“If you need anything, I am here for you, Goddess Morrigan.” Richard says as he gives me a sad look and walks out of the room.
“Seems you have a good seneschal again.” Myrddin says with a smile as he watches him.
“Yeah, he is very efficient.” I say as I stare at the windows.
“Did he give you any reason?” Myrddin asks me quietly.
“Yeah, he gave me two reasons to kill him.” I say as I lean back in the chair. “First is he said I have been so busy and he needed it, second he said that Morrigu was always fine with it so he thought I would be too.” I say as my eyes glow.
“Sounds like two very good reasons to kill him.” Myrddin says quietly as he glares at the floor.
“Told you.” I say angrily. “I may go see Ark, fight off my anger. It has helped before.” I say quietly.
“What about your pain?” Myrddin asks me quietly, I look over at him.
“Helping to save humans, helps with that.” I say to him and he smiles at me.
“May I come with?” Myrddin asks with a grin.
“Sure, I see no reason why not.” I say as I stand and take his hand, we vanish and the arena appears around us. I see Ark and Aife fighting, Myrddin stands to the side as I walk towards them, they both look at me with a smile as my swords appear.
“Both?” Ark asks me, and I nod. They charge at me with sword and battle axes, and I enter into the dance of War. We fight for a week straight before my anger is gone, I feel Ante on sidelines feeding off it. I back away from Ark and Aife and let my swords vanish.
“Thank you.” I say quietly as I turn to walk to Myrddin, I see hazel eyes watching me and I feel the anger appear again as my eyes glow, I feel Ante feed off the new anger as I walk towards him and he vanishes. Myrddin stands in front of me and wipes away the tear I did not feel with a smile.
“You are quite deadly with those swords.” He says with a laugh.
“It is my ability.” I say with a small smile.
“Warn me before you come back here, I am enjoying the boost in power.” Ante says with a grin as he looks down at me.
“I will next time.” I say with a laugh, I take Myrddin’s hand and we vanish, the throne room appears around us and I see humans waiting. “What is it I can help you with?” I ask them with a smile.
“Monsters in our village, people keep dying.” The woman whispers to me. “My husband was killed.” She says quietly as tears stream down her face.
“Where is it?” I ask her.
“Raven.” She says as she looks up at me.
“Are these other people here with you?” I ask her and she shakes her head. “Names of your towns please.” I say to them, they tell the names to me and I nod at them. “I will kill them.” I say to them.
“Can I come, Morrigan?” Myrddin asks me.
“I would prefer not to put you in danger. Last time I was damage by them I was not able to be healed by magic.” I say to him with a sad smile. “Stay here and I will get you one by one.” I say to them as I take the woman’s hand, they nod to me and I vanish. Thankful I have traveled so much to be able to go straight to the towns. Once we appear in the town, she pulls me to her house and opens the door, magic warns me of the house and I look at the woman. I jump away from her as she turns into a creature, swords appear in my hands as I watch her, she lunges at me and I turn and chop her head off. I feel creatures moving around inside the town around me, I climb onto a roof as I watch them walk out of the homes.
I let one of my swords vanish as I probe for life in the town, I feel nothing but them as I summon fire in my hand, I unleash it on all of them and the buildings and houses. I feel someone appear nearby as I summon the other sword back to hack away at the ones climbing onto the house, I give myself to the dance of War and let it kill all of them.
Once they are all gone, I let my sword vanish and I look around at the destroyed town looking for who appeared. I see no one and vanish, the throne room appears around me and I grab the next person as I probe them with magic as I vanish to their town. I spend the next four days killing creatures that are attacking towns, no more of the requests were traps. Once they are all done I walk over to the throne and collapse into it.
“Goddess Morrigan.” I hear Richard and I look over at him to see concern on his face.
“What is it, Richard?” I ask him with a smile.
“You seem very tired.” He says quietly.
“I am tired, I have been killing creatures nonstop. What do you need though?” I ask him with a laugh.
“Petitions.” He says with a frown.
“Send them in.” I say to him and he runs off, I feel several Gods appear in the palace. I frown over at the door as I wait for them to walk in, Vhaanth, Adam, and Theros come into the room. “I am about to do petitions, if you want wait behind me.” I say to them as I lean back in the throne.
