(I love Thoma so much- I swear-)

-A little lime 👀

-Sexual tension 🫢🤔

It was morning, the following day after the burnout. Thoma had slept peacefully through the night. As he woke up, he felt much better.

He still felt a little lightheaded, but he didn't have a fever anymore.

"Hm?" Thoma sat up, rubbing his eyes. Guess Ayato left already.

Ayato was nowhere to be seen in the room. Thoma thought maybe Ayato didn't feel the need wake him up. He must have slept in a lot for being so work out.

How long did I sleep for..? It's bright out. Thoma would think.

He got up, grabbed his jacket, and slipped it on. The blonde fixed the blankets and left the room all nice and neat.

Where's my hair tie? He'd ask himself in his mind. He didn't realize his hair was down until he got up. I don't remember taking it off. He grabbed hold of his hair and hung over his shoulder.

Thoma walked into the kitchen, where Ayato had the table set up the way he and Ayaka liked it. "Good morning, Waka."

"Morning." Ayato said. "Let's have some breakfast, shall we?"

"Did Tori-San prepare this?" Thoma would ask. Tori is one of the other retainers. She fills in for Thoma if he is out.

"Yes, I'm quite impressed you recognize her cooking style." Ayato said. He couldn't help but stare at Thoma. Having his hair down, and kind of messy.. He wondered what it'd be like to fu-

The two sat down and had some breakfast together. They sat across from each other.

Ayato admired the cheerful smile on Thoma's face as he dined on the tasty breakfast. Cute..

"Thoma."

"Yes?"

"How are you feeling?" Ayato would ask. He was glad that Thoma was doing a lot better now. But he was still aware that Thoma may still feel unwell behind that smile.

"I feel a lot better. Thank you." Thoma touched his cheek. He grasped a ball of rice with his chopsticks and ate it.

"Good to hear. You had me worried all yesterday." Ayato said. He took a sip of his tea.

"I didn't cause any problems with your work, did I? You put a lot of your attention on me when I passed out.."

"Not at all. Whatever work I had was completed."

"Oh!" Thoma almost forgot. "Waka-San, by any chance, had you seen my hair tie?"

"Hm? Did you lose it?" Ayato would ask.

"I'm not sure. I don't remember if I took it off at all, yesterday." Thoma responded.

"Why worry about it?" Ayato asked.

"It keeps my hair tied back so it doesn't get in the way while I work." Said the blonde.

"I don't think you need to worry about wearing it today." Ayato said.

Thoma looked at him in confusion. "Hm? What do you mean?"

"You look just as beautiful without the hair tie." Ayato said through a gentle smile.

Thoma couldn't help but fluster at that line. "I-" He looked away, feeling very embarrassed.

Ayato often joked with him, but Thoma wasn't sure why he hadn't gotten used to it. He always flustered whenever a smooth compliment was made towards him. Thoma had to figure it out..
