"Okay, hold still. There we go." Happy stitched Peter's wounds as I sat in a seat on the jet. I was on my laptop on a secure network that no one could break into.
"Ouch." I looked up at Peter who was about in tears.
"I thought you had super strength." Happy started to say.
I shot him a glare.
"It still hurts. Happy, come on." Peter wanted it to be over.
"All right, relax. Just a few more. There we go." He cut the stitch string and started to clean it all up.
"Oh, my God, Happy."
"Relax." I told Peter.
"Don't tell me to relax, Allison! How can I relax when I messed up so bad?! I trusted Beck. Right? I thought he was my friend. I gave him the only thing Mr. Stark left for me, and now he's gonna kill my friends and half of Europe, so please do not tell me to relax."
I held back tears.
"I'm sorry, Alli. I'm sorry. I shouldn't shout. I just really miss him."
My muscles tensed and I jumped out of my seat.
"Yeah, well you didn't lose your Dad, Aunt, and Uncle all within the same few days. So don't act like that to me! You don't get what it's like to lose the only people who kept you on your feet in a matter of days." I snapped.
Happy got in between us two, "take a seat, Allison."
"Everywhere I go I see his face. And the whole world is asking who's gonna be the next Iron Man and I don't know if that's me, Alli. I'm not Iron Man."
"You're not Iron Man. You're never gonna be Iron Man. Nobody could live up to Tony. Not even Tony. Hell I can't even live up to my father. I have bigger shoes to fill. Tony was my uncle. And he was a mess."

Happy gave a sympathetic smile.
"He second-guessed everything he did. He was all over the place. The one thing that he did that he didn't second-guess was picking you. I don't think Tony would have done what he did if he didn't know that you were gonna be here after he was gone. Now, that our friends are in danger, we're all alone, and our tech is missing. What are we gonna do about it?" I asked.