“Have you rested, Morrigan?” Vhaanth asks me with a frown.
“This is resting, I am sitting and relaxing.” I say with a frown.
“We were told you spent quite a few days killing creatures, by yourself.” Adam says as he watches me.
“Who else am I supposed to do it with?” I ask him angrily, as I watch humans’ stream into the room. “Wait your turn, humans first.” I say to them and they walk behind me, after a few hours of complaints and me fixing them, the seneschal leans over to me. “Did you get merchants and administrators?” I ask him.
“I have the merchants; I only have two of the administrators. But good news more people are moving into the city, it should be full again soon.” Richard says with a grin.
“Good job, Richard. Keep up the hard work. I have a meeting with complaining Gods so I will see you later.” I say with a smile and he looks up at the three behind me with a frown and runs off. Adam Vhaanth and Theros walk back in front of me.
“You could have Cu Chulainn help you.” Vhaanth says to me with a frown, I stand as anger rages through me as my eyes glow and the wings appear.
“I would rather die to a creature, than have him with me.” I whisper angrily. “Leave if all your going to do is complain. I get enough of it from humans.” I say as I let my anger die out and I sit back down on the throne.
“Morrigan, I am having my summer festival soon. Are you coming?” Theros asks me with a smile.
“I probably will, my demigods could use a break from the books.” I say with a smile, and he grins at me.
“Who are your demigods?” Theros asks me.
“Macha and Babd.” I say with a smile. “They are currently learning magic; I will also teach them melee. Then I will have someone to take with me to hunt creatures, Vhaanth.” I say as I glare up at him.
“You could teach them faster; you have the skill.” Vhaanth says with a frown.
“How?” I ask with a frown.
“Think of every bit of knowledge you know and give it to them through the link, it works with magical knowledge too.” He says with a small smile.
Come to me.
Yes, Morrigan.
Yes, Morrigan!
Both of them appear to my right, I do as Vhaanth said, I watch as the power inside them grows, I give them all my knowledge about fighting with weapons as well as I watch their eyes glow.
“Make fire, Macha.” I say to her, she holds up a hand and fire blazes in her hand strongly. “Thanks, Vhaanth, makes my job easier.” I say with a smile. “Theros, I am going to get the materials, I need your sorceress to make two more outfits like mine for these two.” I say to him and he nods. “Who wants to meet dragons?” I ask as I look over at Macha and Babd, they give me uneasy smiles. “Not as bad as you think it is, they are quite friendly.” I say with a laugh as I stand up. I hold a hand out and they touch me, I vanish the cave appearing in front of us.
“Mayge, I need dragon skin.” I say to the silver eyes that appear; the two demigods get behind me as the giant head comes out of the cave.
“Where is Cu Chulainn?” She asks me.
“He broke my heart.” I say quietly.
“I am sorry, Goddess Morrigan. Here is the dragon skin.” She says as she pushes it out of the cave.
“How do you get dragon skin?” I ask her with a frown.
“When we shed old skin for new, that is when it is made.” She says to me.
“That is amazing, thank you.” I say with a smile as I pick it up. “Grab onto me girls.” I say to them and I feel them touch me, and we vanish. The blonde appears in front of me.
“Goddess Morrigan, nice to see you again.” She says with a smile.
“I never got your name last time.” I say with a frown.
“Yara.” She says with a laugh.
“Yara, I need two more outfits like mine made for my demigods.” I say as I give her the dragon skin.
“I look forward to it, I love working with it.” Yara says with a grin.
“Tell Theros when it is done.” I say to her and she nods, we vanish and a arena appears around us. “Fight me.” I say to them as my swords appear and I turn to face them, I watch Macha summon a spear and Babd summons dual swords. “Both of you at the same time.” I say with a smile, they charge at me, and I let the dance with War begin. I let them learn from their mistakes as they make them, all the while giving them instruction through thought and showing them images. They learn quickly and I love it, I feel several appear in the arena to watch I tell the demigods to ignore it and keep fighting. We fight for several weeks, getting better every minute of it. As I watch them both charge at me in unison, I see someone walk out onto the arena with us and I turn to look and they get in front of me to defend.
