The Traitor Pt 3

(Continuing from before)

(Niki and Clyde are at a stand off preparing to fight each other)

Clyde: (sinisterly grits teeth) You're not leaving, kid.

Niki: We'll see about that! (Ready's fists)

(The fight starts out with Clyde attempting to strike Niki, twice with the spear, but Niki dodges both sets. Niki then quickly kicks the spear out of his hands, sweeps her feet making Clyde trip and fall onto his back. She catches the spear as it comes back down and points it at Clyde)

Clyde: (shows teeth) You're good for a kid. I'll say that.

Niki: (nears eyes and tsks) Now you'll let the chief go.

Clyde: Afraid I can't do that. I'll make you a deal though.

Niki: (slightly lowers the spear) What deal?

(Before Clyde said anything, he kicks the spear out of Niki's hands, sweeps her and he in turn, catches the spear and points it back at Niki)

Clyde: Rule one, never let your guard down. Secondly, bring in the General's son and you can have the chief. An eye for an eye as they say. I'll let you go, but you aren't getting the chief otherwise. And I'm pretty sure your the same kid that hacked the coms.

Niki: (smirks) Knowing me a little too well?

Clyde: (the sadistic smile turns to a quick frown) Out of my sight child before I plan on using you for something else. And you're not taking that med kit.

(Niki's smile also turns to a frown as she carefully gets up, holds her arm and heads out the base)

(Several minutes pass by as we are back at Max and Lilly's place)

Sonic: (worried) Where's the med kit?

Niki: (holds arm) The main guy found out about me. I couldn't get the med kit.

Sonic: Who's the main guy?

Niki: His name is Clyde.

Silver: (raises an eyebrow) Huh...I just realized I never even got his name. Well, whoever this Clyde guy is, we're gonna stop him one way or another.

Niki: I wouldn't be so sure about that.

Silver: And why not?

Niki: He wants to make a deal.

Sonic: (eerie) What deal?

Niki: He wants Silver in trade for the chief.

Silver: (confused) What does he want with me?

Niki: (clenches fists) I don't know! (Something clicks) That's his plan.

(Silver and Sonic look at each other confused)

Niki: He must of figured that the med kit was for Max, and so that's why he wouldn't let me take it. He trying to let Max die off. And the only next one to stand in his way, is you, Silver. That's how he plans on getting rid of us.

Sonic: (proud) Good eye, (worried) but if that is the case, we have to keep Silver away.

Silver: (hints a smile) Not necessarily.

Sonic: What do you mean not necessarily?

(The scene eyes on Silver as it slowly zooms in on him smiling)
