“Get out now.” I growl at him. “Cu Chulainn take me to the majordomo.” I say angrily as I glare at Emnos, I feel a hand on my shoulder and we vanish. A man appears in front of us with a perfectly tailored suit on with a silver crow embroidered over the left part of his chest, he sees me and bows.
“Greetings, Goddess Morrigan. I am your majordomo; I welcome you back to our world.” He says to me.
“Thank you, lead me to all the things you need me to do in whatever order you choose.” I say to him and he nods with a smile, I feel someone appear behind me in the hall. “If that is Emnos send him out of my mansion.” I growl to Cu Chulainn, I feel someone vanish behind me, and the majordomo leads me through the halls. I feel someone appear behind us, and follow us down the hallway, he leads me into the kitchen.
“Chef Fredrick, this is Goddess Morrigan.” The majordomo says to the chef and he turns away from prepping food to look at me, and bows.
“Goddess Morrigan, I wanted to see you to see if there is anything you wanted prepared special for you while I am cooking meals.” Fredrick says to me as he stands.
“She likes roast, and vegetables, she also likes chocolate pie.” I hear Emnos say to him.
“Get him out of here, Cu Chulainn.” I say angrily as I glare at Emnos.
“As you wish, Morrigan.” Cu Chulainn says as he walks to Emnos who vanishes before he can touch him, I look back at the chef to see Emnos standing beside him smiling at me.
“You reincarnate every four hundred years, I will gladly add to your death count if you do not leave my mansion.” I say as I glare at him.
“That is a God?” The majordomo asks me and I nod.
“I am not allowed to enjoy torturing you?” Emnos asks me with a grin, I feel the power wrap around me as I glare at him.
“Get out.” My voice echoes around the mansion as I glare at him, he vanishes as he laughs. Fredrick and the majordomo watch me with unease, I let the power go and bottle up the anger.
“I think he is going to continue doing this as long as you react, Morrigan.” Cu Chulainn says to me, I glare at him, before looking back at the chef.
“No, I do not need anything special prepared for me. You have enough work that you do not need to make something special for me that I may not eat.” I say to him with a smile, he nods to me and the majordomo leads me through the halls again. He stops at a door and opens it going inside as I feel someone appear behind us again, I follow him through the door and down the stairs, the stairs getting darker as we go down. At the bottom of the stairs is a room with a large silver door with a crow on it, the majordomo presses a ring on his finger on the door and it opens. We walk into the room, it is the vault.
“If you would refill these please, Goddess Morrigan.” The majordomo says with a bow as he motions to the large stone basins inside, I walk over to one of them to see copper coins inside, I hold my hand over it and use magic to create the copper coins.
“You have not done this already? It was one of the first things I did after returning.” I hear Emnos ask me, I look over to see him standing by the majordomo smiling at me.
“What do you want?” I ask him angrily as I glare at him.
“I already told you what I want.” He says as he watches me.
“I already told you I am not doing it.” I growl at him, and he laughs.
“I will just keep bothering you until you say yes.” He says as I hear coins hitting the floor, I look down to see I overfilled the basin, I stop the magic and walk to the basin with silver coins.
“Did you do this to Vhaanth?” I ask him angrily as I let the magic create silver coins.
“I was much worse with him.” He whispers in my ear.
“Get away from me Emnos.” I say angrily as I watch the basin, I feel hands on my hips.
“You seem angry.” He whispers in my ear.
“Because you are bothering me.” I say annoyed.
“I find some fun in bed always helps with anger.” He whispers in my ear as I feel him pull me against him.
“Then go have fun with someone else.” I say quietly as I watch the basin fill.
“I am not the angry one.” He says as I feel a hand slide under the skirt of my dress, I send out a pulse of electricity and I feel his hand jerk back, I release the magic for the silver coins as the basin fills and I walk over to the basin with gold coins in it.