Cu Chulainn watches me with a frown. “Go away, I have new demigods that cannot hurt me.” I say to him.
“But can they defend you?” He asks me as a sword appears in his hand.
“I don’t need them to, I can take you.” I say as I walk in between them.
“The unspoken secret, is still a weapon that can be used on you.” He says with a smile.
“Back off.” I say and Macha and Babd back away from me. “Want to make a bet? I know your every move; I know to anticipate everything you do. Except what you do in corridors.” I say as I glare at him. He charges at me and I fall into the dance with War, his trick with no plan on attack does not work on me in this state. I give myself over to it completely, every time he leaves an opening, I smack him with the sword like I had been doing with my demigods. To show him all the times I could kill him. We fight for several hours and then an opening comes up I cannot pass and I sweep him off his feet onto his back and slap his throat with the blade. “Seems you are not as good as you think. Now leave so I can train them.” I say as I walk back towards them and they charge at me, I feel the magic warn me and I spin and knock the blade out of his hand with a glare. “Leave. I have no use for a demigod who betrays me.” I say to him as I turn back to the two and fall into the dance with them.
We fight for several months more, until I feel a familiar presence in the arena and I look over to see blue glowing eyes watching me. I grab them and we vanish, the throne room appearing around us as I fall to my knees from the fear shooting through me. My swords vanish and I feel them pick me up and set me on the throne with worry on their faces.
“Goddess Morrigan, are you okay?” Macha asks me.
“Get Vhaanth, bring him to me.” She nods and vanishes, she comes back a moment later dragging him to me.
“What is the meaning of this, Morrigan?” He asks me angrily.
“Dhuna, is he back?” I ask him as I watch the floor.
“Yes, he is.” Vhaanth says to me. “How do you know?” He says quietly.
“He was watching us in the arena.” I say to him. “How do I make my own arena?” I ask him.
“I will make you one here.” He says and vanishes.
“Who is Dhuna, Goddess Morrigan?” Babd asks me, I flood the memories of everything he did into their minds. I feel their pain.
“So, we will protect you, Goddess Morrigan.” Macha says angrily, I look up at both of them.
“Do not go near him.” I say to them and they nod feeling the order, I feel someone appear in the palace. I look up to see Dhuna, Macha and Babd summon their weapons in response to my feelings, he looks at them with a frown.
“Make them stand down.” He says to me.
“They are fine, what do you want?” I ask him quietly. “If it is to apologize, I cannot be held responsible for what I will do to you.” I say as I feel my eyes glow.
“Did you kill Emnos?” He asks me.
“Yes, I did, and I will do it again as long as he comes after me. If you want him alive, do not come after me and when he comes back distract him with something else.” I say to him.
“It is not going to be that easy, Morrigan.” Dhuna says as he takes a step forward and the two demigods move in between us.
“I can use my magic to make them move as I would, and they will kill you if you take another step closer.” I whisper as I close my eyes.
“I know I did a lot of damage to you Morrigan, I wish I could take it back.” Dhuna says quietly, I stand up and walk towards him and back hand him, he falls to the floor and looks up at me.
“A lot? Some things cannot ever heal.” I say as I glare down at him. “I am a Goddess now, and I will protect myself in any way necessary. Do not come near me again.” I say quietly as I feel Vhaanth appear in the room, he runs over to get in between us.
“Morrigan, you couldn’t kill his illusion, do not kill the real one.” Vhaanth says to me.
“I will only kill him if he tries to touch me, I cannot handle that feeling again.” I say as I feel my body start shaking, Macha and Babd come to my side and grab my arms.
“I think that is a very fair compromise to make, don’t you Dhuna?” Vhaanth asks him.
“Yes, it is.” Dhuna says as he stands up. “You couldn’t kill an illusion of me?” He asks me with a frown.
“No.” I say quietly.
“I think it best if you go, Dhuna.” Vhaanth says quietly.
“I just wanted to speak to her about Emnos.” Dhuna says to him.
“After some recent events that would be a bad idea right now.” Vhaanth says to him and he nods and vanishes.
