Jimin took his phone out to check on the movie. "What movie do you want to see?" He asked while scrolling his phone. It was a last minute decision so they didn't get to reserve the ticket.

Because today was valentine's day, most of the movies were romance movies like rom-com, romance drama, chick-flick, and historical romance. Y/N looked at his phone and pointed at a movie poster. "Just this one."

Jimin looked at her curious expression. "Isn't it a horror movie?"

"I know."

"Don't you think we should see something more aesthetically pleasing to the eye?"

"This movie isn't available everywhere, so we should watch this one."

It was a Thai horror movie. As everyone knew, Thai horror movies were always frightening. It is not less frightening than Japanese/Korean/Western horror movies. Jimin couldn't really understand how Y/N would be interested in this kind of movie.

He wanted to reject her idea at first. But after thinking about it, he smiled. "As you wish."

"Let's go to the one in Shibuya so we can stroll around after the movie."

When Y/N went to Tokyo, she really enjoyed her time in Shibuya. So this time, she wanted to stroll around there again.

Jimin gently grabbed her hand and nodded.

Leaving the restaurant, the driver already waited for them outside. But before they arrived, she told the driver to stop. "Jimin, let's walk from here."

There were a lot of people there, it was inconvenient to drive a car. Plus, Y/N wanted to enjoy the scenic night walk. It wasn't a long walk to the cinema, it was actually quite near.

Jimin draped his coat on her shoulders as it was far too cold with the thin strapped dress she wore.

It was always crowded here in Shibuya. But tonight, the place was full with couples who were spending Valentine's day. Jimin wrapped his arm around her shoulder and pulled her to his side as they walked through it. He guided her and held her close; protecting her. He was scared she would be bumped by the crowd.

Luckily they were able to get the ticket as there were still a lot of them available.

His arm was on her waist, he pulled her even closer and stared at her. "Are you sure you really want to watch this one?"

She stared back at him and nodded.

"You're only going to scare yourself and my daughter inside." Jimin shook his head and let out a frustrated huff.

Y/N rolled her eyes. "She is sleeping peacefully and this kind of movie won't scare me."

She actually really enjoyed watching any kind of horror movie ever since she was little. Now, she already could tell what was going to happen in the movie so it didn't scare her that much anymore.

She hadn't had much time to spare for watching a movie these days, so this was her rare chance to enjoy it.

They were already seated inside the theater and waiting for the movie to play. Jimin leaned toward her and whispered. "You can hug me if you get scared. You can even sit on my lap. It's dark, no one can see us. No need to be shy."

So this was the reason Jimin agreed to her.

She ignored him and set her full attention to the movie as it started to play. The opening scene was terrifying, they could hear a few loud screams. Even though she had watched a lot of horror movies, she thought this movie was actually quite scary.
