Chapter 51

No One's POV

"Chaeyoung??" Mina came down after waiting for almost an hour but Chaeyoung didn't come up. Washing the dishes won't take that long.

She walked down the stairs and called out Chaeyoung's name a few more times but still, there was no respond from the said girl so she thought that maybe Chaeyoung wasn't inside the house.

She walked down to the living to check for the girl but there was no sign of the girl. She checked the dining room, the kitchen and even the other empty rooms but she did not find Chaeyoung. She started getting worried as she  started running towards the front door and went out.

"Chaeyoung????" She called out again, raising her voice a bit. "Son Chaeyoung! Where are you?!!" She shouted this time.

"Mina??" Mina turned around but much to her disappointment, it was just Yoongi and Jimin who came down after hearing her shout loudly. "What's wrong??"

"I can't find Chaeyoung, have you seen her??"

"She was inside the kitchen washing the dishes awhile ago..."

Mina then turn around and ran outside.

"Mina wait!!" Yoongi ran after her with Jimin following behind. "Wait!" He caught her and turned her back to face him. "Calm down first".

She breathe in and out slowly when her brother instructed.

"Okay now don't panic. Have you searched the girl's rooms??" Mina slowly shook her head. "What about the basement??" She shook her head again. "Aigoo. I told her that there's a gym down in the basement. She might be down there".

He then pulled her back inside the mansion before heading down towards the basement and just like he had said, Chaeyoung was down there working out.

Chaeyoung stopped doing whatever she was doing when she spotted Mina with Yoongi and Jimin. She stood back up and grab her towel before wiping away her sweats.

"What brings you down here Yoongi-ssi??" Yoongi chuckled and gave Mina a little push.

"You can ask her. We're heading back to our room now". Then the couple head back upstairs leaving the two there.

Chaeyoung blinked a few times and waited for Mina to speak up but the girl had her head down, not saying even a single word.

"Mina? Are you okay??" Chaeyoung asked but she did not take any step closer towards the heiress since she was showered with sweats. "Mina??" She called out again but the heiress still didn't answer. "Shall we head back?? I need to take a bath".

And just when she was about to walk pass the heiress, Mina quickly grab onto her arm and pulled her back into a bone crashing hug.

"Mina, I'm all swea—"

"You idiot! I was so worried when I couldn't find you around the house!! You're so stupid!! Why did you have to make me so worried like this??!" She burst out.

"I'm sorry". She apologized and patted Mina's back gently.

"I thought you went off somewhere without me..."

"I wouldn't". Mina sighed and finally let go of the hug.

"Don't do that again next time". Chaeyoung nodded with a small smile and Mina just let out another sigh before grabbing the girl's hand. "Let's go back up. I don't get why you're still working out instead of resting when you're clearly tired".

"I was just warming up". Mina rolled her eyes. "You'll be having a light spar with your brother later".

"Yeah and I know I won't win against him". Mina already lost confidence before even having to go against her brother and that made Chaeyoung turned her around to face her properly. "W-what??"
