The night air was sharp and restless as Yuni, Reisho, Reira, Katrina, and Sergey sprinted through the cracked corridors of the ruined compound. Their footsteps echoed between the broken walls, dust scattering beneath their boots while warning lights flickered overhead like a dying heartbeat. Turning a corner, they finally spotted another group approaching—the familiar faces of Yuto, Rio, and their allies emerging from the smoke-filled path ahead.

Katrina slowed first, catching her breath. "You guys are fine?" she called, her voice echoing slightly in the hollow hall.

"Yeah," Rio replied, her tone half-relieved but wary. She held up a duel card that glimmered faintly under the emergency lights. "Yuni, Reisho, do you know this guy? He tried to stop us on the way here, so we carded him just in case."

When Rio handed the card over, Yuni and Reisho both froze. Their eyes widened the instant they recognized the face printed on it. Reisho's voice dropped into disbelief. "You're kidding me... It's Frost?!"

The name hit Yuni like a strike to the chest. Her expression hardened, and the heat in her voice rose before she even realized it. "Are you telling me this traitor has been helping Akaba Leo all this time?" she shouted. "He already did enough damage to my brother—and now he's come back to hurt us again?"

Katrina looked between them in confusion. "Wait, sister, what do you mean by traitor? Who is this guy?"

Yuni's glare didn't waver. "He's from the Original Dimension," she explained, each word edged with anger. "Frost—the man responsible for letting the Supreme King possess my brother in the first place! And now that same curse binds Yuzu and me as well." She clenched her fist so tightly the veins stood out on her wrist. "Give me one reason I shouldn't tear this card apart right now."

Reisho stepped closer, his calm authority cutting through the fury around them. "Because we need answers," he said quietly but firmly. "If Frost truly worked with Leo, then he knows more than anyone about what's coming. We can't waste that knowledge. Let's release him and hear what he has to say for himself."

The tension held for a long heartbeat before Yuni finally exhaled through her teeth. "Fine," she muttered. "But if he tries anything—he's finished."

She knelt down and placed the duel card gently on the cracked ground. A surge of light burst outward as the card's seal dissolved, the holographic barrier shattering into fragments that scattered like snow. The figure of Frost materialized slowly from the fading glow, his body flickering before stabilizing. When he finally opened his eyes, the first thing he saw was the cold fury in Sakaki Yuni's expression and the unyielding stare of Akaba Reisho beside her.

The white light faded from around Frost, leaving him kneeling on the cracked floor of the corridor. His eyes darted rapidly as they adjusted to the light, and when he finally recognized the faces before him, shock drained the color from his skin. "Sakaki Yuni... and Akaba Reisho?" he gasped. "What are you two doing here?"

Reisho didn't answer with words. He stepped forward in one swift motion and drove his fist into Frost's face. The blow echoed through the ruined hall, sending Frost tumbling backward until he hit the ground hard. "Do you think I'd ever forget what you did to my best friend?" Reisho hissed, his voice trembling with controlled rage.

Frost wiped the blood from his lip and looked up, dazed but defiant. "Z-Zarc..." he muttered as memory returned like a storm. "Where is Zarc? Your father told me he was somewhere in this dimension! We have to eliminate him before it's too late!"
