No One's POV

Mina looked for Chaeyoung and found the latter near the pond in the garden but she wasn't alone. Someone else was there next to her and she can already tell by his back view.

"Oppa!" The two turned around hearing Mina's voice. "Hi". Mina also greeted Chaeyoung with a smile.

"Whoaaa ...". He was surprised. "Did you just say hi? Towards Chaeyoung?" Mina nodded before frowning at her brother.

"Is there a problem??"

"No no. It's just weird". Mina crossed her arms. She wanted to know why. "You told me you hated her so I find it weird for you to greet her".

"T-that was before..." Mina mumbled as she lower her gaze.

Yoongi chuckled as he find his sister so cute when she's embarrassed.

Chaeyoung whom stood beside him wore a straight face. No expression because that's just how she is.

"Ahh before I forgot. We have a business event to attend tonight. Appa and Eomma are in Europe so they wanted us to attend as their substitutes". Yoongi informed as Mina just nodded. "Well then I'll get going now. I needed to meet up with a client". He patted Mina's head and turn to Chaeyoung before tapping her shoulder and left.

"Since when did you two become close?" Mina questioned because she have always seen her brother talking to Chaeyoung in the morning.

"We're not close".

"I doubt that. Why would he drag you here every morning then?" She raised an eyebrow at Chaeyoung.

"Work". Mina rolled her eyes at Chaeyoung's cold tone. She hated it.

"What work exactly?"

"Regarding your safety". Chaeyoung stuffed her hands in her coat's pocket and look away.

"My safety?? I'm not in danger am I?"

"Apparently you are". Mina had a frown on her face. "And according to what I've came to known. Your life is being threatened and so are your friends".

That must have been the longest sentence coming from Chaeyoung's mouth again today but Mina was too shocked at the sudden news.

"W-wait, my friends??" She nervously asked.

"Im Nayeon, Hirai Momo, Minatozaki Sana with your brother included". She said.

"B-but how d-did you know??" Chaeyoung looked at Mina blankly before turning away once again.

"Suga gave me a letter while we talked. It was a death thread".

"W-where??" Chaeyoung just shook her head and completely turn to face Mina.

"Suga took it with him. He didn't want you to see it". Mina suddenly felt scared. "I'm hired to protect you for a reason Ms. Myoui".

Mina didn't knew her life was at risk before because nothing had happened way more worse than the paparazzi bothering her.

Mina finally understands why her parents hired a top-notch bodyguard for her. As far as she've heard from her parents. Chaeyoung is known as one of the best in her agency.

Even her friends's bodyguards were one of the best because they told her.

"D-do you know who are the ones t-threatening us??

"Sadly I don't and that's what I'm going to find out". Mina nodded as she rub her arms up and down since she only wore a plain t-shirt and shorts. It's cold outside.
