No One's POV

They entered the secret room lead by the police who bowed towards them before closing the door behind them.

They were greeted with a large door with four soldiers guarding it.

Chaeyoung walked in and finally she saw the man who was responsible for her parent's death sat on the chair with a white gown on.

Mark and Mina both reach out to hold onto Chaeyoung's hands at the same time. Mark felt so many emotions at once but Chaeyoung told him not to do anything and that she will take care of it.

"I'm going to put him down if he tries anything stupid". Mark warned while glaring at the man through a see through mirror from the outside but not from the inside.

Chaeyoung didn't say anything and just nodded before she released both their hands and walked into the cold, chilly room.

There was no sounds nor noises inside except for their breathings and Chaeyoung's footsteps.

"You finally came". Shin spoke first as he stood up and look at Chaeyoung. "Now that I look at you again, you look just like your mother my dear child". He looked at her as if he have been longing for her his whole life and seeing that made Mark's blood boils. "Why don't you give your old man a hug? I know you've missed me too". He smiled at her.

"Shin..." He was still smiling while looking at her waiting for her next words. "Why did you live like that?" His smile slowly drops as he gritted his teeth when he heard the question. "You could've had a chance if you've lived normally no?"

"Shut your mouth, you don't know anything about me". He warned.

"But that's the issue Shin, I know everything about you". She starts walking around him with her arms behind her back. "My mother, as far as I can remember, she was one of a kind. She was the loveliest, sweetest and kindest woman on this planet. And she was my whole world". Shin gulped as he clenches his fists. "But you not only took her from me .... You murdered both of them and separated me from my own brother". She heaved a small sigh. "So tell me was it worth it? Doing all that??"

"What?...."

"Doing all the things you did, was it worth anything now that you ended up here alone?" Chaeyoung turned to look at him.

"You can't blame me for what I did". His face start to crunch up as he balled his fists. "It was her fault, all her fault".

Chaeyoung sighed and thats when she saw him crying for the first time.

"She was mine and I was the only one who had the rights over her but she betrayed me when she knew I loved her the most .... How can she go off and get married to that bastard when she knew that she's mine??!" He started raising his voice. "If she hadn't done that I wouldn't have to put an end to their lives".

"How was she yours Shin?" Chaeyoung sure was pissed off at his answers. "She was never yours, she was never f*cking yours to begin with!"

"She was mine!!" He grabbed the chair and threw it at the huge glass mirror. "We planned to get married once we both graduate. Buy a house near the beach, a nice car and also have 4 babies together....". He kneeled onto the ground and covered his face as he cried. "She was the one who broke it all".

At this point Chaeyoung knew Shin is a lost cause. He was beyond help. She wanted to have a talk to him face to face and just them about the things he did and why he did them. But she can now clearly see why its impossible.

Chaeyoung walked away and head towards the door but he stopped her in her tracks by grabbing her leg.

"Out of everyone, you should be understanding me about how I feel Chaeyoung-ah ..." He tightened his grip onto her pants. "You're my child Chaeyoung-ah, you should know that I love you and your mom—" Chaeyoung kick off his hand and stepped on them. "Ahhh!" He screamed and she walked off towards the door.
