Gally's eyes raged with lunacy; his clothes torn and filthy. Way filthier than before. He dropped to his knees, chest heaving with ragged breaths.

"They'll kill you!" Gally screamed suddenly, spit flying everywhere. "The Grievers will take you, one by one every night until it's over!"

No one in the room moved a muscle as they watched, obviously too stunned to do anything. Gally stood a few feet in front of Thomas, Newt and me. He pointed to Thomas with a bloody finger.

"It's all your fault" Without warning, he swung his fist and it crashed into Thomas' ear.

I gasped as Thomas crumpled to the ground with surprise plastered in his face. He scrambled to his feet as soon as he'd hit the floor.

Newt finally snapped out and pushed Gally away. Gally stumbled backward and crashed into the wall. He quickly straightened himself and looked at everyone with his mad gaze.

"It can't be solved" He said quietly but spooky. "Why can't you understand that it can't be solved? The Maze, the Creators, will kill you all shanks... Grievers will take one of you every night until it's over..."

Newt stepped forward, "Shut your bloody hole, Gally. There's a Griever right out the window so just sit and be quiet, maybe it'll go away"

Gally looked up and sneered, "You're so stupid Newt. You don't get it! There's no way out of here. They're just gonna kill you, and I mean all of you, one by one!"

Screaming the last word, he ran towards the window and started tearing up the wooden boards. Before anyone could react, he'd already ripped one board free. The Gladers were all yelling 'no's but just as Newt reached him, he already ripped off the second board, his hands all bloody. I stepped forward before anyone could stop me.

"Gally! What are you doing? Please stop!" I shouted.

"Y/N?" He looked confused for a second but Newt suddenly punched him. He staggered and punched Newt back, sending him to the nearest bed with red streaks of his blood.

"NOTHING CAN SAVE YOU!"

The whirring of the Griever started to get loud, and Gally ran towards it. We all watched in horror when his body was engulfed to the Griever, mashing with its gooey-like body. The Grievers went away, rolling back to the Maze, with Gally's head popping once at a time.

It all feels so blurry like I can't process it correctly. My mind feels like liquid, taking the condition around me slowly.

He's dead.

It repeats over and over in my head and I can't seem to get it off. A little hope formed around my chest.

Without thinking, I ran.
