I'm always here for you.

I know I said next update I would be answering questions, I got some questions on Tumblr as well, but I really thought that I need to say this..

I am very aware of suicide, self harm, depression, hard times, bulimia, break ups, death etc. I know how much it can change your life, whether you're the person or the persons friend or family member, and know people and friends who have these mental illnesses or upsetting times, including myself.

Stay strong. Please don't give up. I care, we care and you're amazing. You're so beautiful.

Some times I don't like my thighs or my stomach. Some times I don't like my small amount of acne or hair. Some times I don't like any part of me. But I realised that I'm not the only person who feels this way. I realise that loving yourself is hard, but it's worth it. Don't try to be anyone else, just be you. Yes, point out that you like someone's hair, go tell them! Mostly everyone is always shy to give a compliment but imagine how good that person would feel after that compliment you just gave them and then you would feel good because you made them feel that way.

I have been supporting my beautiful friend, who I won't name if she doesn't want me to, for about a year. When I first started talking to me she was in a really bad place, I stayed up texting her at night to make sure she was okay, to make sure she wasn't harming herself. She had nights were she didn't want to do it anymore, and she couldn't face going to school again the next morning. And now today her smile isn't fake anymore, her cuts have now turned into scars and her bad days and nights are in the past.

You can do this, believe me. Keep your head high and never give up. Suicide or hurting yourself isn't the answer.

You're a beautiful, talented, smart person. If you need someone to talk to I'm always here. If we haven't talked before or don't talk all the time, I don't care. You can always come talk to me if you need an opinion, smile or someone to listen, my eyes and heart are open, type away, angel.

I want you all to be safe and stay safe. I'm here and I care, I love each and every one of you!

You have a beautiful smile, and even though your eyes are loosing their light, I will never let them take it away. You deserve to feel loved.
