"Ignorance is bliss, Y/n," Loki sighed. "Don't let your curiosity get the best of you."
"Is she dead?" you asked, "Like father and mother?"
Loki grimaced, clearly hiding something from you. "You could say that."

You greeted everyone cheerily and went to the stove to make yourself some breakfast.
"Y/n," Tony called.
"Yeah?" you asked, not turning around as you were frying an egg.
"Fury wants to speak to you."
You heard the others quiet down a bit and raised a brow as you looked over your shoulder momentarily. "What about?"
"Mission report." You tensed for a second at the answer. "He wants to know all that you know of HYDRA."
"Trust me, I don't know much," you assured, taking the egg off of the pan and putting the pan in the washing machine.
"Then you can tell him that," Tony said, "he said you can have someone come with you."
"I'll manage," you said, politely turning down the offer. You looked around at all the worried faces. "Really, I will."
"Are you sure?" Thor asked. Loki nodded along, looking concerned.
"Yeah," you nodded but your brother didn't believe you for a moment. Yet he let you be. You appreciated it.

The topic had been dropped for a bit but you picked it up before leaving the room. "Uhh, when is it? Where?"
Tony looked at his watch. "In an hour, in the interrogation room."
You swallowed the lump in your throat. "Alright."
