Skyscraper restaurant, 11pm

Sid touched his gelled hair and looked back at the clients who were signing the deal.
One of the client looked at him and said- So there has been a rumour going in the air that perhaps you have a fiancé Mr. Shukla?
Sid chuckled nervously and said- Aha, whatever it is; would be cleared in the annual party tomorrow. I hope you guys are coming! It would mean so much to me and the company.

The clients looked at him with a warm smile and nodded.
Sid eyed the waiter who quickly nodded and without asking refilled the client's drink.
One of them chuckled and said- I can't drink more of this son, I have a ferocious wife to face. When you get married you would know.
Sid smiled but his thoughts wandered on the fact, would he ever get married? Would he ever find someone? Someone who would be there for him after a tiring day?

Sid shook his head, got up and excused himself to the washroom.
As he was walking his eyes went on a very familiar figure.
His eyes widened as he saw Sana holding an arm of someone while she laughed with others.
A weird sense of possessiveness and anger surged through him as he saw her laughing with some other male specie and that to so close.
His fisted his hands and clenched his jaw as the man lovingly pecked the top of her hair.

If he had a glass in his hand, it would have been crushed into pieces by now.
But just then his eyes went on a woman who was burning with anger and coming towards them.
His eyes squinted in confusion when he saw she was about to raise her hand on Sana, he quickly ran and before anyone knew anything, a punch was landed on Sid's cheek making everyone gasp including the woman who punched.

Sana got up in shock and said- Sid?
Sid winced a little and the man who was with Sana glared at the woman and said- What did you just do?
The woman whined and said- I wanted to punch her not this handsome man!
The man glared and said- Why? Because you think I cheated on you with her? Just like you did on me with others?

Sana ignored the fight and grabbed his hand pulling him to the nearest empty room, which was the girl's washroom.
Sana- Sit on the slab.
Sid- Huh?
Sana pointed at the slab, to which Sid very quietly obliged.
She quickly opened her bag and rummaged through it and sighed as she found the first aid kit.
She shocked him by grabbing his chin softly and pulling it closer to her face to inspect the wound.

His heart beat quickened and he bit his lip as his eyes dropped at her strawberry coloured plump lips.
Sana winced at the slight swelling and the cut due to the ring the woman was wearing.
Sana took out the antiseptic and looked into his eyes.
Sana- It's going to sting a little, how about you distract yourself thinking about something you like?
Sid- Something I like? Okay I'll stare into your eyes.
Sana's and Sid's eyes widened in horror.
Sid cursed himself mentally for letting his thoughts playing on his tongue and he nervously chuckled and said- Kidding! You do it.

Sana slowly nodded trying to calm her heart as she placed the cotton drenched anti septic on the corner of his lips making him hiss slightly.
Sid- Is it normal for women to carry these?
Sana- Um I don't think so?
Sid- So you knew you were about to get punched tonight?
Sana- It was all for a good cause right?
Sid- That is?
Sana- Money?
Sana chuckled as sid shook his head.
Sana- Kidding! The woman was a cheating freak, the man just wanted her to have a taste of her own medicine so hence he needed me!

Sid- I think you have enough money! Why do you even get yourself hit?
Sana's eyes darkened slightly which was noticed by Sid who quickly changed the topic.
Sid- So do you have a dress for tomorrow?
Sana smiled and said- Yeah! I always get dressed according to the client and for your fiancé I did do a through shopping.
Sid- Y-yeah nice.
