"Be nice," Julian whispered to Adalynn as Carole and Finn came downstairs. The younger girl forced a smile towards her cousin before returning her face to an annoyed expression she had mastered throughout the past year.

"Is there a car down here for me?" Finn asked as he kept his eyes shut.

"Honey, we're indoors," Carole said as Adalynn and Julian exchanged a look and stifled a laugh. "Open your eyes."

"Sparkling cider?" Kurt asked with a smile, holding a glass out to the quarterback, who looked confused.

"'Welcome home?'" Finn questioned as he read the banner on the wall. "But who went somewhere?"

"Burt asked us to move in with them," Carole beamed as she hugged Kurt and Adalynn's dad.

"And this is how you're telling me?"

"The party was my idea," Kurt spoke up. "If you're gonna say something, say it loud."

"Which means, if you're gonna blame anyone, blame him," Adalynn said, pointing to her brother.

"It's gonna take some getting used to, but you're gonna love it," said Burt. "Now you don't have to drag your tail over here everytime you wanna watch something on the ol' 55 incher."

"We got a lot of food," Julian said, motioning to the buffet table he and Adalynn set up. "Some ethnic food. It's some ethnicity that's not ours."

"Tuna crudité?" Burt offered, handing the snack to Finn. "There you go."

"Finn, this house is twice as big as ours," Carole gushed. "It has two bathrooms."

"Two and a half," Burt corrected.

"I don't want an extra bathroom," Finn said, finally finding the words. "Or a tuna crude. I just want my house back."

"Can I go?" Adalynn asked. "I'm uncomfortable."

"You stay right there, fake a smile for two more minutes, and I'll take you to the Lima Bean," Julian whispered. The younger girl sighed and went to sit down on Kurt's bed.

"I think I know what this is about," said Kurt. "Our room. And I couldn't agree more. The palette in here is totally unflattering to your skin tone. Not everyone can pull off Dior gray. We need to redecorate."

"Wait. We're sharing a room?" Finn asked, clearly appalled by the idea. "I'm not cool with that."

"You don't have any other options," Adalynn shrugged as she accepted a cracker from Julian. "Mine's already full. There's no room for a third roommate."

"Baby, I know it's weird," said Carole. "But it can't be much of a surprise. In time you're gonna be as happy as I am."

"Can we go get coffee now?" Adalynn asked, pouting her lips and looking innocently up at Julian, who sighed.

"Uncle Burt? The kid is getting restless," the older boy said.

"Go ahead," said Burt. "I'm just gonna discuss this room stuff with Finn and Kurt. Don't stay out too late."

"We won't," Adalynn said as she jumped up from Kurt's bed and jogged up the stairs. "Later, idiots!"

"See you later, Finn," Julian said, sending the younger boy a small smile as he followed his cousin up the stairs.

Adalynn and Bailey exchanged a concerned look as they examined the light gray hoodie and blue jeans Tina was wearing.

"This is so weird," the brunette said.

"This isn't you, T," Bailey added.

"I feel like an Asian Branch Davidian," Tina pouted.