“Emnos, I would be careful.” Cu Chulainn says to him with a laugh, as I hold my hand out over the basin and use magic to create gold coins, I feel his arms wrap around me from behind.
“Give me what I want and I will leave you alone.” He whispers in my ear. “Until I need something else.” He says to me I hear the grin in his voice.
“There are plenty of others that can teach them.” I say angrily as I watch the basin fill.
“But I want you to.” He whispers in my ear as I feel him pull me against him again.
“Get over it, I have things I need to do.” I say as I let the magic go and try to walk to the exit of the room, he holds me in place.
“Come on, Morrigan. I want you to.” Emnos whispers in my ear.
“Let me go, Emnos. You will find someone else.” I say angrily.
“I don’t want someone else.” He whispers in my ear, I turn in his arms and shove him back as I glare at him.
“You should have thought of that.” I say as I walk out of the vault, the majordomo leads me back up the stairs. He takes me to a meeting room nearby.
“I will be back with the head maid.” The majordomo says with a bow and leaves, I walk over to a chair and sit down as I close my eyes and bottle up the anger.
“Head maids are always fun in bed.” I hear Emnos say, I open my eyes to see him sitting in the chair across from me grinning, I send out a call to Dhuna and he appears beside Emnos.
“Remove him, or the maids will be cleaning up blood.” I say as I glare at Dhuna, he nods and touches Emnos and they vanish.
“He seems to be enjoying your anger.” Cu Chulainn says beside me.
“I would love to know why he is doing this.” I say quietly as I watch the majordomo return with the head maid, she bows to me before sitting in the chair across from me, Emnos appearing in the chair before she sits down, for her to sit on his lap. She stands up quickly and turns to see Emnos. “What is it you needed?” I ask her and she turns to look at me with anger in her eyes.
“Goddess Morrigan, I wanted to request higher pay for the maids and myself. The cost of everything is slowly getting higher and we cannot afford luxuries for ourselves.” She says quietly.
“You and the maids can have higher pay.” I say to her, she smiles and bows before turning to leave the room. I stand up and follow the majordomo from the room, he leads me through the halls to a wooden door with a crow on it. He opens it and goes inside; I follow him in and I see a large chair with crows on it. People sit in the room on small chairs waiting, I walk over to the chair and sit down to feel Emnos in my chair, I turn to look at him and he grins at me. I stand and touch him; he vanishes and I sit back down. After I hear all the petitions I stand up and the majordomo smiles at me.
“We are done.” He says to me and I nod.
“I am going to sleep.” I say to him and vanish, my room appearing around me. I walk over to the bed and lay down, I roll over onto my side as I feel someone appear in the room. “I know I need to see Creation, but I am tired from Emnos. I will do it later.” I say to him, I feel the bed move as he lays down behind me.
“How did I make you tired?” Emnos asks me, I turn to look at him and he grins at me.
“You are emotionally exhausting, leave me alone.” I say as I turn back over and close my eyes.
“How?” He whispers in my ear as I feel his arm wrap around me.
“Emnos, I need sleep, go away.” I say as I feel him pull me closer to him.
“I want to know how I am emotionally exhausting.” He whispers in my ear.
“You are the one that said you do not want me, and now that we are back here you are tormenting me.” I say quietly.
“How am I tormenting you?” He whispers in my ear, I ignore him and force myself to sleep.
I open my eyes and roll over to see violet eyes watching me, I feel tears come to my eyes as he watches me. I vanish the Circle appearing around me, I walk over to the slab and sit down.
“Nice to see you, Morrigan.” I hear Creation say.
“Same, Creation. What do you need?” I ask her.
“You seem different.” She says as she walks over to me, she lifts my face to look at her. “I feel Carnage.” She says with a frown, I unlatch the sleeves and slide them off, she looks down at the black hand prints. “How did this happen?” She asks me with concern on her face.
“Carnage came to me in a dream, the other Creation says it is a premonition. She caused me pain when she grabbed me in the dream.” I say to her, she touches my temple with a finger. I see the dream flash by in my head as she watches it, she removes her finger with a frown.
