Hoseok groaned but smiled small, he liked Jin, too. Even if he was a little mean.

After his meal with Jin, Hoseok was a little shaken up by what Seokjin had said.

Yes, Jin was only joking. But still, Hoseok was an anxious little pre destined angel. Everything can get to him if he thinks about it hard enough. This was no different. I'm fact, it had started to burrow in his brain instantly after he shut the door to his room.

Last night, he'd been quieter than usual. He was lost in thought but Yoongi had chalked it up to him being tired. Jin can take a lot out of you sometimes and in Hoseok's defense, be really sad tired.

"Yoongi?"

"Yeah?"

"I love you," he tiredly mumbled against his chest.

The admittance made Yoongi grin, eyes closing as he smiled wide. Mostly because Hoseok wasn't looking at him so he wouldn't see how cheesily happy he looked from hearing that.

"I love you, too, angel."

"Angel?" Hoseok mumbled questioningly. First he's accused of being a spy but now here Yoongi is, affectionately calling him that word.

"Mhm," Yoongi mumbled into Hoseok's Jaír. "You're my angel."

The next morning they woke up smiling at each other. Yoongi's was smaller in an attempt to look like he didn't care and was nonchalant but it took lots of restraint to keep up that façade when he saw Hoseok smiling warmly. It was so difficult, he gave up and simply turned away, muttering something about 'being corny as fuck'.

"Good morning, my beautiful Angel. Wanna eat in here or the dining hall?" Yoongi spoke in a gravely voice that shot tingles throughout Hoseok's body.

Hoseok ignored the feeling and focused on the question. "I dunno," he answered, "I like our own little world, just the two of us, but I think I should be around more people. I dont think it's good for me to sit by myself waiting for you to come back all the time."

Yoongi nodded, he appreciated the honesty. He'd Been thinking the same lately but he didn't want to pressure Hoseok into meeting new people. "You can hang out with Jin, he's got lots of friends." Hoseok chuckled to himself and nodded. "He's kinda mean because he like to mess with people but, that's probably why we're such good friends." Hoseok laughed again. "What's so funny?"

"I've hung out with Jin twice now," Hoseok answered. "I like him a lot, he's also super mean."

Yoongi nodded, "Wouldn't end up here so high if he weren't." He stretched, muscles tensing and catching Hoseok's eye. Have Yoongi's arms always been this buff? "Let's go eat." He stood up and walked over to an intercom across the room. "Hoseok and I will be down for breakfast."

Hoseok stood up as well and walked over, hugging Yoongi from behind. It took some bravery to do so, so he turned his face away and squished his cheek against Yoongi's back. It ended up bringing him awareness of just how toned Yoongi's back really was. He cleared his throat, "Do you really have to announce it?" It was a genuine question. He'd never announced it before.

Yoongi bit the insides of his cheeks to hide the smile threatening to show. Hoseok initiated skin ship like this? His little Hoseokie had really come quite far. "No, they make breakfast for whoever cares for it. Well, whoever cares for it that lives in this palace. It's nice to give a heads up though when it comes to you."

"Why?"

"So that they do their best." He turned around in Hoseok's hold and tilted his chin up. "Only the best for you." He meant it, he was ready to smite whoever dared to serve Hoseok anything wrong. "Come on, let's go. I'm starving," Yoongi reached for a hoodie he'd abandoned on a nearby chair and pulled it on. "Unless, of course, you'd let me eat you instead." He added in a deep voice, leaning into Hoseok's face with a sly smirk. It didn't help calm Hoseok's racing heart not one bit.
