says quietly.
“It does feel like no one understands even though they have watched the memories.” I say quietly as I feel Emnos appear in the room.
“Are you okay, Morrigan?” Emnos asks me.
“Yes, I am just angry.” I say quietly, I feel his magic probe me. “That is not helping my anger, Emnos. I have not turned into Morrigu again.” I say angrily as I open my eyes to look at him, he gives me an uneasy grin.
“Had to check.” He says to me.
“Do you think I would be up here in this form if I thought there was a chance?” Cu Chulainn asks him as he looks up at him. “Morrigu at that stage loved giving me pain, I would be as far away from her as possible.” He adds as I feel him lay down on me with his back legs spread out behind him, I look down with a laugh as I play with the bottom of his feet. He leaps up and turns to look at me as he lands back on top of me. “Not nice, Morrigan.” He says with a laugh.
“I love bunny feet.” I say as I grin at him and wink, Emnos sits in the chair opposite watching us. “Creation is turning into our Creation.” I say quietly as I play with his long ears.
“Is that a bad thing?” Emnos asks me.
“She knew Dhuna was going to capture me and did not warn me, if that is any hint.” I say quietly as I watch Cu Chulainn lay down on his side on top of me.
“That is a big hint.” Emnos says angrily.
“Just do not punish Dhuna again. You have done enough to him for that already.” I say to him and I see him nod out of the corner of my eye as I pet Cu Chulainn’s back.
“When I saw it I had to do everything I could to restrain myself from killing him.” Emnos says angrily, I see someone appear at the end of the large chair watching me, he has shaggy blonde hair and aquamarine eyes.
“Stay.” I say as I motion to Emnos. “Who are you?” I ask him.
“Aimal, God of Obsession.” He says quietly. “I wanted to come to apologize for my twin.” He says as he looks at the floor, Emnos looks at him with a strange grin and Dhuna appears.
“Who is this?” Dhuna asks us.
“Obsession.” Emnos says as he looks up at Dhuna with the same grin, Dhuna backs up a step from him with a frown.
“Why are you looking at me like that Emnos?” Dhuna asks him as he moves around behind the chair I am on.
“Aimal, this is our Obsession. His name is Dhuna.” I say to him with a small smile. “Do not apologize to me for your brother’s actions, you had nothing to do with it.” I say to him, he looks up at me with a gentle smile and nods, he looks over at Dhuna.
“Nice to meet you, Dhuna.” Aimal says with a small bow, Dhuna glares over at Emnos before looking back at Aimal.
“Nice to meet you as well, Aimal. We are currently a source of entertainment for my twin, he thinks we are just alike.” Dhuna says with a frown, Aimal frowns over at Emnos who starts giggling.
“Personally, I like the idea of two Dhuna’s.” I say with a smile, Dhuna looks down at me with a smile.
“Are you always cleaning up after your brother’s messes?” Aimal asks Dhuna, who looks back at him and nods with a laugh. “Then maybe we are alike.” Aimal says with a smile.
“Do you try to keep him happy?” Dhuna asks him.
“I used to, but eventually I realized he is never going to be happy.” Aimal says quietly.
“You might be surprised; all it takes is the right woman.” Dhuna says as he glances down at me with a wink.
“Your twin is happy?” Aimal asks him with a frown.
“Yes, he is head over heels in love with Morrigan.” Dhuna says with a grin, Aimal looks at me with curiosity and interest.
“What did you do?” Aimal asks me.
“I showed him what I would be like free.” I say to him, he frowns as he watches me.
“Are you planning on killing my brother?” Aimal asks us.
“No, Aimal.” I say to him and he gives me a small smile, I feel someone appearing, I see the purple eyes.
“Dhuna get Emnos out of here.” I say quickly, Dhuna vanishes and reappears and vanishes again.
“Please behave yourself, Tiras.” Aimal says quietly as he watches me.
“I did not know you liked rabbits, Morrigan.” Tiras says with a grin.
