Yoongi sat in the back of the conference room beside Hoseok, watching a nervous Taehyung walk in. Today was the Official Pack Meeting regarding the charges against Taehyung. Every pair of eyes were on Taehyung as he shuttled around the semi-circle conference table to stand in the middle where the accused stood. Soon after he got in his place, Jungkook walked in and sat down when Mijeong gave up her seat so he could be at the head table instead of in the back of the room. Mijeong quietly walked to the back, where Jungkook's original empty chair was beside Yoongi's other side.
She gave Yoongi a small smile as she sat down next to him, but Yoongi only averted his eyes and gave a small bow, his lips a thin line. Not being disrespectful since she is still his elder but not being friendly either. Next to Hoseok was Sinmu, then Namjoon, Jin, and Jimin at the end. At the main conference table, it was Leader Jeon in the center. To his right was Luna, the Head Guardian, the Lead Medic, and the healer. To the left of the Leader was Beta HyunJo, Head Hunter Park, and where Hunter Mijeong would have been sitting is Jungkook.

Yoongi listened as his brother gave his reasons why he wanted all charges dropped against Taehyung. Although Yoongi thought all 11 of them should be punished, he understood where his brother was coming from. Jungkook couldn't repair the bond with Taehyung if he drove out Taehyung's whole family from the pack. The three of them (Jungkook, Yoongi, and Hoseok) had stayed up late trying to figure out what was the best way for Jungkook to explain. Jungkook was saying it exactly how they had planned.

Just like they expected, their appa brought up kicking them out of the pack, which is actually the standard procedure for those who break this law. Yoongi can feel Jin and Jimin's fear, he turns his head to look at them. He sees Namjoon putting his arm around Jin to comfort him, but Jimin was crying all alone. Yoongi admits that if this had happened to another family, he would be the first person to vote them out of the pack, but it makes him sick to his stomach to think about the omega at the end getting kicked out and going rogue.
This is the reason, Yoongi supports his brother's decision when it came to dropping the charges against Jungkook's fated mate, Taehyung. Yoongi can't stand the thought of Jimin being gone any more than Jungkook could live with Taehyung being gone. Jungkook just got Taehyung back, he didn't want to lose him again. Law or no law. Even now, Jimin's fear was almost overwhelming to Yoongi, even though he was still mad at the omega and did not want to talk to him. Yoongi fought his instinct to comfort Jimin and instead focused on what his brother was saying.
Jimin, on the other hand, was a wreck. Not only was he feeling bad because Yoongi was no longer talking to him, but now his best friend was on trial. Well, not just Taehyung, everybody Jimin loved was on the trail, himself included. He was pretty sure that Jungkook would not allow Taehyung to be driven out of the pack, but he thought it was a good possibility that he and his parents would be.
