June 9 Monday
Jimin woke up early like usual and stretched. He turned to see if Jungkook was awake yet but saw him all bundled into the blankets, half hanging off the pull-out sofa, Jimin has tried to switch beds with the 3 others, but they refuse to let their omega sleep on the floor or the pull-out. He tried to get them to at least sleep in the bed with him since it was big enough, but of course they refused.
Jimin lays there for a few minutes looking at the ceiling. It has been a week since they got here, and he was enjoying himself. It was a lot of hard work. Jimin was helping with pulling the wires or really just holding it while someone else pulls. His arms feel like noodles by the time he gets to the hanok but at least he wasn't sitting home alone, lonely and bored.
KeonHo and HyunJo left last Friday, they wanted to take Jimin back with them, but he convinced them to let him stay. After a quick phone call with his parents, they agreed. Jimin sighed, his parents were smothering him. Not just his parents, everyone is so overprotective of him, it feels suffocating sometimes.
Jimin quietly got out of bed and headed to the bathroom, luckily the bathroom is attached to his room, so he doesn't have to go outside like the other bedroom does. He took a quick shower, then got dressed for the day. Taking out his pajamas, he decided to do laundry today. He picked up the dirty clothes hamper and quietly opened the sliding door.
He carefully closed the door, trying not to wake Jungkook and turned to go to the laundry but bumped into someone. Coming to a complete stop, he looked up and saw Yoongi staring down at him.
"Where do you think you are going?" Yoongi asked, rubbing the towel over his wet hair. His fixed stare made Jimin squirm in his place.
"I was just going to the laundry room. Do you have anything that needs to be washed?" Jimin answered, shifting the hamper in front of him.
Yoongi threw his towel on top of the other clothes in his basket but didn't answer. Sliding open the glass door, he finally says, "You should have taken Jungkook with you."
"Its just down the house past the .. .. .. " Jimin started to say but Yoongi wasn't listening.
Yoongi stuck his head in the door and yelled, "YA! Get up! You lost the omega!"
Jungkook scrambled to sit up and looked at Jimin's bed. Seeing it empty, he hurried to stand up, pushing out of the tangled blankets and looking around. Not seeing Jimin anywhere in the room, he lost his balance turning his head so quickly. He ended up falling face-first on the floor. Catching himself with his hands in a push-up position, he flipped himself over to a sitting position and started kicking his feet to untangle the blanket. "Where is he? Oh fuck, I didn't hear a thing, was he stolen? Give me a second, and I will be out. Don't worry we'll find him."
Jimin giggled and said, "I am right here. Yoongi is exaggerating."
Relief filled Jungkook's face, and he flopped on his back with his arms sprayed out. "Hyung, you scared the shit out of me."
"Serves you right, he walked right out the door, and you didn't even move. You're a lousy guard dog." Yoongi told his brother before sliding the door closed. He turned to Jimin and grabbed his upper arm, saying "Let's go."
"I can go by myself, you know. It is literally just a couple of meters away." Jimin said, pulling his arm out of Yoongi's grip. He stomped his way down the porch, stepped down and put his shoes on, then walked the gravel sidewalk to the gate. Yoongi was right behind him.
Jimin scuffed, "You don't have to follow me."
"Then who will open the door for you?" Yoongi said, opening the gate wide so Jimin could walk in with his hamper. He ran ahead and opened the door to the laundry room, looking in quickly and using his nose to make sure there was nobody hiding in the room, he stepped aside for Jimin to walk. He sat down on the porch listening to Jimin sort his clothes and start the washing machine while grumbling about not being a baby.
