The next morning I woke up with an anger inside, I've never had before. I felt cranky. I went in the shower and took a long 5 minute shower. Then I freshen up my mouth and body odor and hygiene. I put on my booty shorts and was wearing underneath some black leggings. The shirt of course, was a red crop top with black a peace sign on it. It was slanted so it exposed my shoulders and bra a little bit.
I went to the kitchen once again and smelled a mushroom omelet. It taste better than it sounds. I hurried on, taking big bites of the omelet.
"Slow down Aubrey, your food is not going anywhere." replied my "so called" mom.
I chuckled at my "so called" mom's comment and headed towards the door. I waited for the school bus to come so I could go to school. I was a senior high school girl who took the bus and was never noticed. I was the invisible one but I never mind. The hot burning sun was warming up my body. I waited impatiently for the bus to come.
Those were my two least favorite things. Waiting and being in the sun light while waiting. Today was not my day. Finally, the bus came rolling down the street with loud chattering, as usual. It stopped in front of me and the squeaky doors open to let me in. I waited for it to open all the way so that I could get on the bus.
"Good morning, Mr. Roger." I said keeping my head down.
He looked at me in a cranky way and nodded his headed. Mr. Roger was not a morning person and I don't blame him. I mean who would. Anyways as he closed the door, I tried to find a seat that didn't involve anyone near me or close to me. That was my plan all the time. I found a seat in the front of the bus as soon as I walked in. Everyone loved sitting in the back of the bus because it was private and you could get away with anything. Most of the time.
I went into my book bag to find my book. I read over the same lines over and over again because of the constant talking. I basically gave up eventually and put my book away. I glared into the window looking at the trees and flowers in the grass. I must have been glaring too much because their was a guy standing in the front of me, talking too me.
"Ummmmmmmm.............. excuse me, may I please sit here." He said looking at me with his charming smile.
"Uhhhhhhhh........ yeah sure." I replied still looking at his charming smile. He had beautiful brown eyes and brown hair that was covered up with his grey beanie. What am I saying, I don't even know this guy.
He chuckled a little bit. I smiled at him but something told me not to do that. It quickly faded away and I guess his seemed to do the same. Their was an awkward silence between us for the rest of the ride. We finally got to school and the cute boy vanished away. I was still sitting down and waited for him to get in the building.
The crowd of students stared at me as my head was held down as I walked to the West East High school. It was not a shock to me. I mean this happened everyday for the past three years, going for a forth. So, it wasn't a surprise to see everyone laughing, chattering and staring at me. I got into the building with a cold breeze flash before my eyes. Like I said it was the same thing with people laughing and talking behind my back about things that weren't necessarily true. I went to my locker #404 and unlocked it. I took out my first period class (math: Algebra II/Trig) book and went to room 102, Mrs. Jefferson's class.
I took a seat next to this girl name Lilly Cortes and another girl name Jasmine Heatherson. Some people call her Jasmine, Jazzie or Jay. Oh and did I mention that they are Olivia Hollings best friends also minions.
"Good Morning everyone. Today we will be learning about Algebraic Expressions." Mrs. Jefferson said with enthusiasm.
ALGEBRAIC EXPRESSIONS! Really, I mean I can hardly do the rest of the work in math class. I guess I am just going to have work things out in class.