“It is interesting she would show you that, since Father Time has told me differently.” She says as she watches me.
“Just tell me what I need to do.” I say as I pull my face from her hand and slide the sleeves back on latching them back around my arms.
“You seem upset, Morrigan.” She says to me.
“It is nothing important, Creation. Just give me your orders and I will carry them out.” I say as I touch the slab and I feel the tingle of magic as she creates the link.
“Very well, Morrigan. I need you to go to a different world.” She says to me, I look up at her.
“Why?” I ask her angrily.
“What happened to, just give me orders and I will carry them out?” She asks me with a frown.
“Am I taking anyone?” I ask her as I look at the ground.
“You always have to take someone, otherwise you would not be as efficient.” She says to me. “Though I could always have Father Time fix you, then you would be efficient by yourself.” She says to me.
“Whatever you wish, Creation.” I say as I stare at the ground. “I noticed your red eye is gone, what happened to it?” I ask her.
“That is something you will find out later.” She says to me.
“Who am I taking with me?” I ask her.
“Your demigod and Dagda, Dagda will be a boon in this world. He is well known in it, it was the world I sent him to when I banished him.” She says to me.
“Are you going to tell me what I need to do?” I ask her.
“Do what you do best, make humans happy and the path will reveal itself.” She says to me.
“Yes, Creation.” I say to her.
“Should I send Emnos? Would that make you happier?” She asks me.
“No, I prefer to stay away from him.” I say quietly.
“Just to warn you I may end up sending him later with other Gods, if I think you need more help.” She says to me.
“Yes, Creation.” I say to her. “Creation, will there ever be a time when you will no longer need me to do things?” I ask her as I look up at her.
“Probably not.” She says as she looks into my eyes. “Go fetch Dagda and Cu Chulainn.” She says to me as she vanishes, I send out a pulse to find Dagda, he in my mansion with Cu Chulainn.
Come to me and bring Dagda.
Yes, Morrigan.
I look over when I feel them appear, they give me a confused look. “We have to go to another world.” I say to them.
“Just us three?” Cu Chulainn asks me with a frown.
“Yes, she said she would send more if we need it.” I say to them as someone appears.
“Why is she sending me along?” Dagda asks me with a frown.
“It is the world she banished you to.” I say to him.
“Another adventure then?” I hear Emnos ask, I turn to look at him and he frowns at me.
“You cannot come.” I say to him.
“Why not?” He asks me.
“Because she said only us three are going.” I say to him as I touch the slab, Cu Chulainn and Dagda start walking over to the slab to join me, I watch Emnos lay his hand on the slab.
“I am still going.” He says angrily, as Creation appears behind him, she gives me a sad smile as she grabs him and pulls him back as Dagda and Cu Chulainn touch the slab. Emnos’ angry eyes the last thing I see before we vanish, we arrive in another Circle of the different world. Dagda offers his hands to us, we take his hands and we vanish, a throne room appears around us, I look over at the two throne and frown. One of them has crows engraved into the wood with battle fields carved into the arms of the chair. I feel someone appear in the room, I look over to see a woman with long wavy black hair and blue eyes with lilac swirls walking to us. Cu Chulainn looks at her confused and at me and then back to her.
“Who is this, Dagda?” She asks him.
“Morrigan, Goddess of War.” He says to her.
“Interesting, I am Anand Goddess of War.” She says as she watches me. “Who is this?” She asks with a smile as she looks up at Cu Chulainn, he frowns down at her.
“Morrigan’s demigod, Cu Chulainn.” He says as he walks closer to me.
“He and I are going to find a place to set up a mansion, we will see you later, Dagda.” I say to him as I walk towards the door of the throne room. Anand appears in front of me with a smile.
“I can show you a place.” She says to me.
