Levi choked on his broccoli and stared at Erwin with wide eyes. Erwin stood up and stalked around the desk. He ran his fingers along the surface and slowly closed his fingers on Levi's shoulders.
"Don't you remember me?" He whispered in Levi's ear.
Levi hadn't realized, but he did know Erwin. It's been years since he last saw him, he didn't even recognize him.
He felt tears pricking at his eyes. He'd thought of Erwin every day since the incident where they were seperated. And after everything that had happened these last few days, he hated to admit it but he needed Erwin.
He stood up and turned around swiftly, embracing Erwin lovingly. He tried to stay strong. He tried to be calm, and act like it didn't bother him to be arrested.
As soon as Erwin's arms closed around him he cracked. He sobbed, his head buried into Erwin's chest.

Levi yawned as he stretched into Erwin's embrace. He stared into Erwin's blue eyes and laughed at his stubble.
"You need to shave. Your beard is killing me." Levi complained.
"I thought you loved my beard?" Erwin mocked him.
"It keeps poking me!" Levi protested.
"Oh yeah?" Erwin chuckled.

Erwin and Levi held hands as they atrolled through the dog park, Erwin stopping everytime he saw a dog to pet it. Levi leaned against a fence, cigarette in hand.

Erwin smiled. "She has no collar. Can we keep her?" He looked like the equivalent to a golden retriever.
Levi was in disbelief. "Erwin, we live in your house."
"Oh yeah."
*Memory Shift*
Levi smiled as Erwin kissed him. Erwin had just shaved the sides of his hair for him.

Levi gasped as he looked down at the cat playing with the razor, turning it on and off.
There was a bald spot on the cat and Levi sighed, banging his head on the wall. Erwin laughed so hard his sides hurt.

Erwin sobbed, holding Levi tightly. Levi was scared to let go, scared what Erwin might do to himself if he did.

The man wrapped his hands around Levi's neck and soon enough, Levi passed out from air blockage.

When he woke up, he was in a dim-lighted hospital. His first thought landed on Erwin's whereabouts and safety.
The nurse hovering him had to toe him down with belts, otherwise he tried to run off and find Erwin.
He never did. Even when he was discharged, Erwin was no where to be found. As if he'd dissapeared. They never found him, did they?
He wasnt safe.

Present time
Levi couldn't believe after nearly a decade, he'd found Erwin again. He looked different, much older, much taller.
"You're still 5'4?" Erwin said after a moment of silence.
"Erwin....I am going to kill you." Levi swore.
