Aubrey's P.O.V
"Hey Arabella, I don't think Jake would want to play dolls right now but I would, if you let me." The shy face girl now had a huge smile on it.
I giggled before I got up off of Jake's lap and walked to Arabella. She pulled my arm gently before leading me to her room. It was formed as a princess room. I loved it.
"I love your room." I told her. She smiled and gave me two dolls. One had brown hair and green eyes while the other one had blond hair and blue eyes. We pretended to be best friends going to college. It was pretty fun. We dressed them up and put on fake make up on them.
A hour later Jake came in and wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my cheek.
A few minutes later, Jake's mom called us for dinner. We all raced down to the dinning room. Dinner was delicious, might I add and Jake's mom (Taylor) would once in a while ask me questions. For example she asked me what my parents did and before I could say anything Jake said that I didn't feel comfortable talking about that. I smiled at him, showing him how thankful I was to him. The rest of the night we talked about random things. Mostly what Jake did when he was young. It was interesting. Once we finished dinner we went upstairs because Ara was excited to play dollie again with me. When we got inside her room, we all sat down.
"Jake, I like this one better than the other girls you've dated." At the words of what Arabella said Jake tensed. He soon recovered and laugh it off.
What was that about. I might have to find out later. We hung out with Arabella before Jake told her it was time for bed. She groan at the thought of going to sleep.
"Why can't I stay up like you and hang out with Awbree." She whined. I heard him chuckle. I mentally laugh at how she pronounced my name.
"Because she is my girlfriend. Plus you had her for more than an hour. Now its my turn." I saw him shake his head probably thinking that he was fighting with his sister to get his own girlfriend back.
"Fine." She huffed.
He sighed before tucking her into bed and before he could leave she said, "And make sure you bring her here tomorrow."
I laughed and went back to Jake's room. It was now 7:42 pm. and it was soon getting late.
"I will drop you home in 5. Let me just put on my jacket and then we can go." He said as he rummaged through his closet to find a jacket. Once he found one, he put it on and walked towards his dresser and got his keys and phone. We walked down and saw that Taylor was in the living room watching Grey's Anatomy. I know that because that show is my guilty pleasure.
I wasn't worried though because I had seen that episode that she was watching already. Jake raced to the car and opens the door for me so I could get in. I thanked him and waited for him to get to his side.
He quietly drove as the scenes started to appear and disappear. When we reached my house, Jake opened the door for me and walked to the door step. The silence finally broke.
"Thanks, for what you did back their. Most times I bring girls over, their always so rude. That's why I always end up dumping there ass." I laughed at his last comment. I loved meeting his sister. She was really cool and fun. I never really had that when I was that age so, it was no big deal.
"It's no problem. I felt like a kid again and I made your sister happy."
"And love you. She is going have you over my head for days." I laughed again. He suddenly stared into my eyes. Then looked down and then up at my eyes again.
We leaned in and he pressed his lips against mine. Each time he did this, we would always part away but I would want more. We continued to move our lips in sync. Jake finally pulled away. He gave me a quick peck before saying bye. I waved as I saw him get in his car then drive off.
As I walked inside my house, Sophie was their and gave me a confuse look.
I shook my head as I rushed to my room. I left the door open because I knew Sophie would probably come in there.
Just as I predicted, Sophie came and sat down on my bed. She was quiet for awhile before she spoke.
"Okay, I have waited too long. What's with the smiling face. And what has this boy done to you." She asked.
"What do you mean?" I asked innocently.
"Don't play innocent. You have never been this happy, since....since ever." She said. She was right. I was never this happy. But with Jake, he made my whole world better. I don't know, I guess I am starting to fall for him hard. Like maybe love him.
You see times like these I wish I had my real mom.
"Can you keep a secret." I asked. She looked shocked. It was kinda funny because of the way she looked at me. She quickly nodded.
"I think I am in love with Jake." I said. I mean he makes me happy and I don't see myself being with anyone else any time soon. Plus, Jake really cares about me. I know it.
"Woah. You sure?" I nodded my head.
"Okay. I want you to know that I love you. Your the only sister that I've ever had and I don't want you to get hurt. You have already been through so much and you don't need pain and heart break again."
Suddenly, I hugged her. She was even more shocked than I was and I gotta say I was shocked as hell. This side of me was kinda shocking me a lot lately. Things I thought I would not do, I am doing. Weird, I know right.
Once I pulled away, she smiled at me before leaving and closing my door. I hate when my door is open. Like it kind of defeats the purpose of why you have a door. To close it and also to have privacy.
I went into my bathroom and took a shower. When I was finished, I quickly dried off before wrapping my towel around my under arms. I looked through my drawer and grabbed a pajamas short bottoms and top.
I put it on and crawled into my bed. I laid in bed and looked through my social media. A few minutes later, my eyes were getting sleepy, so I put my phone on the charger and closed my eyes, falling asleep.
