zoe sat next to mason with macie in her arms as once again her little brother jake played fifa with mason. declan and lauren both couldn't come due to something happening so that means declan can't steal macie.
"ZOE DARLING, CAN YOU GET THE DOOR." holly shouted as zoe just got up, being careful not to wake macie and went to answer the door.
she opened the door and saw one person she absolutely hated. jake's dad. he never treated zoe equally to jake, she always got ignored with everything and she doesn't know why he's here.
"fuck off." zoe said, shutting the door but his foot was in the way.
"don't be so rude." jake's dad said and she just did a sarcastic laugh.
"don't be rude, your the one to fucking talk, you just shoved me away. you lied to my mum every single day saying that you got a call from school saying that i've done something wrong! of course she fucking believed you because she controlled-" before zoe could finish, she heard hers mothers voice.
"zoe, who's at the-" holly said but once she saw jake's dad, she instantly smiled.
"why are you smiling?" zoe said, fearing the absolute worse.
"me and chris are trying again." holly said a slight smile but zoe felt the tears welling up in his eyes.
"no mum, no, you know what he did to me, you know how badly i dealt with that and yet your still falling into his traps but i'm not staying if that dick is here." zoe said walking off into the living room.
"mase, we have to go, chris is here." zoe said as mason nodded.
they both said their goodbyes before leaving, both debbie and tony understood why zoe could no longer be here but jake was oblivious to why.
"are you okay love?" mason said once he sat in the driver's seat after putting macie in her car seat.
"yeah, yeah, he angers me so fucking much, how can my mum not see that he's a fucking dick." zoe said and mason just placed his hand on her thigh.
"how about we go home and order a domino's and watch one born every minute?" mason said and zoe instantly nodded.
"you just spoke love language to me."
