okay...so...i wouldn't have made a chapter about this but the person who commented muted me so i couldn't reply to them. we are aware Levi and erwin are not japanese and do not live in japan. HOWEVER.... because the creator of the anime is japanese, their canon and default language is japanese. meaning, that they understand japanese and can speak japanese. we do not speak japanese so we write our stories in english. you do not have to be japanese to speak japanese. just like you dont need to be asian to speak any asian language, or european to speak any european language, hispanic to speak spanish yada yada. that being said, me and spruce own this story. and if spruce chooses to write "levi curses at erwin in japanese" he is fucking allowed to do so. spruce is a busy man. he takes taekwondo, he studies frequently and maintains straight A's (yet he calls ME a nerd..) and he's learning piano. yet he still finds time to write this story and you're complaining because he said some characters who canonly speak japanese cursed at another in that language??? if he said levi cursed at erwin in Spanish yall wouldnt blink an eye. if he said levi cursed at erwin in english yall wouldnt care. why are you pissing your fucking pants simply because he said Levi cussed at Erwin in japanese??? ur problematic and i dont appreciate how you spoke to him. grow the fuck up and stop speaking to strangers online like they're one of your little friends.