“I prefer you didn’t.” I say as I appear past her and continue walking to the door, Cu Chulainn appears at my side as I walk through the open door. We walk down the hallway to the entrance, a man appears in front of us and smiles down at me.
“Anand, did you see who the visitors are?” He asks me.
“I am the visitor, I am not Anand.” I say as I walk around him and we go out of the castle, I see a large city around us. “Climb to the top, and wait for me. I am going to fly out of the city so I can vanish us both there.” I say to him.
“Yes, Morrigan.” He says as he starts climbing the outside wall of the castle, I feel someone watching me and I turn to see Dagda.
“Why not let us help you find a place to set up?” He asks me.
“Because I do not like how much she looks like me.” I say to him as I change and fly up into the sky, I fly over the city to the grassland outside of it, I glide towards the ground. Then I fly back up to the castle roof where I see Cu Chulainn waiting for me, I see a hawk fly up out of the palace and fly towards me, I rise up to avoid it and it follows. I fly faster towards Cu Chulainn as I see it turn towards me, it flies faster to catch up to me, I glance back to Cu Chulainn to see him with his sword out and a hand ready to catch me. I hit his hand as the hawk behind me changes and lands on the roof with us, I change and glare at Dagda.
“You did not say you could change.” I say to him.
“You did not ask.” He says to me.
“What do you want?” I ask him.
“Let me help you.” He says to me.
“I do not need it.” I say as I grab Cu Chulainn and we vanish, the grassland appears around us and we start walking away from the city.
“Why do they need you if she is here?” Cu Chulainn asks me quietly.
“I do not know.” I say angrily. “I think there is too much we do not know, and after we find a place for a mansion. We are going to the Circle to have a chat about it.” I say as I glare at the woods ahead of us.
“You should see how many Gods are in this world, so we know how many we are dealing with.” Cu Chulainn says to me, I send out a pulse of magic across the world, I stop in place in surprise at how many Gods are here. “What is it?” He asks me with a frown.
“There are hundreds of Gods here.” I say quietly.
“How?” He asks me with a frown.
“Another thing we do not know.” I say to him, I feel a call luring me to the east, back towards the city, it feels like Creation. “Creation is somehow calling me to her.” I say with a frown as I turn around.
“Go, I will wait here.” He says to me, I look up at him and he smiles at me.
“If anything happens use the link to come to me.” I say to him and he nods, I change and fly towards the call. I find the Circle on the castle grounds, I glide down to it and land on the slab, Dagda appears next to it and looks down at me. I feel the familiar tingle of magic as she appears next to the slab, I change sitting on the slab watching them.
“She is more stubborn than Anand.” Creation says as she watches me.
“You have no idea.” Dagda says as he watches me with his arms crossed.
“Why am I here?” I ask her angrily.
“Because I need your help, Morrigan.” She says with a smirk.
“You have hundreds of Gods here, use one of them.” I say as I glare at her.
“Every God counts.” She says to me with a laugh.
“Are there any humans here?” I ask her.
“Yes, there are humans. What did your Creation tell you?” She asks me.
“I will not answer any questions unless you tell me why I am here.” I say as I glare at her.
“I can just take the answers, Morrigan.” She says with a smile as she reaches out to me and I vanish, appearing on the opposite side of the Circle.
“Answer or I will leave to find my own way.” I say angrily as I glare at her and she laughs.
“I am starting to see what you mean, Dagda.” She says as she smiles at me, she vanishes and I change flying up above the Circle to see her appear where I had been standing, she looks up and laughs as she watches me. “Get her, Dagda.” She says to him, I see him change and fly up towards me, I vanish to where Cu Chulainn is waiting, changing as I do. I grab his hand and run off into the forest as I block anyone from finding us, I pull him down into a bush with me as I watch the sky.
“Did not go well?” He whispers to me.
“She does not take no for an answer.” I whisper as I see the hawk flying above the city towards where we were just at. “Change, I will too. We will travel through the bushes on foot.” I whisper to him as I change, he changes beside me and we hop away from the hawk looking for us.
