Chapter Twenty-eight

“I am not Morrigu, I am recreation of her. My name is Morrigan.” I say to him.
“Were you ever told about the second God Creation made?” He asks me.
“No.” I say to him.
“After Creation made Morrigu, she made me.” He says to me. “Morrigu and I spent thousands of years with each other alone, until Creation made other Gods. She thought to match up the Gods differently, she took Morrigu away from me. When I fought against her, she sent me to another world.” He says as he takes a step towards me.
“Morrigu is dead, I am sorry for your loss.” I say to him and turn I walk to the throne and sit down; he walks closer to me.
“You are alive.” He says to me.
“I am not her.” I say to him.
“That magic you are using, that was something special to just her. You cannot tell me that there is nothing of her in you.” He says to me.
“This came from someone I love telling me they do not want me anymore.” I say as I watch him. “Leave, I do not feel like talking.” I say to him.
“I will come back later, Morrigan.” He says quietly and vanishes, Cu Chulainn appears in the room and looks around with a frown, he looks over to me and backs up a step from me.
“Are you okay?” He asks me as he watches me.
“If you probe me with magic, I may lose it.” I say as I watch him, he nods. “Emnos says he does not want me anymore.” I say to him, he gives me a sympathetic look.
“What happened?” He asks me.
“The fight we had.” I say to him and he frowns. “There is nothing wrong with him to make him say it, he said it on his own.” I say to him.
“Who was just here?” He asks me.
“Someone called Dagda.” I say to him, I see recognition in his eyes. “You know him?” I ask him.
“I know of him, Morrigu would talk about him.” Cu Chulainn says to me.
“Anything bad?” I ask him.
“No, she loved him.” Cu Chulainn says to me.
“He seems to think he can reclaim a lost love with me, I am not interested.” I say as I watch him.
“I wish you were in your normal state, I could ask you to calm down. But this is calm.” He says with a frown. “Morrigu use to do this after being on the battlefield watching humans suffer and arguing with Creation.” He says with a sad smile.
“Am I a danger to anyone?” I ask him.
“No, you are not.” He says with a small smile.
“Then I do not see the issue.” I say to him, he walks over to me and changes jumping up into my lap, I look down at him and pet his back, he rolls over onto his side and lays down as I go into my memories.
“Morrigan, pay attention.” Cu Chulainn says to me, as he looks up at me, I look down at him.
“I am paying attention.” I say to him.
“Does not seem like it to me.” I hear Dagda say, I look up at him.
“I guess I lost track of time again.” I say to them, Dagda frowns at me.
“She loses time, if she goes into memories or deep in thought or for a walk. Time stops for her and the moment only seems like a day.” Cu Chulainn says to him.
“Who is the rabbit?” Dagda asks me.
“My demigod, Cu Chulainn.” I say to him, and he smiles.
“Morrigu loved rabbits, she would chase after wild ones.” He says quietly.
“I am not interested in what you want, if that is all you are here for then leave me be.” I say to him as I watch him and continue petting Cu Chulainn.
“Not going to give me a chance?” He asks me.
“What is the point? Both of men I loved broke me apart, one of them is laying in my lap.” I say to him, he glares at the rabbit.
“I would not do that.” He says as he looks back into my eyes.
“I do not believe you.” I say to him, he walks closer to me and touches my hand, I feel the power vanish, I glare at him. “Why did you do that?” I ask him angrily.
“Because I prefer emotions when having a conversation, even if it means your anger.” He says with a gentle smile.
“Cu Chulainn tell Dagda the story of Morrigu.” I say as I lean back in the throne and push him out of my lap, Cu Chulainn changes Dagda looks at him with a frown.
“I was Morrigu’s demigod after your disappearance.” Cu Chulainn says to him and tells him the entire story of Morrigu’s life and her death. I watch them the entire time, Dagda pushes back the hood at one point, he is a handsome man. I see rage inside his eyes as he listens, at times pain in his eyes, I can see how much he still cares about her. Once Cu Chulainn is done, Dagda looks at me.
“What is your story?” He asks me.
“That is not important.” I say annoyed, he laughs as he watches me.
“Notice she makes the same faces she did?” Cu Chulainn asks him with a smile, Dagda nods with a smile on his face.
“Never thought I would see that look again, I have been traveling to all the worlds trying to find my way back just so I could see that look again.” Dagda says with a grin.
