Slowly opening the door to Adalynn's room, Quinn made sure she wasn't in there before opening it all the way and walking in with Julian.

"Are you sure?" the blonde asked.

"Positive," the older boy nodded. "There's definitely something wrong. She wearing the same hoodie everyday. She refuses to let anyone see her body. It's 8th grade all over again."

"This has happened before?" Quinn asked, panic rising in her voice as she looked in Adalynn's drawers for any sharp objects. "This isn't something she just recently started doing?"

"She told you about being bullied in middle school, right?" Julian asked as he opened his cousin's closet door.

"Yeah."

"She didn't know how to cope, so she started cutting when she was 14. She spent the summer before high school in a rehab facility because Burt was terrified she was going to commit suicide. By the time she started freshman year and joined the Glee Club and met you, she was in a better place," Julian explained as he looked inside Adalynn's shoe boxes, frowning when he didn't find what he was looking for. "Something's happening that's bringing her back to that dark place. I don't know if it has to do with her mom, or half her friends graduating soon, or what. But she's fighting an internal battle with herself, and we need to do something before it's too late."

"Dada!" Ava smiled, crawling into Adalynn's bedroom.

"Ava, sweetie, I told you to stay with Kurt," Quinn said as she turned to make a move to pick the baby up, but stopped when she saw her sniffing the floor.

With her nose to the ground, Ava crawled as she sniffed the carpeting. She made her way over to Adalynn's bed, and stopped moving.

"Jere," the younger twin said, motioning to the space underneath Adalynn's bed. "Dada, es jere."

Julian walked over to his cousin's bed and picked Ava up off the floor as Quinn pulled a box out from underneath. She set it down on Adalynn's desk and took the lid off, her heart dropping when she saw disassembled pencil sharpeners, razor blades, an exacto knife, bandages, and rubbing alcohol.

"Oh, Addie," Quinn breathed, eyes filling with tears as she placed a hand to her mouth.

"Oh, shiii– doo-doo," Julian said, catching himself as his eyes widened at the sight. "Uncle Burt! Carole!"

"Arole!" Ava shouted, her baby brain sensing something was wrong with her favorite person. "Ada no goob. Ada neef halp!"

"This is not good," Quinn said, placing the lid back on the box and taking it with her as she and Julian rushed out of Adalynn's room and downstairs to inform the adults of the serious situation on their hands.

"You wanted to see us?" Bailey asked as she walked into Sue Sylvester's office with Quinn and Maya.

"Have a seat," Sue said, taking her reading glasses off and motioning to the two empty seats in front of her desk. "Prepare yourselves. I'm about to drop a bomb on you."

"Bom mak baby go boom," Maya said, making explosion noises. "No boom."

"Not that kind of bomb, Bailey Junior," the cheer coach chuckled, smiling at the baby. "I, Sue Sylvester, am with a child."

"Are you serious?" Quinn asked as Sue nodded. "Wow. Um, that's amazing... and confusing."

"One every year," Bailey smiled, kissing the top of Maya's head. "Watch you be pregnant with triplets."