Maybe we should go back to our stone and explain things to Creation, she might let us come back.
She might.
I flap up and land on his back and we vanish, the Circle appearing around us. Men stand around the slab, they see us and run toward us, we vanish back into the forest.
I guess that is not an option.
No, I think not.
A stag walks up to us and looks down at us. “Creation is looking for you.” The stag says to us, Cu Chulainn starts running away and I glide above him, I glance behind us to the see the stag running after us. “I am starting to think this is counter productive.” Cu Chulainn says as we run from the stag, I glance back to see a bear running beside the stag after us.
“I am not giving in to another Creation, unless she explains why.” I say angrily as I feel a talons hit me, pain shoots through me as I hit the ground, I look up to see a hawk pinning me to the ground. I look over to see a man holding Cu Chulainn by the ears.
“This will easier if you just do what she wants.” Dagda says to me, I look up at him.
“I am done following orders without them being explained.” I say angrily, as I change and I smack him off me, swords appear in my hands as I turn to the man holding Cu Chulainn. “Change.” I say to him and he changes as a sword appears in his hand.
“Morrigan you are not the strongest God here.” Dagda says as he changes and a mace appears in his hand. “Do as we say or I will kill him.” He says with a frown, I look over at Cu Chulainn as my swords vanish, he looks at me with a sad smile as his sword vanishes.
“I will do as you say, just do not hurt him.” I say quietly as I look back up at Dagda, he grabs me and we vanish, the Circle appears around us I see Cu Chulainn appear with a man holding his arm. Dagda pushes me to the slab where Creation is sitting with a smile on her face, she touches my temple once I am within reach and I feel my body go limp as my mind is accessed. I see every memory I have flash through my mind, when she reaches the end of my memories, she takes her hand away and frowns at me.
“I want to see his memories too.” She says as she watches me, Dagda pulls me away from her as the man pushes Cu Chulainn in front of her, I watch her touch his temple. I watch her go through his memories as the sun goes up and falls ten times, she finally drops her hand and the man pull Cu Chulainn away from her and she looks over at me. “This one is broken.” She says with a frown.
“No, she is not.” Cu Chulainn says angrily, she looks at him with a smile.
“She is still useful, but she is broken.” She says to him.
“How so?” Dagda asks her.
“Take away her power, her ability to run and lock her in a room. You will see what I mean.” She says as she grins at me, fear shoots through me as I try to pull away from him.
“Dagda, do not do that to her.” Cu Chulainn says quietly as he looks over at him.
“I take my orders from her, not a demigod.” Dagda says quietly as we vanish, a bedroom appears around us, I try to use magic to send electricity into him to find it blocked, I try to vanish to find it blocked. I look up at him as fear takes over, I try to pull out of his hand as I feel the room lock, tears stream down my face as I feel my body start shaking. He lets go of me and watches me, I run to the door and try to open it, it doesn’t move, I turn around and I see a window. I run to the window and throw my body against it; the window stays intact. I turn to watch him when I hear his footsteps, I sit on the floor and pull my legs up wrapping my arms around them and bury my face into my skirt. I feel a finger touch my arm and I flinch away from it.
“Please do not do this. I cannot do this again.” I whisper as I start to shake more.
“Morrigan, get up.” I hear him say.
“Please do not hurt me.” I whisper.
“I said to get up.” He says angrily, I stand up and stare at the floor as tears fall down my face, I see a hand coming towards me and I back away from it quickly hitting my back on the wall. I hear him walking towards me, I glance up to see him quickly closing the distance, and I run. I run to the door throwing my body against it as I glance back to see him running towards me, fear takes over as I watch him. He grabs me and touches my temple, I see memories flash through my mind as I go limp in his arm, I close my eyes and go into my mind to escape. I feel someone jerk me out of my mind and I open my eyes to feel a bed under me and I see his green eyes watching me.