“I cannot blame you, I would do it too.” Cu Chulainn says to as he watches me.
“As amusing as this may be for you two, I am not interested in listening to you talk about me and someone that I look like.” I say as I glare at them.
“I will change the conversation then. Why are you not in the original world?” He asks me with a small smile.
“Because Creation sent me here to rebuild this world.” I say to him with a frown.
“She cares about humans.” Cu Chulainn says to him, Dagda frowns at him and looks back at me.
“You mean their suffering?” Dagda asks him.
“No, she wants humans to be happy, she takes care of all their needs. She will even die for them.” Cu Chulainn says to him.
“That is strange for her, I was the one who did that.” Dagda says as he watches me.
“You should have seen this place when we moved here, it was a tiny insignificant speck on the map. Thanks to her hard work, it has turned into this.” Cu Chulainn says to him with a smile.
“Mind showing me? I am sorry I find it hard to believe.” Dagda asks him with a frown, Cu Chulainn touches his temple with a finger, I watch them annoyed. I stand up and vanish, the sitting room appears around me and I lay down on the large plush chair, staring at the ceiling, I go off into my memories again.
I feel a hand on mine, I look over to see Dagda smiling down at me, I frown at him. “Done reminiscing with my demigod?” I ask him, he laughs as he sits down in the chair opposite me, I look over to see Cu Chulainn sitting in the chair next to him. I sit up, crossing my legs to glare at them.
“She can be just as prickly, I see.” Dagda says as he smiles at me.
“Yes, but she is good.” Cu Chulainn says as he smiles at me.
“He showed me what you have done for the humans, in this world and the last one. You truly are amazing.” Dagda says as he watches me.
“Did you show him all those statues and shrines and temples?” I ask him annoyed.
“Yes, I did. He saw the one they erected here in your honor.” Cu Chulainn says with a laugh.
“I would love to meet this son of yours.” Dagda says with a laugh.
“He is a good person, but a pain in my backside.” I say with a frown. “He even wrote two books about me.” I say as I glare at him, Dagda laughs.
“Are you almost done with this world?” He asks me.
“I do not know; Creation has said nothing. I can only speak to this Creation; I cannot speak to the other.” I say to him.
“You can if you go to the stone that she made here and use magic on it.” Dagda says to me, I frown at him.
“I had not thought of that.” I say to him and he gives me a small smile.
“Do you mind showing me the Circle for her? I would like to speak to her myself.” Dagda asks me.
“I do not mind, I have a few words for her.” I say as I stand, I offer them my hands, they take them and we vanish. The Circle appears around us, Dagda walks over to the slab and places a hand on it, I feel an immense amount of power come out of him. We wait, the sun vanishes behind the horizon and the moon starts rising in the sky, by the time it is high above us he finally removes his hand from the slab. I walk over and touch it letting magic go into it.
“Morrigan?”
Yes.
“You are done with that world, the Creation there knows it but she doesn’t want to let you go. Call the Gods, it is time to leave.”
Yes, Creation. Is Dagda coming?
“Yes, he is.”
I send out a call to all the Gods that came with us to this world, I watch as they appear, Emnos is the last to appear shirtless. “Touch the slab, everyone.” I say quietly as I look down at it. When everyone has a hand on the slab we vanish, the Circle and Creation appearing in front of us. “Creation I am not in the mood for any requests you may have for me.” I say quietly as I look up at her and a tear falls down my face.
“That is fine, Morrigan. Take your time.” She says quietly.
“Thank you.” I say to her, I vanish. My room appears around me and I look over at the bed, memories of Emnos and I in the bed flood my mind, as tears fall down my face. I send a surge of magic into it and watch it catch fire, as I feel someone appear in the room. I look back to see Dagda and Cu Chulainn, they look at the bed and to me. Dagda walks to me and wraps his arms around me and hugs me tightly, I feel magic seep into me from him I feel the emotions fall out of me as I start crying into his chest.
“It is not good to hold them in, Morrigan.” Dagda says quietly, Cu Chulainn touches his arm and we vanish a large sitting room in the palace appears around us, Dagda leads me to a large chair and sits down with me. “I can make anyone experience the emotions like they should. It is part of life and growth to let it out instead of hold it in.” Dagda says quietly.
“She should have met you sooner, then. All she does is hold it in, unless she feels trapped. But she becomes something else at that point.” Cu Chulainn says quietly. When I am finished letting the pain out of me, I close my eyes and fall asleep in his arms.
