December 14th ~ The Ice Cracks...
Big, smooth and solid as a rock
One crack and suddenly it's not
In one small second the ice is broken
Or maybe the ice is finally open
After winter what comes next?
It's time for spring once again
But the flowers won't bloom and the sun can't shine
Until the frozen winter is left behind
You must open your heart and let the old you melt away
So you can once again be your true self
The same way winter becomes a sunny spring day
A crack in the ice isn't always bad
Sometimes it's what we need, so we can find what we've always wanted
So let the winter melt away and spring will come again
For this is how you'll find yourself and believe in Him again