“Why did you never tell me?” He asks me.
“Because it was none of your business.” I say quietly.
“That, I would have intervened. Dhuna deserves to die a thousand slow deaths.” He says angrily.
“I forgave him.” I say as I look away from him.
“He has done damage that can never be fixed.” He says angrily.
“It is none of your business, what has happened to me.” I say to him, I feel him grab my arm and we vanish. The Circle appears around us again, Cu Chulainn looks at me with concern, Creation grins at me.
“Did you see what I mean?” She asks him, and he nods with anger in his eyes. “She is still useful though, we just have to keep it from happening.” She says with a laugh as she stands up and walks over to me. “Though if you run again, that will be your existence.” She says as she glares at me, I feel my body start shaking again.
“I ask that if it comes to that, I am the one who keeps her prisoner.” Dagda says to her angrily.
“Why? Want to protect her?” Creation asks as she grins up at him.
“Yes.” He says as he looks down at her.
“Very well, if she runs, she is your pet bird.” Creation says with a laugh and vanishes, the man brings Cu Chulainn over to us and Dagda grabs his arm and we vanish. A sitting room appears around us and he lets us go, I run over to the corner and sit down, I wrap my arms around my legs and bury my face in my skirt as tears run down my face. I feel something fuzzy brush across my hand, I look up and see Cu Chulainn as a rabbit, I pick him up and set him in between my chest and legs and hug up to him.
“I am sorry, Morrigan. I was following orders.” Dagda says as I hear him sit on one of the chairs.
“You saw from my memories what happens to her, and you still did it.” Cu Chulainn says angrily.
“This is not a Creation you disobey.” Dagda says to him.
“Why were we brought here?” Cu Chulainn asks him.
“To fight a war, bigger than anything you have seen before.” Dagda says to him.
“What are her chances of survival?” Cu Chulainn asks him.
“Not sure.” Dagda says to him.
“It takes her twelve hundred years to reincarnate.” Cu Chulainn says angrily.
“Why?” Dagda asks him.
“Not quite sure, after she died from fighting Indech that is how long it took her to come back.” Cu Chulainn says to him.
“Did she increase in power before death?” Dagda asks him.
“She went to the Gods cemetery and dug up all her previous lives bodies and absorbed their power to become powerful enough to save Myrddin.” Cu Chulainn says to him.
“That explains it. It also means it will take that long for every reincarnation.” Dagda says quietly.
“Why?” Cu Chulainn asks him.
“She gains power from those lives with every reincarnation, gaining abilities they had and strengthening the ones they have in common. It takes time to go through that many lives.” Dagda says to him.
“Have you given the magic back to her?” Cu Chulainn asks him.
“Yes, I thought if she felt less helpless, she would feel better.” Dagda says quietly.
“Block off the exits, in this mode she is all about running.” Cu Chulainn says quietly, as I reach out to the magic to find it waiting for me, I glare up at Dagda. “Unless she changes her mind, can you defend against her?” Cu Chulainn asks him.
“Where do you think Morrigu got her abilities in combat from?” Dagda says as he watches me.
“I made a promise to myself, that if I was taken prisoner. I would fight, and I would not care who dies.” I say angrily as I push Cu Chulainn out of my lap, I stand up as swords appear in my hands.
“No one is dying, because I will not kill you.” Dagda says with a grin. “I look forward to seeing how much you have grown, but I have blocked Morrigu’s powers from you. They are too destructive to be used in a city.” He says as he stands, a sword appears in his hand.
“Morrigan, fighting is not going to help.” Cu Chulainn says as he changes beside me and looks down at me, I look up at him as tears fill my eyes.
“I cannot be a prisoner again; it hurts too much.” I say quietly.
“Dagda will not hurt you.” Cu Chulainn says with a sad smile, I glare at Dagda as I jump at him bringing my swords down on him he lifts his sword and blocks with a smile on his face.
