Artemis P.O.V
I was currently in my Umbra form, starting to get use to controlling shadows that belonged to living things. All day, I have been thinking and fighting in this emotionless form, getting stronger.
Soon the sun was set and almost everyone went home. Jack and Laura left for some ' family time' but I don't think that really concerns the group. Yuuto fell asleep on the benches and Rikku left to head to the dorms, I'm pretty sure she just missed Shizu.
It was now late at night, I had just been doing the park core course, trying to break the record and strengthen my reflexes and stamina, when a small pebble hits my head
" what the-" my gruff, emotionless voice stated. I looked down from the rope I was clinging too and was meet with pure white eyes, pure with worry and hopefulness "how the heck are you still training?" He questioned, looking at me in disbelief, I shrug " hasn't been that long" I defended, he laughed " we started training at 11AM and now it's 8 PM. Over 9 hours Arty, that's long."
I sigh and jump down from the rope and to my feet with a loud thud. Patron gave me a smirk " it's so weird how your original form is shy, quiet, peaceful and kind, but your Umbra form is the complete opposite" he points out. I sigh and turn back to my normal form.
" so what's up?" I ask, my voice becoming it's normal pitch again. Patron laughed " come on man, let's go chill for a bit, we have been working rather hard." I look at him, confused and relieved " thank goodness, where are we going?" He smirked again " it's a bit of a surprise"
He grabbed my wrist and ran off towards the exit of the training center, taking me with him.

Why? Why do I put my trust into Patron whenever he says that he has something fun for us? This time, we were at a strange colorful bar with loud music and people talking with excitement. " uhh Patron..... what is this place?" I asked cautiously, without looking at me, he started his usual history lesson " in the 1920s, people were fighting for gay rights and would riot against the controversy by making underground, hiddenen places to enjoy yourself and who you were." He began, I have a feeling where this was going
" Artemis, we are at a gay bar!" He announces

Once we get a seat at a table, we order some food and begin to talk. After a little, my mind wonders to Shino, how he would have a heart attack from gay panic if we were in here together. It was nice though, seeing other homosexual partners just enjoying life together. But it also made me sad, I part of me wanted to settle down with Shino when we were older, just to live life together.
" Arty? Arty. ARTEMIS!" Patron's voice pulled me out of my thoughts " you zoned out there, you ok?" He asked, I sighed " I just wish that none of this happened, that all of these feelings of hate, worry, anxiety and so many more thoughts would just evaporate, even if it was for just a single moment." I wish, Patron seems to ponder what I say. Then he rushes off to who knows where. After a while, he is hold to medium glass cups, filled with what looks to be water
" here, to cool you off" he offers. Right there, I should have sensed that something was wrong, the smirk on his lips, the way the glasses were filled, and so many things that stood out. But because of my weariness and exhaustion, I didn't think twice and dark the glass. My mouth immediately turned sour and hot as I realized that the liquid wasn't water.
I tried to spit it out, but it was already down my throat. " PATRON?! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?!" I sputter, he laughed " well you said you wanted just one moment where you didn't have to be filled with anxiety, no better way than getting drunk for the first time!" He explained, I left my heart race

A few hours after Patron basically roofied me, I was feeling fine. So, to test my immunity, I had a few more drinks. Couldn't really tell the difference, I didn't know what I was so worked up over

Me and patron were in the middle of the room, dancing with a crowd of people starring in respect and awe as the song high hopes by panic at the disco played. We did flips, spins, and I even did a bit of a solo on the pool table
Boy was this fun!

Me and Patron had ordered some more drinks and somehow, we had come into possession with tape. The next thing I know is that patron has a large piece up his face that is pulling his nose upward, and I'm wrapped up like a mummy

We sit on the bar stools, just having a pack of almonds when we look back towards the people, all dancing. " heh, we started a frenzy" Patron noticed, I laughed as I got up and joined the people

Me and patron sat on the corner of the pool table, holding a glass of beer. by know, I was numb, but feeling so free " I love this place, I love it, this is now my... get together place whenever I was to cool off" I mumble, Patron smiles and raises his glass " to this place man, and to brotherhood" he toasts, I raised my glass " Patron you are my brother, and I love you just as such" I slur as our glasses click together.
Somehow, my glass shattered to bits in my hand, leaving a large gash on my palm that stretched to the back of my hand " uh..." I begin, but Patron just laughs so hard, he falls off the pool table
" Umm Patron, I don't feel this, I can't feel anything" I laugh a little, before everything went black

I woke up with a pounding headache, feel groggy and sick. I groaned as I got up from the pool table, my back killing me. I looked towards the clock that read
10:45 AM
Oh crap! We were supposed to meet the others at the training center in less than 15 minutes!
Im now wide awake as I try to find Patron in the large bar, finding him curled on the bar counter, with his bandanna in hand, peacefully asleep. " PATRON GET UP! WE HAVE TO MEET THE OTHERS" I yell to wake him up, he yelps and tumbles off the counter
" ok, ok, I'm up, let's go!" He rambles as he rushes to the door, me got on his tail
I can't believe this! I'm technically a minor, I'm not allowed to drink. But o will say, it was nice to finally have a moment of peace

This was probably the weirdest chapter ever.