“Arena.” I say as I frown at Vhaanth, he touches my shoulder and the four of us vanish, a large arena with flags of crows hang in it. I smile at it as I look around. “Thank you, Vhaanth.” I say as I hug him.
“You’re welcome, Morrigan.” Vhaanth says as he hugs me.
“Fight each other the way I taught you.” I tell the two and they grin at me and run off into the center of the arena. I stand back from him as I watch them fight. “How many years?” I ask him.
“Fomorians?” He asks me and I nod. “About seven hundred more years.” He says and I smile.
“They will be ready for it.” I say to him as I watch them, correcting them through thought.
“I just hope they are up to task, only one living being has been through the Fomorian war.” Vhaanth says to me.
“And he betrayed me.” I say to him.
“Relationships were seen differently during that time, Morrigan.” Vhaanth says quietly, I glare up at him.
“So, you think I should just forgive and forget?” I ask angrily.
“I think you should try one of the key virtues you taught to Myrddin. Understanding.” He says to me with a frown. “He has been moping around my mansion all the time, he doesn’t sleep, eat, interact, he just wanders the hallways. He is lost without you.” Vhaanth says to me, I feel pain inside me I look away from him back to the two demigods.
“Send him to my throne room.” I say to him, he nods and vanishes. I vanish the throne room appearing around me, I walk to the throne and sit down. Cu Chulainn appears in front of me and watches the floor in front of him. “If I take you back, you will train every day with the girls. You will also be given rules to follow and they will be orders.” I say as I watch him, he looks up at me and nods.
“I will do anything to make you happy, Goddess Morrigan.” He says quietly.
“I will tell you the same thing I told them; I offer you my hand but it does not mean you have to take it.” I say as I hold out my hand, he takes it with both hands. “I, Morrigan, Goddess of War claim you Cu Chulainn as my demigod.” I say to him as my eyes glow and I feel the third chain form, he smiles at me.
“Rule one, you are to not touch any other woman at all, rule two you are to train every day in melee, rule three you will sleep in your own room, until I decide otherwise. And there is no guarantee that will ever change.” I say as I lean towards him with a glare, he nods to me. “You will only leave the palace when I say you can.” I say to him.
“What if there is a creature to fight?” He asks me.
“You have been watching me, I think I am doing quite well on my own.” I say with a frown, and he smirks.
“You could have done better.” He says to me and I glare at him.
“Just like you could have done better trying to prove you are better at melee?” I ask him, and he laughs.
“What were you doing to avoid all my unplanned attacks?” He asks me with a frown.
“I guess it is a new ability, the previous one didn’t have.” I say as I lean back in the chair. “It is called Dance with War. I give myself to it and it guides me through the fight.” I say with a frown.
“Dance is right, it is just only you know the steps.” He says with a smile, I flood his mind through the link of the knowledge, he grins as he learns it.
“Now something extra, since the other two already have the knowledge. You seemed like you were always afraid to ask.” I say as I glare at him and he frowns at me. “Dhuna.” I say as I flood his mind with the memories, I pain in his eyes and I feel his pain through the link. “Now you know everything they do, go train.” I say to him, he hesitates as he watches me.
“You should sleep, you are tired.” He says quietly and vanishes, I close my eyes and fall asleep.
“Goddess Morrigan.” I hear a voice say, I open my eyes to see a room full of people and Richard.
Come to me.
Yes, Goddess Morrigan.
Yes, Goddess Morrigan.
Yes, Morrigan.
I feel them appear behind me, Richard looks at Cu Chulainn with annoyance and then calls the first person up. I sit through several hours of complaints, and more monsters to kill. I have the people with creature problems stand to the side as I finish helping the rest. I motion the one with creature problems forward.
“Town names.” I say to them.
“Griffins Haven.” The woman says to me.
Who knows where that is?
I do.
Take the woman and you three take care of it. Keep them alive Cu Chulainn.
Yes, Morrigan.
I watch as the three of them gather around the woman, Cu Chulainn looks at me with concern and they vanish.
Be careful of it being a trap.
“Next.” I say motioning to the old man.
“Haperburg.” He says to me.