“Come to me Cu Chulainn, I will take us to more appropriate battle grounds.” Dagda says as he watches me, Cu Chulainn appears beside him and touches his arm as Dagda grabs mine and we vanish. An arena appears around us, I let my rage take over and feed it with all my anger as I feel the power wrap around me. Cu Chulainn vanishes and I feel him reappear away from us.
“I have something you have never seen before.” I say angrily as I glare at Dagda.
“Then show it to me, I taught Morrigu how to fight.” He says with a smile, I go into the dance with war, I watch him try to avoid attacks and block others as I attack him relentlessly. I let the rage have complete control and I watch from inside my mind watching him. I take back control as I watch him hit the ground on his back, I lower a sword to his throat as I glare down at him.
“Seems you do not know everything.” I say as I watch him, he laughs. I raise the sword, Creation appears in front of me.
“Hello again, Morrigan.” She says with a smile, I bring the sword down on her and she catches it between two fingers. “Do not think it would be that easy.” She says with a laugh. “I have been talking to your Creation, I want to see the marks.” She says to me as my swords vanish without me calling them back, she touches my shoulder and my power falls away from me. “Take them off.” She says with a smile.
“If I say no?” I ask her.
“Then I will have Dagda do it.” She says as she watches me, as I see Dagda stand, I gather the magic inside me and shoot flames out of my hand at her, the magic vanishes from me and the fire dies out in my hand. “I have complete control over all your abilities.” She says with a grin. “I am not weak like your Creation.” She says as she watches me, I back up a step from her as I glare at her. “Seems she is not going to do what I want, Dagda.” Creation says with a smile, I see Dagda walk towards me, I unlatch the sleeves and slip them off.
They both frown at the hand prints on my arms, Cu Chulainn appears beside me and frowns at my arms. “Why did you not tell me about this?” Cu Chulainn asks me as he looks into my eyes with concern.
“I just had not got around to it.” I say to him.
“How did it happen?” Cu Chulainn asks me.
“A dream Carnage gave me.” I say to him, I feel Creation grab my arms over the hand prints, I feel magic surge through me as I look at her. I try to pull my arms away from her as I glare at her.
“Hold her still.” Creation says as her eyes glow, Dagda comes around behind me and I feel his arm wrap around me to keep me from moving. “Head, too.” She says to him as I feel the magic get stronger, I feel his hand on my jaw to keep me from bashing my head into Creation.
“What are you doing?” Cu Chulainn asks angrily.
“Seeing if I can heal it, but your God is stubborn.” She says with a smile, I glare at her.
“You are mistaking stubbornness for me just not trusting you.” I growl at her as I fight against both of them and she laughs as the magic ends and she lets go of me.
“It cannot be healed, do you still feel pain in them?” She asks me with a smile.
“Yes, but I ignore it.” I say as I glare at her, I try to reach out to get my hands around her neck as anger takes over and Dagda holds me in place. “Just let me get my hands on her, Dagda.” I say angrily as I glare at her.
“You are going to be fun in battle.” She says with a grin and vanishes.
“She is right about that, you do not know when to stop.” Dagda says as he lets go of me, I turn and glare up at him.
“I want to talk to my Creation.” I say angrily, he nods and holds out his hands to us, Cu Chulainn takes his hand and I touch Cu Chulainn, we vanish. The Circle appears around us, I walk over to the slab pushing a God out of my way and touch the slab, I send magic into it.
“I heard you are already making friends.”
Do not be a smart ass. Did you know what this world was like, what the Creation here is like, before you sent me here?
“I imagine I see a different side of her than you do.”
I do not like her and I do not trust her, she sent Gods after us and threatened my demigod’s life. Then had Dagda make me feel like a prisoner just to let him see what I am like.
“Work with her, Morrigan. You are needed even if it may not seem like it. And while I do not agree with some of her choices, she is the most powerful Creation as of yet. Which also means the Carnage in her world is the strongest, that is the one who gave you the dream.”
