I had no courage to face Rex. For the first time in my life, I wished I worked in an office so I could call in sick and stay back in my room. My palms began to sweat when we left the hotel to reach the shooting location. Arman and I shared a car with two other folks. Rex was nowhere to be seen. After reaching the shoot location, I found him standing with a couple of men, adjusting his camera on a tripod, and chatting.
I dashed to my dressing room before he could notice me. Arman was busy flirting with other models in the lobby. The dressers showed up shortly and assembled my bridal costume. They helped me get dressed in a red lehenga. I wore a bridal dress for the first time in my life, and I couldn't stop staring at the beautiful designer lehenga in the mirror. I wanted to wear this every day. It was the most stunning lenega I'd ever seen.
Everyone was ready for the shoot. I took my place alongside the groom, who was dressed in an off-white sherwani. Rex and I looked at each other at the same time. His lips twisted into a soft smile, and he stared at me so intently that I felt butterflies in my stomach. I smiled back and began scanning the room to find Arman. I couldn't see him anywhere. I was sure he was messing around with some model somewhere. I tried hard not to look at Rex, but I could feel his eyes on me. I was talking to the model, who was also my groom, to distract my mind from Rex. But all I wanted to do was steal a look at him just once. So while talking and smiling, I slowly turned my neck to the right, only to find Rex still staring at me from afar. His look accelerated my heartbeat, and I quickly looked back at the groom.
The shoot began. Rex started taking pictures with his camera. During the entire shoot, I found Rex staring at me with a soft smile on his face. I heaved a sigh when the shoot was over. It's hard to concentrate when a pair of lovely grey eyes are staring at you all the time. I could see Rex walking towards me. I wasn't quiet ready to talk to him just yet. I quickly ran to my changing room and locked the door.
I got rid of my bridal dress and makeup. Then I changed into my blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and a peach cardigan sweater. I wore my beige ankle-length boots and walked out of my changing room with my brown sling bag. As I stepped out of the door, I found Rex leaning against the tall glass window with folded hands. He looked at me and said, "Hey," with his usual smile.
"Hi," I replied, but I couldn't smile. I was beyond nervous.
"You've been ignoring me." He stated.
"No, I'm not."
"I didn't take you for a liar."
I stood there motionless, staring into his beautiful eyes. Rex slowly walked towards me, his hands in his jeans pocket.
"It's okay, Saanj. I know you feel embarrassed. But I don't. I don't regret what happened last night." He said.
Rex had the ability to make me breathless and freeze me. He made me so nervous that I could not find my lips to speak when he came closer. I could smell his amazing perfume, and I felt the warmth radiating from his body. It was impossible not to kiss him at that moment. I stared at his pink lips and leaned a little forward. Now it was Rex who was frozen in place. I drew in closer to him, my gaze fixed on his lips. I clutched his white shirt at his waist as I pressed my lips against his. I had no idea why I was doing that. Why was I so drawn to him, and why was I kissing him? But I just did what my mind told me to do. I didn't care that there were people out in the lobby. Our jobs could be jeopardized if someone catches us. All I knew was that I wanted to kiss him. Rex didn't flinch. He pulled me close so that our bodies could hug tightly, and he parted his lips. I tasted him for several minutes. I hadn't realized my fingers were now in his hair. I was so engrossed in the kiss.
Rex pulled away slowly, but our faces remained close. We could still feel each other's breath. Rex's lips curved into a smile.
"Want to come back with me?" He whispered.
I simply nodded. I didn't ask where and why. I merely nodded, because I already hated that the kiss had stopped. Rex beamed broadly and clasped my hand in his. We walked out of the villa where we were shooting and got into Rex's car. Arman was still missing, and I didn't even want to find him. I didn't need his advice today. I wanted to do this. I wanted to be with Rex.
Rex drove us to the hotel. I walked hand in hand with him without questioning him. As we entered the elevator, my phone rang. I pulled my phone out of my sling and saw Arman's name flashing across the screen. I put my phone on silent and kept it back in my sling bag. Rex's eyes were staring down at me like I were something he'd never seen before. This time I stared at him too. I kept looking into his beautiful eyes because I didn't want to change my mind and run away.
We reached the eleventh floor. Rex opened the door to his room, and we both walked in. While I was keeping my sling on the side table, Rex held me from behind and kissed my head. His hands were wrapped around my waist and rested on my stomach. I caressed both his hands softly while Rex began tracing kisses on my neck. My heart was thumping against my ribs, and I had shivers all over my body. Rex turned me around, and before I could have a chance to look at his face, he locked his lips with mine.
We kissed while holding each other tight. This time, it wasn't a passionate kiss. This time it was wild. Our tongues were entwined, fighting for dominance.
As I slammed my tongue into his, I grabbed a chunk of his hair. We proceeded slowly towards the bed, kissing one other passionately. Rex threw me on the bed and leaped on top of me while our tongues were still entwined. His body was crushing mine with his weight. He was thin but heavy. I enjoyed being crushed beneath him, and I liked the warmth of his body on mine. Rex began tracing kisses from my chin to my neck, to my chest. My eyes were closed, as I cherished this moment. His wet kisses made me moan softly.
My eyes opened when he stopped kissing me. He locked his beautiful lustful eyes on me. I couldn't move, and neither could I speak. I kept looking into his hungry eyes, begging him to continue. He came closer and took off my sweater. I wanted to stop him from going over the line, but I didn't. He then removed my white t-shirt, moving it up from my arms and over my head, while our eyes were still locked. Rex glanced at my peach-coloured bra, then back at me. He came closer and put his weight on me. He looked at my unopened breasts and then kissed my cleavage. I let out a soft gasp as it raised goosebumps in my body. He cupped my breasts with both his hands, pressed them a little harder, and licked and kissed my cleavage ravenously. My head shook with ecstasy, and I moaned as my fingers became entangled in his hair, massaging it. Rex went lower on my body and started licking my stomach with his hot wet tongue. His warm tongue and the wetness on my skin had made me soak my thong.
Rex came closer to my face again and kissed my cheeks, my eyes, and my forehead. He then quietly smiled as he stared into my eyes. It was hard to break eye contact with his intense eyes. I could see happiness in his eyes, and in his smile. I drew him closer to my face and kissed his lips.
While our tongues battled for dominance, Rex's hands cupped my breasts and fondled them softly. I lift my upper body a bit, just for my hands to reach behind my back. I gradually unhooked my bra, and took down the straps from my shoulders. Rex took my bra and flung it across the room while we were still kissing. He then moved his face closer to my breasts, and was about to kiss them before I pushed him off with a low scream and pulled a blanket over my bare chest.