I wake up in my room at the mansion I created, I sit up on the bed and look around to see it is empty. I throw the blanket off me and slide to the edge of the bed and stand up, I walk over to the wardrobe and open it, I grab the brush as I walk over to the mirror. I brush my hair; whatever Dagda did help me feel better. After I am done, I return the brush and close the doors to the wardrobe. I vanish, the throne room of the palace appearing around me, I see Myrddin talking to Cu Chulainn and Dagda, they look over at me and smile. I walk over to them, Myrddin hugs me tightly.
“I have missed you.” He says as he hugs me tighter.
“I missed you too Myrddin.” I say as I smile and hug him tightly, he loosens his grip on me and kisses me on the forehead.
“I am glad you are back, if you do not want to take over, I will keep the throne until you are ready.” Myrddin says with a smile down at me.
“Thank you, Myrddin. I think I just want to be left alone, instead of dealing with others’ problems at the moment.” I say with a sad smile.
“I understand, take as much time as you need.” Myrddin says to me. “I have been talking to these two, Dagda is a very fascinating God.” Myrddin says as he grins at me, I feel someone appear in the throne room and I look over to see Vhaanth, he runs over to me and takes me out of Myrddin’s arms and hugs me tightly. “This is the God of Death, Vhaanth.” Myrddin says to Dagda.
“Who is he?” Vhaanth says as he hugs me tighter.
“Dagda, God of Life.” Dagda says to him.
“I am sorry for killing Morrigu.” Vhaanth says to him.
“Cu Chulainn showed me memories of what she had turned into. You didn’t kill her, she died before you were even created.” Dagda says quietly.
“Morrigan, I am summoning all the Gods so we can see each other after being separated for so long.” Vhaanth says as he looks down at me with a smile.
“Where?” I ask him.
“Theros’ mansion.” He says to him, I nod to him.
“When?” I ask him.
“They are already gathered there, I came to bring you myself.” He says with a smile, he holds out a hand to Cu Chulainn and Dagda.
“Be back soon, Myrddin.” I say to him and he nods as they take Vhaanth’s hand, we vanish. A room appears around me, I watch them walk out of the room and close the door, I walk over to the wardrobe and ring the bell. Once the maid is done, I walk out of the room and find them waiting for me already changed into the short pants, Dagda looks at the outfit with a frown.
“How is that decent for the Goddess of War, the first ever created in the entire universe?” He asks them.
“It is decent because she looks great in it.” Cu Chulainn says with a grin as he looks at me. Dagda laughs as he offers his arm to me and I take it, he leads me down the hall to the platforms, as soon as we walk out all the Gods and Goddesses look over at me, except Emnos.
“Welcome back, Goddess Morrigan.” They say as one, I give them a small smile.
“Thank you.” I say to them as Dagda leads me to the edge of the platform, I sit down and he sits down beside me.
“You seem have the appreciation of all these Gods.” He says as he looks down at me.
“Yeah, I do.” I say as I look up at him, he smiles at me.
“Morrigan, do you forgive me?” I hear Ark say I look over at him he gives me a sad smile.
“As long as you promise never to do it again.” I say quietly, he nods.
“What did he do?” Dagda asks me.
“He said I was better off being a prisoner, because I wanted to go for a walk.” I say quietly as I look down at the water.
“Cu Chulainn showed me what you are like, no one is better off that way.” Dagda says quietly.
“Who is this?” I hear Emnos ask me, I look up to see him glaring at me.
“Last time I checked it is none of your business. You are the one who said you did not want me.” I say quietly, I see rage inside him at my words. “Leave me alone, Emnos. I prefer not to see you.” I say quietly as I look down at the water.
“He is the one that made the calm rage appear.” Dagda says to me.
“Yes, he is.” I say to him.
“I will not intervene in your business with others, it is none of mine. Unless you ask for help, I am not going to act on your behalf.” Dagda says to me.
“I appreciate that.” I say to him.
“I still do not see how that is appropriate for you to wear.” He says to me and I laugh as I look up at him, he grins at me. “I got you to laugh, I think I could die happy now.” He says as he watches me.
“You are strange.” I say to him as I watch him.
“How so?” He asks me with a smile.
“You acted like you wanted me. But you have made no moves to try to get me.” I say to him.
