Leaving Akito's room, I saw two familiar figures. I squinted my eyes, making sure I wasn't deceiving myself. I wasn't.

I had seen Shigure and Yuki talking with Hatori. Yuki seemed visibly uncomfortable as he looked around, that's when he saw me. His eyes widened as he walked over. "Y-y/n?" He muttered, grabbing my hands.

"Yuki, I missed you!" I smiled, wanting to give him a hug, but I know I couldn't without him transforming. He looked down and saw my kimono. "Only the maids wear that.. don't tell me you—" "Yeah, I've become a maid for your god." I sighed. "..Y/n, it's never too late for you to leave from here, you shouldn't get yourself involved in the Zodiac curse.—" Yuki started before getting interrupted.

"Well if it isn't our dear, Y/n!" Shigure came over with Hatori. I smiled as Yuki glared at him. "It's nice to see you, Shigure!" I exclaimed. "So, how has Akito been treating you?" He smiled teasingly.

I squinted my eyes as Shigure began to laugh. "He's been more hectic, but Y/n is doing a great job looking after him." Hatori responded.

Shigure and Hatori had began talking. That's when I felt a tug on my sleeve. Turning my head, I saw it was Yuki. I followed him away from the other two. "Y/n—" "Yuki, you don't have to tell me to leave, I'm doing this for a reason. If anything, I want you to be happy that I can make a change for you two." I reasoned. "Why is everyone interrupting me today?" He grumbled as I chuckled.

He sighed and looked down at me. "If it gets so bad, please call and let me know. I hate knowing you're here with Akito." He looked down as his face saddened.

I held his chin up with my finger and smiled warmly. "Okay, Yuki. I promise I will. But for now, just trust me, okay?" I tilted my head, waiting for a response. He smiled weakly and nodded. "Yuki?~ where have you run off to?" Shigure called out. He looked at Shigure then at me. "I'll try and come visit more often.. but for now, I'll see you." He whispered then left.

I smiled, saying my goodbyes to the both of them. Once they had left, I looked at Hatori. "Hey, I have a favor to ask of you." I said to him. Looking away from his clipboard, his gaze met mine. "What is it, Y/n?" He asked.

"Akito isn't letting me leave this estate, and I'm super behind on my classes.. do you think you can retrieve the missing work for me at my school?" I pleaded, holding my hands together. He sighed and nodded. I have him all the information as to getting it, then headed off to my room.

I caught myself thinking about what Yuki said. It really isn't any of my business to get myself involved, but I felt like if there's something I can do.. then I'll do it.

Sitting on my bed, I decided I wouldn't let this bother me right now.

I sat on my phone until I got word that Hatori had returned with my things. I went to his office and smiled. "Thanks so much, Tori!" I grabbed my things as he nodded, now focused on some paper work on his desk.

I took my things to my room before I was stopped my the head maid. She looked at me then at my hands which had books and other things in them. "What is all this, Y/n?" She asked me. "It's my work. I need to catch up on It." I explained as she glared. "You shouldn't pester yourself with these things. You're here for Akito and Akito alone." She told me.

I nodded and headed to my room. "Why the hell does she care so much?.." I muttered, dropping my things on my desk. I sat down and began to work.

Before I knew it, 2 hours had passed and I leaned back in my chair, tired. I got up and sat on my bed, deciding I'd take a break as to not overstimulate myself. That's when I heard a knock.

I went to open the door only to see some maids. They were holding a try of food. "You are to deliver this to Akito." She said. I squinted my eyes. "And why can't you?" I questioned, placed my hand on my hip. "Madam has told me to tell you." She spat, handing me the plate.

I glared and took it. I walked to Akito's room, wondering why I had to bring it. I knocked.

"Enter." She said.
