"Bye Max! Bye Duke!" Katie called, grabbing her phone as she walked out of the apartment. All she could hear were both of her dogs barking at her. She assumed they were saying goodbye as well. And she guessed correctly. Sitting down in front of their door, Max and Duke sighed together and whimpered, "I miss her so much."

"What's up, my dogs?" Snowball asked, his question startling both canines. They hadn't even realized their new neighbor had stopped by. Lounging on the windowsill, the bunny rabbit repeated, "What's up?"

"Eh, not much Snowball. Katie just left for the day," Max answered, finding his tongue. Nodding his head in understanding, Snowball remarked, "Yeah, Molly just left for school. She's gonna ace her math quiz today, I just know it." Max couldn't help but smile at that. It had been two months and Snowball was adjusting well to life as a pet. The terrier was genuinely happy for the rabbit.

"Morning guys!" Mel announced his arrival, Buddy and Sweetpea by his side. The trio entered the apartment through the window, followed by Ozone. "Good day chaps," the hairless cat meowed, sitting down and wrapping his tail around his paws. Looking up from his food bowl, Duke frowned and asked, "Where's Chloe? And why do I hear mariachi music?"

A bloodcurdling scream echoed upstairs.

"Huh, that sounded like it was in Chloe's apartment," Buddy remarked. Scoffing as he sat down beside the smaller dogs, Duke reassured them, "No way it's Chloe, it's too high pitched and whiney."

"Get away from me you creep!" Chloe hissed in a high pitched and whiney voice as she raced by outside on the fire escape, terrifying everyone. A moment later, Pops was seen stumbling down the steps as he howled, "Rhonda, please! I'll have the hamsters make you a lovely breakfast!" The old basset hound was followed by Myron and other hamsters dressed up as a mariachi band, frantically playing their instruments as they hurried to catch up. Watching them leave, Snowball muttered, "Welp, that just happened." Sweetpea chirped in agreement.

"Are my eyes deceiving me or did I just see a hamster mariachi band?" Tiberius questioned, hopping up onto the windowsill. Riding on the red tailed hawk's head, Norman squeaked, "Don't worry, I saw it too."

"Me as well," Gidget admitted, sliding down off of Tiberius's back. Landing gracefully on her feet, the fluffy white Pomeranian smiled at Max and spoke softly, "Hey Maxie." Smiling back, the Jack Russell terrier nuzzled her cheek lovingly as he replied, "Hey Gidget." While most of the assembled animals melted at the sight, Snowball gagged and wheezed, "Suckers."

"Guys you gotta help me!" Leonard the poodle exclaimed, bursting into the room in a panic, "Some pig broke my chandelier during a party and I need to fix it before my owner gets back!"

"Wait, you can talk?" the others questioned, shocked by this revelation.

And voila! It is complete (finally lol). This was a lot of fun and I hope you guys enjoyed it. I'll see you all later, bye bye!