“I believe in treating you with the respect you deserve, if you want me, I will be happy. If you do not, then I will be happy to be a friend.” Dagda says as he watches my eyes.
“Like I said you are strange.” I say with a laugh, he wraps an arm around me and hugs me tightly.
“I will accept that then.” He says to me, as I feel his arm leave me.
“Morrigan, you should introduce Dagda to the Gods. Tell them who he is and who he was.” Vhaanth says as he sits down beside me.
“Why don’t you do it?” I ask him as I look up at him with a frown.
“Because you are the leader. That is your job.” He says with a smile, I stand up and Dagda stands up beside me, everyone looks at me.
“Everyone this is Dagda, the God of Life. He was the second God ever created after Morrigu. He will be joining us from now on, treat him kindly.” I say to them and they nod to me and smile at him, we sit back down on the edge.
“Dhuna told me what happened, Morrigan.” Vhaanth says to me.
“I do not want to talk about it.” I say to him.
“When you do, I am here for you.” Vhaanth says to me. “Creation has some things for you to do, so when you are ready go to her.” He says quietly.
“Yes, Vhaanth.” I say to him. “I think I should see her, focusing on a task always helps.” I say as I smile at him.
“Wait until the end of the greeting at least before you run.” Vhaanth says with a laugh.
“As you wish, Vhaanth.” I say to him, Dagda laughs.
“Morrigu used to get pissed off every time I said that.” He says as he continues laughing.
“Really? She was always saying it to me.” Cu Chulainn says with a frown.
“Oh yeah, she would go into a full blow rage and start destroying things every time I said it.” Dagda says as he laughs harder.
“Seems she missed it after you were gone.” Cu Chulainn says as he smiles at Dagda.
“And it is still around to this day.” Dagda says as he grins down at me, I smile up at him. “Is she still bad at fake smiles?” Dagda asks him.
“The worst, it looks like she is in pain and angry at the same time.” Cu Chulainn says to him and Dagda laughs as he hugs me.
“I miss that look.” Dagda says as he smiles down at me.
“Dagda, may I ask what you and Creation talked about?” I ask him with a frown.
“We talked about what had happened before, and about other things.” He says to me. “Not all of it I wish to speak with you about, I apologize.” He says with a small smile.
“That is fine, I was just curious.” I say to him.
“Though she did tell me about how you did not know if you would reincarnate or not, and still fought the fomorians, even though you knew you would die.” He says as he smiles down at me.
“Everyone makes a bigger deal out of it than it is.” I say annoyed.
“Do you think any of these Gods would have the same?” He asks me with a smile.
“I do not know.” I say as I look up at him.
“Dagda, nice to meet you.” I hear Bion as he walks over to us. “I am Bion, God of Life.” Bion says to him with a smile as I look over at him.
“Nice to meet you, Bion.” Dagda says to him with a smile.
“I have done a lot of reading about you, is it true that you have a mace that can give and take life.” Bion asks him with a frown.
“Yes, but it takes more power to give life than to take it.” Dagda says to him.
“Interesting, were you king of the Tuatha De’ Danann as well?” Bion asks him, I frown at Dagda.
“Yes, I was.” Dagda says to him.
“I met someone who claimed he is the king of the Tuatha De’ Danann.” I say to him, he looks down at me with curiosity. “He was one of the leaders of the fomorians I had to kill.” I say as I see his eyes turn angry.
“Who was it?” He asks me.
“King Bress.” I say to him.
“I do not know him, I think I will have to check on them.” He says quietly.
“I suggest talking to Creation before going anywhere.” Vhaanth says with a smile at us as we look over at him, I frown at him.
“Are you not telling me things that she told you again?” I ask him angrily.
“Always, Morrigan. There are many things I am not allowed to say.” Vhaanth says to me with a sad smile.
“I get tired of being left in the dark.” I say angrily. “Are Macha and Babd with any Gods at the moment?” I ask him with a frown.
“Yes, Macha is with Ante and Babd is with Lumen.” He says to me. “We have new demigods if you want to see if there are any you want.” Vhaanth adds with a smile.
“I had hoped to get them back.” I say quietly.
“The bonds have been made; it would not be fair to them.” Vhaanth says to me and I nod.
“How helpful are these demigods?” Dagda asks me.
“They are very helpful; they help take care of things that need to be done. They also are great at keeping you from being surrounded and they make great companions, you always have someone to talk to.” I say with a laugh.
