THIRTY-TWO | THE BEGINNING OF THE END PART 2
Olivia walks a block over to her parents' house, takes her bike and rides over to the "nicer" part of town.
Well right now, everything looks like shit because Vecna destroyed it.
She gets to Jason's house and sees two cars in the driveway, meaning his parents must be home. So as a distraction she focus on her powers and sets both cars on fire.
His parents come running out and she quickly uses her newfound ability to fly up to his window. Of course in true white suburban fashion, his window is wide open so she can just climb on in.
The gloves are thrown on and she quickly looks around for somewhere she can plant her items.
The dresser drawers would be too easy. It has to be somewhere smart. She takes a moment to put herself in Jason's mindset and looks around his room.
She opens the closet to see everything is neatly placed and hung and she rolls her eyes. At the top of the closet is a box with Chrissy's name on it. She takes the box down and opens it.
Inside is full of pictures and other relationship memorabilia. She really was a sweet girl. And it's clear that Jason did have feelings for her.
But if he felt so strongly about her, he should have known that something was up with her. He should have been there for her. Not Eddie.
She looks over at his dresser and sees a hair brush. She holds the brush by the head and wraps the papers around the handle, hoping the DNA from his hand will transfer to the papers.
With the hope of more DNA transferring, she rubs the candles against the clothes in his closet.
She crumples up the papers to make it look like they have some wear and tear to it before opening them slightly and putting them in the bottom of the box. She takes a couple of the pictures they took together and rips them in half to add fuel to the fire.
The box goes back to the spot at the top of the closet and the candles are put in a duffel bag on the floor of the closet.
Thankfully there's a rug in his room, so she draws the Pentagram with the chalk on the floor and covers it with the rug.
Olivia looks around one more time to make sure she didn't forget anything. She looks out the window to make sure the coast is clear before climbing back out and making her way down the side of the house and back to where she stashed her bike.
