The sign near the planet-surface was faded but growing clearer. It was inside a large grey bubble. It read:
MAN ON THIS PLANET IN THE MIDDLE OF LEARNING TO TRUST GREAT SPIRIT. YES,
MAN TRYING TO SEE "BIG PICTURE." BUT,
MAN APPEARS INCAPABLE OF this GROWTH AT THIS TIME. FOR,
MAN NOT YET ABLE TO SEE BEYOND HIS own ILLUSION TO CREATE LOVE. NO,
MAN NOT YET RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO REALIZE HE CANNOT DO IT ALONE.
____BEWARE!
How could I not respond to that! (BEWARE!)
Still in my room, of course, at the window, I found myself gazing into the eyes of my own reflection. Note to self (and to anyone else who might be listening):
SELF: We haven't the eyes to see The Bigger Picture in which The Wheel moves. We can never have the eyes to see the Total Picture. We think we can, but we CANNOT see where Spirit is taking us, for that is somewhere within The Mystery. Spirit ever remains beyond us, yet is ever within reach—even through to the most infinitesimal particle can we find Great Spirit expressing, and they seem to have no problem doing so. But we, the most advanced known material expression of life on Planet Earth, to date (save dolphins, and whales, and bluebirds and the like!), still find enormous difficulty allowing Spirit through our form. Must we fall so far into the Material to discover who we really are? Not material-beings, but spiritual-beings HERE to experience the Material. We are spirit's in the material world! Still, life isn't always easy. Life itself can hurt sometimes. Sting . . . like a bee! Nonetheless, we must learn to let love into our experience, and to give love back: to return love to whomever or wherever we might think love came from, so that we can walk on, each uniquely and individually through their own perspective and their own personal truth. And if we haven't any personal truth, then maybe we best seek one out. It isn't that hard to find! Through positive learning-experience (largely an in-the-moment event), which brings sound and Inspirational Flow rising through our heart space, we will begin more to learn, to understand, to appreciate our own unique truth—and to teach ourselves—with spirit's Direct Inspiration guiding us. And through the other, harder half of the equation? Dear Dorothy (and maybe Aces): Through our other growth lessons, those which appear to us to be so much negative-experience, we will begin to understand also that the one and same Inspiration guides us inwards toward our own untruths so that we might soon seek to raise-up the darker-portions of our consciousness. Raise them up, Dorothy! Up, up and beyond our adopted half-truths, beliefs, concepts, attitudes. But only if we choose to seek—right? Right, Doe?
Why am I hammering Dorothy? (—We both know why. The dark side of Wheel?)
The dark side. Seems to make sense. But why hadn't El or Jay ever made mention? They had shown me and had me working with the gifts and colors, not just with my personal colors (our seven gifts of birth) but with all twelve and, of course, the thirteenth gift at the center . . . all of which seemed to me to be a positive thing. (—Double-edge sword?) They HAD said the gifts could act like a double-edged sword. Maybe there's more to them than I thought? (—Yeah.) Yeah: don't I have a few or more nasty traits that should be further addressed—anger, worry impatience, frustration—traits that would much better fit the other side of the wheel? The dark side?
'Mm-hmm, like the dark side of the Moon? Lady El did mention The Moon, you know. And weren't we just there? But we didn't look at the dark side, did we? Not even a peek. Wonder why?'