“I heard that Cu Chulainn can change forms.” Vhaanth says as I look over at his grin.
“Morrigan, please not here.” Cu Chulainn says to me.
“I think everyone should know how cute you are.” I say to him as I look over at him with a grin.
“Morrigan, no.” Cu Chulainn says with a frown.
“Change.” I say with a laugh, Cu Chulainn turns into a rabbit, Dagda picks him up and hands him to me. I show him to Vhaanth, with a wide grin before hugging him to my chest. “I love how soft and cuddle he is.” I say to Vhaanth who is in a fit of hysterical laughter, which makes the other Gods pay attention.
“Hey Morrigan, what is with the rabbit?” Ante asks me with a frown as he walks over.
“Cu Chulainn.” I say as I kiss the rabbit on the head, Ante grins at him.
“At least now you can be cuddled all you want Cu Chulainn.” Ante says with a laugh.
“She does it excessively!” Cu Chulainn yells angrily, Ante and Vhaanth laugh harder, I see Lumen, and Sathanas make their way over to us out of curiosity.
“Was that rabbit speaking?” Sathanas asks me as he watches Cu Chulainn.
“Yes, this is Cu Chulainn.” I say with a smile, Sathanas gets out of the water and takes him out of my arms.
“Interesting, I have always wanted one that lives forever.” Sathanas says with a grin as he holds Cu Chulainn up to look at him.
“I am Morrigan’s.” He says angrily. “Sathanas do not hug me.” Cu Chulainn says angrily as Sathanas brings him close to his chest.
“Why not?” He asks him with a frown.
“Can I tell you later?” Cu Chulainn asks him, Sathanas raises an eyebrow and nods, he gives me Cu Chulainn back and pets the fur.
“How did he get that ability?” Lumen asks me with a frown.
“I have always had it I just chose not to tell her.” Cu Chulainn says annoyed.
“Why?” Lumen asks him.
“Because I had a feeling what she would do, and she does it.” Cu Chulainn says to him.
“Cuddle?” Lumen asks with a grin.
“Yes, way too much cuddling.” Cu Chulainn says angrily.
“I wouldn’t complain about that.” Lumen says with a laugh.
“Neither would I.” Sathanas says with a smile.
“Trust me, you would if you had to deal with it. Not to mention she likes kissing my stomach.” He says angrily, Lumen, Sathanas, Vhaanth, and Dagda laughs.
“You have a super soft and fluffy belly.” I say as I grin down at him.
“Don’t do it, Morrigan.” He says as he looks up at me.
“I will do it later.” I say with a wink.
“Cu Chulainn what does it feel like when someone touches you in that form?” Lumen asks him.
“That is what I wanted to talk to Sathanas about later.” Cu Chulainn says annoyed.
“It feels like someone is touching his human form in that spot while he is nude.” I say with a laugh.
“You complain about cuddles?” Lumen asks him with a frown.
“I am glad I did not hug him.” Sathanas says with a frown, Vhaanth is crying from laughter, and Dagda is frowning down at Cu Chulainn.
“It is not as great as you imagine it to be, Lumen.” Cu Chulainn says angrily. “Allow me to change back, please.” He says to me, and I nod as I set him on the ground behind me, he changes back to his human form and glares down at me. “Morrigan you should pretend Lumen is a fluffy bunny and cuddle him, so he can run from you too.” Cu Chulainn says angrily, Vhaanth vanishes after nearly falling into the water from laughing.
“I will strip if that will make it easier.” Lumen says as he winks at me, and I laugh.
“That is inappropriate.” Dagda says to him.
“That is the way the Gods are.” I say as I grin at Dagda, as he looks down at me.
“There is nothing inappropriate about that, she would be petting me.” Lumen says with a laugh as I notice the sun is on the horizon.
“Everyone time to go inside and get dressed for dinner!” Theros yells out as he vanishes, all the Gods start vanishing around us.