I am starting to think the more power the Creations get the more like Carnage they become.
“I will forgive those words because I made you, but do not repeat that to the Creation there, she will kill you for insulting her.”
Are you saying that is not something Carnage would do? Sounds like her to me.
“Behave yourself, Morrigan please.”
Yes, Creation
I walk away from the stone slab and grab Cu Chulainn’s hand and we vanish back to the sitting room, I punch the wall as hard as I can releasing as much anger as I can. “I am guessing she was unhelpful.” Cu Chulainn says quietly.
“Yes, I was told to behave!” I yell angrily as I turn to glare at Dagda. “Remember that conversation we had at Theros’ mansion about me calling you strange?” I ask him angrily as I glare at him, he nods. “You are not even a friend.” I say angrily as I walk out of the room, Cu Chulainn follows. I walk through the hallways as I bottle up the anger, I glare at the Gods walking the halls of the castle as they walk past.
“Anand is that you?” I hear a voice behind us, I turn to glare at them to see violet eyes smiling at me.
“This is getting too strange for me now.” Cu Chulainn says as he glares at the man.
“I heard there is a look alike in the castle, are you Anand or the other one?” He asks me as he watches me.
“I am the other one, I am not in the mood for seeing the face you have. I am sorry.” I say quietly and walk away from him. I feel a hand grab my arm and pull me back to see him give me grin.
“What is your name?” He asks me.
“Morrigan.” I say to him.
“My name is Aziz, nice to meet you Morrigan. Do you have a God that looks like me?” He asks me as his grin widens.
“Yes, his name is Emnos.” I say quietly.
“Does he have a twin?” Aziz asks me.
“Dhuna.” I say as I glare at him. “Let me go.” I say angrily, he lets go of my arm and I turn and walk away from him again, I hear Cu Chulainn follow. We turn down a hallway and Anand appears with a smile.
“Decided to stay?” She asks me.
“That was decided for me, I prefer not to look at your face, get out of my way.” I say as I glare at her, and she laughs.
“We look the same, so I would love to know the logic in that.” She says with a grin, swords appear in my hands, swords appear in her hands. “Want to fight?” She asks as her grin widens.
“Morrigan, restrain your anger.” Cu Chulainn says quietly, I glare at her as I bottle up the anger, and I let the swords vanish.
“I am not wasting energy on a copy.” I say with a smile, I shove her out of my way and walk down the hallway.
“We should try to find friends here.” Cu Chulainn says quietly.
“We are with enemies; I refuse to see any of them as friends.” I say angrily, as a man walks in front of us. “Really? They even have an Ark?” I ask angrily as I glare up at him, he looks down at me with a smirk. “What do you want?” I ask him.
“You are not allowed to leave the castle; this door leads outside.” He says as he motions to the door behind him, I punch the wall as I glare at him and turn around to walk back down the hallway. Dagda appears at the end of the hall watching us, with a small smile.
“What do you want?” I ask him angrily.
“Besides to enjoy watching you rebel while behaving, I am also to escort you to your room so you know where it is.” He says with a laugh, I feel Cu Chulainn hug me from behind. “What are you doing?” He asks Cu Chulainn with a frown.
“Hugging her feelings out, it keeps her from drawing swords.” Cu Chulainn says to him and he laughs.
“Does it work?” Dagda asks him.
“First time trying, I hope it does.” Cu Chulainn says with a small laugh, I glare at Dagda.
“Well if that doesn’t succeed there is a God here who can help, all you will have to do is sling her over your shoulder afterwards.” Dagda says with a grin.
“Will she be conscious still?” Cu Chulainn asks him.
“Yes.” Dagda says with a laugh.
“Bad idea it just makes her angrier, I have dealt with her after that being done to her. She went through the castle punching all the walls and attacking the one keeping her prisoner. She even bit one, though I did enjoy it when I caught her and she struggled to get out of my arms.” Cu Chulainn says with a laugh.
