The blonde was in his room, having been writing letters to his favorite Cavalry Captain. After they had found out about each other's whereabouts somehow, they just started sending letters to each other. They've been friends even across the world of Teyvat. So many letters.. Thoma keeps every letter nearly packed in its opened envelope, writing the date of which he got it on to keep them further organized. In order, I should say.

Thoma had sent a letter to the Cavalry Captain, it's contents talking about his confession to Ayato. He felt embarrassed writing it down, remembering what had happened on that boat.

'Dear Kaeya,

It's Thoma! I finally got the courage to let you know that Ayato and I have come together as a couple. You were right, he does have feelings for me, perhaps before I realized my own feelings for him.. I guess I should have known him enough to notice his affection towards me. I just never see him act so gentle towards anyone, only with Milady. But I thought that was just how he was with his family, I didn't know he treated me the same. Anyways, I really hope that you're having a good time. I hope to come back to visit soon!'

Hey T! How you doing bud? Had your new boyfriend made a move yet? Haha! I'm just kidding, I'm aware that it's early for such action. You sound like you're having a good time! I could see why Ayato acts like that with you, because you've known him for years, and you've gained all of his trust, it's normal for him to fall in love. Well.. at least I think so, I'm not a love expert. I had never been in love until I met Childe. This new feeling I had in mind while sitting in the Church of Favonius' nursery made me want to ask Barbara, which I did. Not everybody knows that feeling the first time, love~ Keep it in mind.

You're always so kind to help people, and you're completely harmless. Except for when you're challenged.. I hope you don't get too violent! The time when you took down that Abyss Mage was hardly seen. After one move, it was over. When can I get some Knight training? Haha.. Probably not going to happen. I hardly have time to think about visiting again. I've also been pestering little Sayu to teach me ninjutsu, but she won't teach me, even after I've been so kind. Still hoping to get some training tips.