“I will take Dagda to my room to change.” Vhaanth says to me, I nod to him with a smile, I stand and take Cu Chulainn’s hand and we vanish to the room Theros made for me, he changed it to look like the one at my mansion. I walk over to the wardrobe and ring the bell, a maid walks in with Cu Chulainn’s clothes and hands them off to him, she helps me while he gets changed. After she is done with me, she walks over and takes the short pants from him and walks out of the room. He walks over to me and offers his arm to me with a smile, I take it and we vanish, the dining hall appears around us most of the Gods have already gathered sitting down in chairs around the table. Cu Chulainn walks me over to the table, I notice the chairs are different, they are slightly larger with designs in them for each type of God. I look for my chair as we walk around the table, I see the crows carved along the top of a chair and we walk over to it. Cu Chulainn pulls the chair out for me and I sit down feeling the chair moved back to the table, I see Aurelia across the table glaring at Cu Chulainn.
She seems angry with you.
Yes, it is warranted.
Do you two need to talk?
She probably wants to.

No, but I know it needs to happen. Did you look at the chairs beside you?
Is this you changing the subject, or is there something I need to pay attention to?
You need to pay attention to the chairs, I am not sure what Theros was thinking.
I look at the chair on my right, I see a stag on it with different styles on it that I do not recognize, to my left I see roses as the chair pulls out. I look up to see Emnos sitting down in the chair beside me, I look back over at Aurelia’s glare to ignore him.
“I wonder why Theros put me beside you.” Emnos says angrily.
“I do not know; I do not care.” I say as I look around the table, I see Dagda and Vhaanth sitting beside each other on one end of the table, Dagda looks over at Emnos and then me with a frown. The rest of the Gods appear in the room and take their seats, I hear the chair beside me slide out and I look up to see Lucifer, he grins at me as he sits down. Theros sits in his chair avoiding my gaze as Sol sits down in the chair beside him, he smiles over at her as I glare at him, I feel Cu Chulainn’s hand on my shoulder, I look back at him and he motions for me to stand. I stand up and look around the table, to notice Theros finally looking at me and I glare at him, he grins at me.
“I want to thank you all for coming to see us after our return, I imagine we are all happy to be back at home. We have another new God with us, Sol, Goddess of Sun, please treat her with kindness as well. May we finally know peace.” I say to them and sit back down in the chair, as maids stream into the room with plates and cups, I watch as they serve me first then everyone else around the table.
Go ask Theros why I am seated with these two.
Yes, Morrigan.
I watch as Cu Chulainn appears behind Theros and I watch them whisper, and Theros laughs, I glare at him as he looks over at me and waves, he turns back to Cu Chulainn and whispers to him, I see Cu Chulainn give him an uneasy smile and vanish, I feel him appear behind me again.
He says that the reason why is because that is the way he placed the chairs.

I focus on the cup more than I do the plate, the maid refilling the cup every time I empty it, I lay back in the chair with my cup as I start to feel the effects of Ark’s mead. I see Aurelia is still glaring at Cu Chulainn as I drink the mead.
“Aurelia, do you wish to speak with my demigod?” I ask her, she looks down at me.
“No, Goddess Morrigan, I prefer not to speak to him ever again.” She says quietly.
“As you wish.” I say with a smile. “Change.” I say to Cu Chulainn, I feel him change behind me and the rage inside him, I pat my lap as I drink the rest of the mead in the cup and hold it out for the maid as I feel him jump in my lap. “He can turn into a bunny.” I say to her with a laugh as I hold him for her to see, she covers her mouth as she restrains her laughter.
“I did not know that.” She says to me as she watches him struggle against me.
“He no longer likes cuddles.” I say with a grin as I hug him to my chest, she laughs hysterically I hear Gods around the table laughing.
“Morrigan, I must insist you put that cup down.” Cu Chulainn says to me angrily.
“Why?” I ask as I look down at him.
“You are drunk.” He says quietly.
“That is why I have the cup in my hand.” I say to him with a smile, I hear Emnos laugh, and I drink the mead in the cup and hold it out to the maid again, she pours the rest of the pitcher into my cup and runs off to refill it.
“Are you enjoying the mead, Morrigan?” Ark asks me with a small smile.
“Yes, I am. I think I will turn in early tonight after I finish the next pitcher.” I say with a smile, Ark grins at me, I look down the table at Theros, he grins at me. “You are an ass.” I say loud enough for him to hear me, and he laughs.
“Morrigan, how have you been doing since our return?” Lucifer asks me with a smile.
“I have been fine.” I say annoyed.
“Really? Nothing bothering you?” Lucifer asks me with a grin.
“Keep this line of questioning going and I will make you fly.” I say as I glare at him and he laughs.
“As you wish, Morrigan.” Lucifer says as he watches me.
I will be watching over you tonight.
