***** MEGA-LONG TOBIMITO CHAPTER!! Hope you enjoy :D I didn't mean to make it this long, but it just kind of happened 😂 If you don't like Tobimito, don't worry - it's back to Hashimada next chapter!!

(Recap:

"What's even worse is that there's nothing I can do. . . I've tried creating a jutsu to block it out, to erase my memory, to block their chakras, but nothing's worked."

[Mito replied,] "Well, then, why don't we get away from the village?"

Tobirama squinted at her and said, "That sounded pretty suspicious."

"Oh, quit being paranoid!! Would you rather deal with them or me?"

Tobirama weighed his options, then sighed heavily.

"I guess we're going on a trip."

. . . and we continue!)

"Are you sure you don't need to get anything?"

Tobirama said, shuddering, "I'm not going by them to get my things, so yes, I'm positive."

"Okay. . . If you say so.  So, where are we going to stay? Wait a minute. . . Your money's back there - you bastard, you're gonna make me pay for you!!!"

"I'm not going back there to get my things - trust me, I'm irritated, too, but there's no way in hell I'm going over there right now."

"Why, you-!" Mito grumbled. "Ugh, fine. But you owe me!!"

"Yeah, sure," Tobirama mumbled, brushing it off. He didn't intend to pay her back anytime soon, but it was best to go along with it for now.

"So. . . Where do you wanna go?" Mito asked.

At this point, they had wandered to the A-Un gate without any idea where they were headed.

"Hmm. . . We need to find somewhere to stay for the night," Tobirama said. He sensed chakra again and clutched his head, grumbling in horror, "Goddamn, make it stop already!!!"

Mito put a hand on his shoulder and said, smiling a little, "You know, I guess the details don't matter that much right now. Let's just focus on getting out of here before anyone notices!"

With that, she grabbed Tobirama's arm and sprinted through the A-Un gate, dragging the Senju with her.

"Woah - slow down!" Tobirama yelled, struggling to keep up.

Mito ran along the path at first, then cut through the woods, reaching a deep part of the forest. At this point, Konoha was far behind them; it was then that she released her grip on Tobirama. She extended her arms outwards as if to embrace the night air and spun around, inhaling deeply.
