zoe sat in the kitchen as lauren cooked the food. she didn't want to sit in the living room with declan because he hasn't even made an effort to apologise.
"dec has been trying to message you." lauren said and zoe sighed.
"i know but i don't want to speak to him, he needs to understand what he said to me literally hurt me." zoe said and lauren nodded.
both decided to go back into the living room. zoe sat next to mason, immediately wrapping her arms around his waist and declan just stared at her.
she took that as they needed to talk so she nodded, mason gave her a kiss on the forehead and telling her she'll be okay before she then left the room.
she sat on the stairs whilst declan stood up in front of her, her hand landing on her bump, gently caressing it.
"i'm sorry for being a dick, i know you won't forgive me but the only reason i didn't like you dating mase is because i was protective of you, what if he treats you like tyler did." declan said and zoe smiles.
"thank you for being honest and i forgive you, just know that mase won't ever treat me like tyler, i've not told you what he really did." zoe said as she stood up and gave declan a hug.
"why are you forgiving me?" declan said and zoe smiled.
"because your my cousin and it's christmas in a month, don't think our parents would appreciate us being in a mood with each other." zoe said and declan nodded.
she walked back in to the living room and saw mason just sat there on his phone. she smiled to herself, thinking of what he could be doing but he's being awfully secretive. she sat down next to him, noticing how quickly he shut his phone. a sad smile laced across her face.
surely mason wouldn't cheat, right?
