FOUR | FIRST TIMES AND HARD TRUTHS
Lucas, Mike and Olivia find Will on the field, standing upright with his eyes closed. Lucas runs inside and comes back out with Max, Dustin and Joyce Byers.
"We found him like this!" Mike calls out. "I think he's having an episode." Joyce tries to get Will to snap out of his trance and after about a minute, his eyes finally open.
Joyce takes Will home and leaves everyone else standing on the steps of the school.
"Ok, that freaked me out. Did that freak any of you out?" Max asks.
"That's two episodes in two days." Lucas says.
"It's getting worse." Mike says.
"You think it's True Sight?" Lucas asks.
"I feel like it's more than that." Olivia says.
"What's True Sight?" Max asks. Lucas gets ready to tell her, but Mike gives him a look to not say anything.
"It's nothing."
"Alright." Olivia claps her hands together. "Shows over guys. You boys riding or biking?" The boys decide to take their bikes home and Max goes with Olivia to her car.
"Are you part of their party?" Max asks Olivia on the road.
"Oh gosh no. They have their own thing going on. I'm just... there. Why? You want to be a part of it?"
"No. Yes. I don't know. I just hate that they shut me out."
"I wish I could tell you, but it's not my place. I'm sorry." She sighs and looks out the window and the ride is silent for the rest of the way.
The two pull up to her house and they see Billy's car.
"Do you want me to go inside and explain to your parents?" Olivia asks.
"They're not home yet." She says. Max gets out of the car.
"Thanks for the ride."
"No problem." Max goes into the house and Billy comes to the door. The two look at each other before Olivia drives off.
