The next day, Taehyung's fever was gone. He stayed at the hospital for two days. His fracture was not completely healed yet but he was unwilling to stay any longer. Y/N booked two tickets home and got him a wheelchair.

Taehyung was a bit embarrassed. "I can walk."

"No you can't. I'm sorry, if it wasn't for us, you wouldn't have ended up like this."

They were worried about Krystal, they didn't know if she was still here or back home in Seoul. But they had to go back for now.

When they returned home, Jungkook took Joon Min to come and pick them up. After a long flight, she didn't immediately go home. She went to meet Jimin's lawyer first. Even being abroad, she kept on communicating with him regarding Jimin's current condition.

Y/N didn't know how Jimin felt that she hadn't come to visit him these past few days.

The lawyer wanted to reason as the evidence was insufficient, he also wanted to have a discussion so they would let Jimin go but Taemin had intervened so the police denied his request.

Y/N watched how the lawyer tried to free Jimin but it seemed impossible. She remembered Taemin's words, "Wait for it." She could finally understand that he turned crazier than ever. All because she accompanied Krystal to have an abortion.

Y/N massaged her temple and closed her eyes. Taemin thought they killed his daughter but why didn't he remember that he also killed her daughter? That's ridiculous, he is a hypocrite!

Taemin held the most powerful position in the Park company, he was as powerful as Jimin back then. Everyone was moving forward to fawn him because in their eyes, Jimin was just a deceased family dog. He was useless. So when Jungkook tried to help Jimin using his connection, nobody was willing to help. They thought it wouldn't benefit them anyway and it would be as they challenged Taemin. Who wanted to challenge the king?

"Just let it be." Y/N said.

"Mrs Park?"

Y/N stood up: "Let's go, it's useless. Let's not talk to them furthermore."

When they left the police station, Jimin's lawyer apologized: "I am sorry, Mrs Park. I can't really help this matter. At first, I thought we could release him from custody pending the investigation, but now..."

"It's alright, you tried your best." Y/N shook her head and smiled. "I want to see Jimin, can I?"

"Sure, Ma'am. I will arrange it first."

Y/N came to visit Jimin, he was in a detention center. She recalled the time when they visited Neon Yun in the detention center. At this moment she felt these indescribable feelings that were hard to explain.

Jimin's hair had been cut very short. He was wearing a prisoner's uniform and it was surely not sufficient for the cold days like this. How could he bear the cold in this thin outfit? Y/N stared at him and her tears fell down.

There was a transparent glass between them. She really wanted to touch his hands but it was impossible. Jimin sat down and took the phone: "Why are you crying?" His voice was deep and sounded distressed.

Y/N wiped her tears. "Jimin, I will get you out of here."

Jimin smiled and touched the glass, he moved his fingers as if he was wiping the tears on her cheeks. "Don't cry, love. My heart is sad to see you cry."

Y/N nodded and lowered her head. She tried to control and calm her emotions as hard as she could. She then raised her head again and smiled at him.

He smiled so warmly: "You are prettier with a smile on your face."
