~Comfort~

It is raining. 

It's been raining for that past few days.

I like the rain. 

''Hey, are you still there?'', Sapnap says, ripping me out of my thoughts. ''Stay concentrated bro, we are in the middle of fighting dream''

''Yeah, sorry I am here, no more drifting away''

In the end we made it, we killed dream and finished the Video. 

''Good job everyone'', Dream says after a while.

''No problem dude, hey Bad, wanna now play the game you told me about?''

''Absoloutley, George, Dream, are you gonna join us aswell? It will be so much fun!''

''No, I might actually just go to bed for now I am super tired for some reason'', I answer. ''Aren't you always tired? But sure Bro see you later. What about you Dr-'', before I heard him finish his sentence I leave the call. Not because what he says upsets me, I am in fact always tired.

I shut my computer down and lean back in my chair for a while, listening to the rain hitting against my window, before I hear someone knocking on my door. I don't answer.

''George, I know you are in there and definitely not asleep yet'', Dream giggles from the other side of the door. I sign and tell him to come in. 

He walks in, walking towards me and turning my chair to face him. He then sits down in front of me putting his hand on my leg rubbing my knee gently. ''You doing alright?'', he asks with this gentle voice he only uses when talking to me outside of our friend group and the internet. ''Yes I am alright what about you? You must be really tired swell right? We have been recording for the past five hours...It's two...No three AM right now. Even I am tired and I slept the whole day'', we laugh. ''Yea I am very tired to be honest, though I should probably start editing the video. It will be a lot of work'', he says signing soundly.

I place my hand on his head and let my fingers run through his hair. 

''Can I stay here tonight''

''You have your own room, yours is even bigger than mine''

''But I don't wanna sleep alone''

''Ask Sapnap, he will say yes''

''Not the same''

''How come?''

''Your room is on the side where the rain perfectly hits against the windows. You come to my room every time it is the other way around as well so it is only fair if you let me sleep here for tonight as well'' 

He's got a point. I nod and tell him to go into my bed. ''I will be there in a bit I need to finish something first so you sleep first''

He smiles and goes to bed without saying another word. I start my computer again, pretending that I am busy doing something even though I am not. And after I hear him breathe heavily I shut my computer back down and join him.

I beg him to let me sleep here, knowing he needs some comfort. After allowing me to stay I go straight to bed staying up. After a while of me just laying there listening to the rain, hitting his window and his keyboard it goes silent and I can now hear the rain mixed with footsteps, he finally comes to bed. I pretend to be asleep. 

''Dream?'', He whispers but I don't budge. He lays down next to me and scoots closer little by little and after he finally found a comfortable position and falls asleep I wrap one arm around him and kiss his forehead. 

I hope he knows I am here no matter what.
