Toads were running around Toad Town screaming like banshees. They begin crashing into each other, the walls, or just flat-out tripping on their own feet. Their loud echo of cries began annoying various of the sane people within the town and the castle itself. Those who were sane remained in the castle as they began to form a plot on how to get Princess Peach back. Bowser slammed a fist into the table. "We need to go find her! Dilly Dallying will not save her!" Bowser yelled at the top of his lungs.

"I know, Master Bowser, but we can't rush into things like that," Toadsworth expertly said. "We have been through this many times. Mario is a conniving monster." Bowser slammed back into his throne that was located right next to his princess's.

"Oh Peach..."

"I promise Papa! We'll save her!" Bowser Jr. spoke up in front of his fellow Koopalings. They were the hero force, always tasked with saving the princess whenever Mario would kidnap her. Bowser smiled softly.

"I have a bad feeling about this, master," Kamek urgently said. "Mario was sloppy, he wasn't careful in the slightest. It has to be a trap."

"If you're right, Kamek, then what're we supposed to do?"

"Allow us to help?" Someone spoke loudly at the door to the castle. Bowser turned his attention toward there and saw two boys walk through it. He didn't know them and the Koopalings knew that. They instantly went on guard, facing toward them. The two boys stopped a little ways in front of them. Bowser stood up.

"Explain yourselves. You can't just barge into my castle like that."

"We understand Princess Peach has been kidnapped, so we were wondering if we could aid you." Bowser looked over at Kamek, who simply shrugged. He then cleared his throat and walked over to the Koopalings.

"And how do I know this isn't some sort of trap by Mario?"

"Because we are but simple travelers from the faraway land of...Sarasaland."

"Queen Daisy sent you?" Bowser looked down for a moment, thinking, before sighing. "If you have the Queen's blessing, you have mine." Bowser stepped ahead of the Koopalings. "But how exactly do you intend on helping us? You do realize Mario is a strong foe, don't you?" The two boys looked at each other before holding up their fists to show an emblem. It was a circle with a thick cross slash in the lower left of it.

"This is the mark of a fighter. We have beaten faster, stronger, and bigger enemies than your Mario," the black-haired boy said. He crossed his arms and snickered. "And plus, we've seen his kind before." Bowser smiled happily, holding out his big scaly hand. Bowser's smile could shoot happiness into anyone who saw it.

"I'm glad to have people as strong as you. But where are my manners? What are your names?" The blond reached forward and shook his hand.

"Name's Lucas, this is my partner Ness."

"Greetings, your highness."

"You guys truly can help us?" Bowser questioned.

"Mario is no issue for us. We've got it." Bowser bowed his head a little before snapping his fingers. Prof. E Gadd quickly rushed out of another room. He was running toward them, his head seemed too big for his little body, and was basically just being dragged. He stopped right next to Bowser, breathing heavily.

"E. Gadd, please give our fine guests the things they need to fight Mario, everything they ask." E. Gadd bowed his head before looking at the two boys.

"Follow me, will you?" The old man stumbled away, with the youngsters following in suit. They were led to what looked very misplaced from the rest of the castle. It was a very in-depth laboratory, with vials, potions, and machinery, all over the place. Some gooey creature was working on something in the far back of the lab, it looked to be a large glass coffin. "Gooigi, my dear, how's the progress?" Gooigi just gave him a thumbs up. E. Gadd looked back at the two boys with a smile. "He hasn't learned speech just yet." E. Gadd walked through another door which led to a place they weren't expecting. An armory. Loads of weapons and armor hang on the walls, each with the E. Gadd emblem on it.
