Chapter 74

No One's POV

"Somi!" Mina squealed when she saw the girl again after so long. "How have you been? You looked like you gain some weight and you look healthier".

It's been quite awhile since they've seen each other in person, they've only been talking on the phone since Somi and Doyeon were staying abroad with Wonpil and Sehun. 

"I've been better since Doyeon's been taking good care of me". Somi responded as she gave Mina a small hug. "Where's Chaeng?"

"She's in the kitchen cooking". Mina pulled Somi's hand and dragged the girl along to the living room. "She'll be out with the food in a bit so come here".

Somi and Mina met each other for the first time 2years ago. Back when Somi was still sick and had to be taken care of.

The bestfriend that Chaeyoung always talked about was Somi. The one that Shin tortured so bad that she almost lost her life. Chaeyoung talked about how strong Somi was and how thankful she was that Somi held on because if she let go then Chaeyoung would've been damned.

*FLASHBACK*

"Hey guys". Chaeyoung greeted Wonpil and Sehun who was the one taking care of her bestfriend.

"Chaeng!" They both stood up and tried to greet Chaeyoung with a hug only to be smack on the head by none other than Somi.

"Me first". Somi just walked towards Chaeyoung slowly and hugged the girl with all of her strength.

Chaeyoung chuckled and patted Somi's back before pulling away from the hug to take a good look at the latter.

"You look healthier". Chaeyoung said as she rubbed Somi's arm gently. "Thank you guys, really. Thank you for looking after her. I owe you guys big time". She said with so much sincerity and the two brothers was just glad that what they did helped.

"Don't mention it. We're family remember??" But then their attention shift to Mina who was looking awkward by the door. "Is this Mina?" Wonpil asked and smiled while walking towards the girl with his hand out. "Nice to meet you I'm Wonpil".

Mina shook his hand and Chaeyoung walked over to the girl as she grabbed the girl's hand.

"Don't be too tense, they're good people". Chaeyoung assured as a way to help Mina loosen up.

"So this is the Myoui Mina I always see on TV?" Somi smiled and opened her arms and hugged Mina. "You're even more beautiful in person".

"T-thank you". Mina shyly said.

"Chaeyoung-ah, there's also someone I want you to meet". Somi spoke up and Chaeyoung was curious as to who this person is. "She's my personal doctor and also their cousin". She pointed at Sehun and Wonpil.

"What about her?"

"She's my girlfriend". Chaeyoung took a few seconds to take in what Somi just said and thats when her eyes went wide open with her jaw dropped.

"HUH?" That was Mina's first time seeing Chaeyoung so shocked. It was amusing for her to see different sides of Chaeyoung with the people she cherish. "SINCE WHEN??"

"About a month ago when Wonpil suggested it to me". Chaeyoung turned to Wonpil who was already hiding behind Sehun. "Don't look at him like that, these two also have a life of their own, they can't always be looking after me".

Chaeyoung glared at Wonpil and mouthed 'I'll deal with you later' before she turn back to face Somi.

"So where is this person?" She asked as she look around.