“Rest of you stay here, I will take care of it along with my demigods.” I say as I stand and I almost fall over from exhaustion, catching myself on the throne. I walk over to the old man and grab his hand and we vanish; the dark town appears around us. “Go home.” I say to him and he nods walking down the small road, I fly up into the sky and watch for any movement. I see the dark shapes moving along the edge of the forest, I glide closer to see they are not human.
We are finished.
Go to the palace in the throne room.
Let me help you, Morrigan. You are too tired to be doing this alone.
I gave an order.
I dive towards the three shapes changing with my swords in my hands as I cut through the first one killing it, the other two jump at me and dodge out of the way, I cut through the second one leaving one left. It jumps into the tree, I look up trying to find it, I hear something hit the ground a second before it kicks me. Pain shoots through me as I fly across the ground, I feel the pain go through the links with them.
Please let me come, Morrigan.
I stand up using my sword to help me up as I watch it charge towards me, I spin away from its attack cutting a leg off. It screams in rage at me as it turns to glare at me, then it stands up on its hands and starts charging me again, I spin away again and pain shoots through me as I feel it kick my back. I feel Cu Chulainn appear as I hit the ground, he chases after the creature and kills it, I watch him walk over to me as I roll over.
“Stubborn.” He says with a frown.
“Go get kicked by one of those what ever it is.” I say angrily and he laughs, I feel him pick me up. “I am more than capable of walking.” I say as I glare at him, he sets me down on my feet and I sway for a moment.
“Yes, you are more than capable. I see it.” He says with a grin down at me.
“You, sir, are an ass.” I say as I glare up at him and he laughs as we vanish, Macha and Babd grab me out of concern, and I smack their hands away. “It is bad enough one is picking me up without you two mothering me.” I say angrily. “Next.” I motion to the next human; they walk towards me with concern. “Town name.” I say with a frown.
Sad when a human can even tell you are not up to the fight.
Keep it up and I will stick you in a cage.
Promise?
I feel my face heat up as the man watches me. “Turner.” He says to me with a confused look and Cu Chulainn laughs.
“You are an ass.” I say as I glare up at him.
“I am an ass that loves you though.” He says with a wink, he grabs the man and we all vanish.
“Go home.” I tell him and he nods, I fly up into the air and I already see the creatures the man is heading towards them.
Protect the man! He is walking towards them!
I watch as the three springs into action, Macha picks him up and runs in the opposite direction while the other two hunt the creatures, I dive towards the creatures as I change I feel an arm around me and the feeling of being tossed, Macha catches me. I glare at her.
Do not do as he wants, do as I want.
I push her off me and run back towards the fight, Cu Chulainn stays in my way the entire time so I cannot get to the creature. After it is dead, he turns to look down at my glare as he smiles at me. The rest of the time spent fighting creatures is Cu Chulainn keeping me from fighting and Macha and Babd backing him, we vanish back to the throne room after the last one. I sway and hold onto the throne to keep me upright.
“When is the last time you slept?” Cu Chulainn asks me with a frown.
“When you suggested it before the petitions.” I say angrily.
“You only got two hours of sleep.” He says as he crosses his arms. “Where did you sleep?” He asks me, I sit down on the throne with a grin at him as I tap it, he glares at me. “Why are you not sleeping in the bed?” He asks me, I feel a tear run down my face.
“Go away.” I say angrily. “I will sleep here until my new bed comes in.” I say as I lean back in the chair.
“Go train.” He tells the two and they nod.
“Who is the God here? Those two listens to you like you are the God.” I say as I glare at him.
“Because they know I am mentally sound enough to give orders. Where as you are just so tired you are drunk with it.” He says angrily, I feel him picking me up and I fight against him.
“I am sleeping on the throne.” I say angrily, as I slap him.
“No you are not.” He says with a laugh and we vanish, my room appears around me. I see the same bed is there, he walks me over and dumps me on the bed. I glare up at him.
“I don’t want to sleep here.” I say as I sit up, and he pushes me back down.
“Too bad.” He says with a smile. “Do I need to break an order and lay down in the bed with you to make you stay?” He asks me with a frown, I glare at him as another tear falls.
