Hi, Chai here !! :D 41 chapters and over 60,000 words. . . We've come so far 😭 After many skipped classes and long nights, this fic has gotten pretty long - I think it's about time for a little recap of everything that's happened so far!
The first day (chapters 1 & 2)
* Hashirama & Madara sign the peace treaty and start construction of Konoha
* After a long day of hard work, they turn in for the night in a house that Hashirama built
* Hashirama calls him a hedgehog & kisses him; Madara's embarrassed and confused about his feelings, and they fall asleep next to each other
The second day (chapters 3 - 7)
* Madara slept terribly because the kiss kept him up all night; Hashirama's scared of irritable Mada
* Tobirama makes an appearance - he lets Hashirama know that he can take the day off to recover, since he wasted a ton of chakra the day before
* Hashirama yells at Tobirama & tells him to be nice to Madara
* Madara tells Hashirama to take it easy, tries to help him with his chakra exhaustion, etc. . .
* Speaking of chakra, something weird is going on with their chakra (they're subconsciously trying to protect each other)
* Hashirama wants to figure out what's up, so he fights Madara (Madara's irritated about this, bc he wants Hashirama to take it easy & recover)
* They figure out what's up with their chakra, then Hashirama is tired & begs Madara to sleep beside him (since his 'hair is so soft')
* They fall asleep; they wake up in the middle of the night since it's cold, then end up staying awake to discuss Konoha and other stuff
The third day (chapters 7 - 13)
* Hashirama and Madara are discussing the village super early in the morning
* Hashirama & Madara argue over who would make a better Hokage (Hashirama thinks Madara would, and vice versa)
* (Some brief Tobidrama)
* Hashirama and Madara help out around the village for the whole day; they finish the construction of major buildings (i.e. the Hokage's residence)
* Hashirama gets the most votes, but he makes Madara the "Co-Hokage" (since he doesn't want to do the paperwork 👀)
* Madara is also named the head of defense (he later creates the ANBU)
* A crazy guy with paper bombs tries to attack Hashi & Mada (obviously fails, and Mada puts him under a genjutsu) (chapter 11)
* They fall asleep together in the Hokage's residence (Hashirama's new favorite catchphrase is "Hokage's orders")
