Chapter 10

No One's POV

Mina woke up feeling better than the day before. She sat up with her eyes still closed and yawn before stretching out her arms.

She looked around her room and found the couch completely empty, meaning her bodyguard must've already left her room.

"How can she be up so early". Mina mumbled and took a quick bath as she dress up.

She wore a black shirt and shorts and tie her hair into a ponytail as she head downstairs into the kitchen.

"Good morning Agasshi!". The maids greeted her in unison and they had a shock expression on when Mina responded back.

"Morning!" She greeted cheerfully and it was rare for Mina to do so. "Have you seen Chaeyoung??" Mina asked when she didn't spot her bodyguard around.

"S-she's probably in the garden Agasshi". The oldest maid amongst them responded.

Mina then smiled and skipped away from the kitchen and head for the garden.

The maids were pretty shock at the sight of their Agasshi suddenly acting cute but it also brought them relief to see Mina being happy.

Mina felt energetic and happy today and it was all thanks to Chaeyoung.

*FLASHBACK*

"Sure go ahead". Mina sigh out loudly after ending the call.

Chaeyoung already got the idea when she saw Mina's gloomy face.

"Ms. Myoui". Mina turned to her but she wasn't having the best expression on. "Do you mind if I suggest to bring you somewhere?" Mina raised an eyebrow at her but sigh out before nodding.

She didn't have the energy to argue about it and she didn't feel like staying home either so she agreed.

The drive was quiet as Mina was busy with her thoughts and Chaeyoung was focusing on the road.

Soon they arrived at their destination as Chaeyoung called Mina who seems to be lost in thoughts.

"We're here". Chaeyoung opened the door for Mina who gave her a small smile before stepping out.

Chaeyoung brought her to a restaurant. It wasn't big nor as fancy as the ones Mina have always been to but there was a reason why she chose this place.

It was peaceful.

Mina walked in first and followed suit by Chaeyoung. The waiter leads them towards a table. Chaeyoung naturally pulled a chair out for Mina which the latter found it nice of the girl before she sit herself on the opposite side of Mina.

"Good evening ladies. You both look gorgeous tonight. May I take your orders?" He politely asked after handing them the menus and took out his notepad ready to note down their orders.

Chaeyoung ordered hers as she looks over at Mina who seems to be serious while trying to choose a dish.

Minutes later the waiter got their orders as he excused himself from the two girls.

"Thank you". Mina mumbled as Chaeyoung looked at her and nodded but she didn't smile. "Can I ask you something?" She nodded again. "How'd you find this place?"

"From a friend". Mina nodded and scanned around.

"It's nice and peaceful here. I'm glad you brought me here". Mina smiled at Chaeyoung again and even if the latter found it cute, she wouldn't admit it out loud.