“I don’t want to sleep on this bed.” I say quietly.
“Why?” He asks me with a frown.
“Because.” I say angrily.
“You are starting to act like a child.” He says with a grin.
“You are a jackass.” I say as I glare at him.

“That is not very ladylike of you.” He says with a laugh.
“I do not want to sleep in this bed because this is where we slept together.” I say angrily.
“That is why you have been denying yourself sleep?” He asks me with a frown. “Creation said after you first became a Goddess you would need to sleep.” He says as he watches me.
“She didn’t take into consideration that I would getting a demigod who does not take my feelings into consideration before going off to find a nice fuck.” I say angrily.
“Vhaanth said he explained that to you.” He says with a frown as he looks down at the bed.
“All he said is relationships were different back then.” I say quietly.
“Morrigu had her lover and I had mine, but we also loved each other.” He says as he watches me.
“You were fine with that?” I ask him angrily.
“It is what made her happy.” He says to me.
“You didn’t even bother asking me. That is why Emnos killed me, I found him with another woman and I killed her.” I say as I glare at him, I send him the memory through the link including what Emnos did to me.
“I am sorry, I thought it would be the same.” He says angrily.
“I only wanted to be with you, no one else.” I say as tears fall down my face, I roll over on the bed away from him.
“Will you forgive me?” He whispers into my ear, I feel myself fall asleep before I can answer.
I open my eyes to see hazel eyes watching me, he smiles at me and offers me a hand, I take it and he lifts me off the bed to my feet. “Good morning.” He says to me.
“Good morning.” I say as I let go of his hand and go to the wardrobe opening the door and picking up the hair brush inside. I walk over to the mirror, I see him walk behind me and I feel him take the hair brush from me and he brushes my hair for me with a smile on his face.
“How do you feel after getting some sleep?” He asks me as he brushes my hair.
“I feel better, but I am still upset with the girls for following your orders.” I say with a frown.
“Go easy on them, we could feel how muddy your mind was.” He says with a laugh as he places the brush back into the wardrobe and closes the door, I turn to him with a frown.
“Sometimes I do not like how much you can feel from the connection.” I say as I watch him walk back over to me.
“I enjoy being able to feel what you do; it tells me how you feel about me.” He says as he looks down at me.
“Oh really, what is it telling you?” I ask him as I cross my arms.
“You love me.” He says with a grin. “Though I cannot blame you, who could resist not falling in love with me.” He says with a wink, I frown at him to erase the smile that is trying to creep on my face. “That is a very hilarious face you are making, love.” He says with a laugh.
“You are infuriating.” I say as I walk past him to the door, I feel him grab my arm and pull me back to him, I look up into his eyes as he smiles at me.
“Forgive me.” He says to me. “I will never make that mistake again, you are all I need or want.” He says with a grin.
“You couldn’t even if you wanted to, unless you love pain.” I say with a frown.
“True, but I do not want to. If I had known those were your feelings, I would never had done it. I was not looking forward to when you got a lover, I dreaded it. I hated that Morrigu did it.” He says quietly.
“As long as you answer one question, truthfully.” I say to him with a glare feeling the order bind him to my words and he nods. “Were you ever intimate with anyone while we were together before that?” I ask him as I feel anger rise in me.
“No, Morrigan.” He says with a smile, I feel my anger vanish as I watch him.
“Really?” I ask him.
“Really, I promise.” He says with a smile as he pulls me closer to him. “While we were demigods, I knew you would not because it would allow a God to claim you, and you love being free. After you became a Goddess, I knew it was only a matter of time before you took a lover, and I wanted to find one before you did.” He says as he looks down into my eyes, I see pain in his eyes.
“Why didn’t you ask me?” I ask him.
“I was afraid of the answer.” He says with a smile as he leans towards me and kisses me, I had not realized how much I missed him until I felt his lips on mine. I wrap my arms around his neck and pull myself up wrapping my legs around him kissing him desperately, I feel the bed under me, and I feel him moving my dress and underwear out of the way as I kiss him, I feel him push into me.
He lays down on the bed beside me watching me, I roll over to him and pull his head towards me to kiss him more.