We are not staying here, you will take me back to my mansion after I am done.

I kiss the top of his head as I pet his back, I feel his anger going away and I smile down at him. I drink the mead in the cup as I hear the maid running back to me and I hold the cup out for her.
“Morrigan, are you going to be taking your kingdom back over?” Emnos asks me.
“I prefer not to hear your voice.” I say as I my words slur, I look up at him with a frown.
“You are the leader, you have to hear my voice.” Emnos says as he looks down at me with a smile, I drink the mead in my cup as I glare at him and hold it out for the maid again.
“As leader I can make you be quiet so I do not have to hear your voice.” I say to him with a smile.
“Not forever, eventually you will have to hear what I have to say.” He says as he watches me drink the mead in the cup again.
“I cannot think of a single useful thing you could possibly say to me.” I say as I hold the cup out to the maid again.
“I think I like her better drunk.” Lucifer says with a laugh.
“Whether what I say is useful or not you still have to listen.” Emnos says with a smile, as he watches me drink the mead.
“Good thing there will be nothing for you to talk to me about, since we are peace.” I say angrily as I hold the cup out to the maid.
“I think I can find reasons to come see you.” Emnos says with a grin, I glare at him.
“They had better be good reasons.” I say angrily before drinking the mead.
“As leader you have to listen to everything even minor not important things.” Emnos says as he watches me hold out the cup again.
“I think I should take Morrigan to her room.” Cu Chulainn says as he changes in my lap and takes the cup from me as the maid is refilling the pitcher.
“Am I already done with that one?” I ask him with a frown and he nods, he helps me stand up. “Thank you for coming everyone, I am going to sleep.” I say to the Gods and we vanish, my room at the mansion appears around us and he leads me over to the bed and lays me down.
“Get some sleep, Morrigan. I will lock the room and watch over you.” Cu Chulainn says with a smile down at me, I nod to him and close my eyes as I feel the room block off and fall asleep.
I open my eyes and roll over to see hazel eyes watching me, he smiles. “Good morning, you slept for three days.” He says to me.
“Anything I need to attend to?” I ask him quietly.
“There are Gods who want to speak to you, and you have petitions. The majordomo also wants you to top up the coffers in the vault, the chef needs to speak to you and the head maid needs to speak with you.” He says with a grin.
“Who are the Gods?” I ask him with a frown.
“I prefer you see for yourself.” He says as he sits up and gets off the bed, I throw the blanket off me and slide to the edge of the bed as I hear him open the wardrobe.
“I prefer to know what I am walking into.” I say as I stand up and walk over to the mirror.
“I will take you to them first, after I am done here.” He says as he brushes my hair.
“You seem to be in a good mood this morning.” I say as I frown at him in the mirror as he brushes my hair.
“We are back home, what is there not to be happy about?” He asks me with a laugh, as he finishes and puts the brush back into the wardrobe, he takes my hand and we vanish. A sitting room appears around us; I sit down in the chair as he vanishes. I lean back and stare at the ceiling as I think of Boleslaw running the kingdom in the other world, I had decided to leave him there a while ago since he did such a great job of running the kingdom while I watched. I feel Cu Chulainn return and I look at him to see Emnos, Dhuna, Ark, and Vhaanth with him, I glare at him as they sit down in the chairs opposite me and Cu Chulainn stands by my chair smiling down at my glare.
“What is it that you need, Vhaanth?” I ask him.
“Only to remind you that you need to see Creation, and Dagda was wanting permission to stay in your mansion.” He says with a smile.
“That is fine and I plan on going to see her after I get done taking care of things in my mansion.” I say to him, he nods and vanishes. “What is it you need, Ark?” I ask him.
“I wanted to see if you wanted some of my casks delivered to your mansion.” He says with a grin.
“I think that would be for the best, since someone seems determined to piss me off.” I say as I glare at Emnos, who smiles at me.
“I will bring some by later.” Ark says with a laugh and vanishes.
“What do you need Dhuna?” I ask him, and he laughs.
“I am just here with Emnos.” He says to me, I glare at Emnos.
“What do you want?” I ask Emnos angrily.
“There are some sorceresses in my mansion in need of magical training, I was wondering if you would teach them?” He asks me with a grin.
“I am not teaching your whores!” I yell angrily at him, Dhuna laughs.
“But they need to be taught.” Emnos says as his grin widens.
