"You guys seeing anything?" Gidget called out quietly. She had directed the question towards Mel, Buddy and Sweetpea. Shaking his head, Mel replied back, "It's like a ghost town!" The pug had spoken a little too loudly though. Afraid that something would happen, Buddy and Sweetpea rapidly covered Mel's mouth before he could say anymore. Seeing that nothing had happened, Gidget breathed a sigh of relief.
"Guys..." Chloe's voice piped up. Turning to her left, Gidget found the tabby cat and Pops standing before a giant chunk of brick and burnt wood. Perplexed, she trotted over. It was then that she saw a snake tail protruding out from underneath. "Poor thing," she mumbled as the others came up behind her. Glancing over at Gidget, Chloe pointed out, "This was the guy we were supposed to talk to."

"WHAT?!" Buddy cried. Mel quickly covered his mouth while Sweetpea's eyes widened. Norman bounded up to Pops, who seemed awfully quiet as he stared wistfully at the snake tail. The young guinea pig attempted to soothe the elderly basset hound. Ears flattening against her head in shock, Gidget mumbled, "Chloe, what do we do?"
"I don't know, don't look at me!" Chloe exclaimed, putting her paws up in the air in surrender. Gidget shook her head in disbelief with the events happening in the moment.

"We need to get out of here!" Tiberius screeched above all of their heads. Looking up, Gidget witnessed just in time as Ozone was tossed on the ground before them. Landing beside the hairless cat, Tiberius went on, "Alien cat found some pals of his and told them what we're doing! We've been set up!" Shocked beyond belief, Gidget glanced down at Ozone. Shaking, he whispered sorrowfully, "I am so sorry..."
"My my, we have guests!" a voice rang out as a fluffy white rabbit hopped forward from the darkness...