I love you, Cu Chulainn.
I love you, Morrigan.
What are you two doing, Goddess Morrigan?
She is ordering me to please her sexually.
Cu Chulainn! I would not do that!
I cannot blame you he is cute, Goddess Morrigan.
I have to agree, if I was a Goddess I would do the same, Goddess Morrigan.
Be quiet the two of you and train, Cu Chulainn tell them that is not true.
It is not true she didn’t order me, I am doing it willingly.
You are an ass.
But you love me.
You’re still an ass.
He grins up at me as he laughs, I frown at him as I feel a smile trying to erase the frown. “You have too much power over me.” I say angrily as I smile at him.
“Only as much as you allow me to have, love.” He says with a smile, I lean down and kiss him again. “Want to go train? I would love to dance with you.” He says with a grin, I nod and we vanish my arena appearing around us, he looks around as he laughs. “Finally got one of your own.” He says as he looks down at me.
“Vhaanth made it for me, when I saw Dhuna watching me at Ark’s.” I say quietly, I feel rage inside him roar to life.
“I will kill him.” He says quietly as his eyes glow.
“I prefer you stay with me.” I say with a small smile.
“As you wish, Morrigan.” He says as the anger leaves him and he smiles at me, swords appear in my hands as his sword appears. I back away as I let him start the dance, I see his sword making its way towards me and I enter into the dance with him. He is better at it than the girls, and he enjoys it more, I still have to correct him at points but he adjusts immediately and continues without hesitation.
Why do you not use this on the creatures?
They learn by watching, and that information is spread to all the others.
How do you know?
I have found some of the things I have done others immediately expect it, and are able to respond before I can kill them.
They are getting smarter.
Yes, they are.
What were you talking about when you told us to watch out for a trap?
I had a creature disguised as a human come to me about creatures killing humans in a village, it tried to lure me into a house. My magic warned me before I went in as soon as I backed away from it, it charged me. That is when a bunch of the same creature came out of the houses around me, I felt someone appear and watch.
Is that why you thought I had been watching?
That wasn’t you?
No, did you see anyone?
No, once all the creatures were dead, I looked around and saw no one. After that every time I went to kill creatures, I felt someone appear and watch.
I think you should have Creation tell you who it is next time.
I will.
I feel someone appear in the arena, to the side. I feel a warning from the magic, I see Macha’s, Babd’s, and Cu Chulainn’s eyes glow as they stop moving glaring at who entered. I turn to see a man watching us, he has black shaggy hair and blue eyes and he smiles at me. I see fangs in his smile, I watch as he walks towards us.
“That is far enough, who are you?” Cu Chulainn says angrily.
“A demigod telling me what to do and daring to ask me a question? How adorable.” He says with a laugh. “Go play and let the adults speak.” He says with a dismissive wave of his hand as he smiles at me, something about him just feels wrong and makes my skin crawl.
Back off.
He is dangerous, his intent towards you is not friendly.
I said back off.
Yes, Morrigan.
I walk closer to him, just out of his reach. “Who are you?” I ask him with a frown.
“Belphegor, my creator wanted us to meet. She wants her twin to know I exist.” He says with a grin.
“Carnage?” I ask him angrily, and he laughs.
“Yes, Carnage created me. She is making her own Gods; I am the first of many that will appear in this world.” He says with a smile as he walks closer to me, I feel the three demigods tense and start to move.
“Stay.” I say to them and I feel them fight against the magic.
“You have very adorable puppies; may I have one?” He asks with a laugh.
“I am sorry, but I will have to decline. I enjoy the three of them being with me.” I say with a small smile.
“Even the man?” He asks me with a grin, I can see his fangs better now and I feel myself cringe on the inside.
“Yes, even him.” I say as I watch him.
“We may have been created by different entities, but I think you and I can get along.” He says with a smile as I feel a hand on my waist, I feel Cu Chulainn fighting against the magic with all his strength. “If you can give me what I want.” He says as he pulls me closer to him.
“What do you want?” I ask him with a frown.
“I have wondered if Goddesses were good in bed, want to enlighten me?” He says with a grin as he pulls me against him.
